Job Summary
This role will be responsible for leading & managing fundraising data, and strategic oversight of fundraising data systems and processes, managing a team to employ process efficiencies and improve data quality ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems and external platforms to drive income generation across the full spectrum of the donor data landscape and deliver fundraising operations. You’ll also lead on behalf of fundraising on CRM development and enhancement requests to support data-driven fundraising decisions and strategies.
About You
- Extensive experience working across CRM platforms (including D365 Mission CRM or similar), managing system selections, and leading CRM enhancement projects.
- Skilled in data analytics, building reporting frameworks, and using database languages like SQL, along with managing data imports and Direct Debit processes.
- Proven ability to automate processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and data security best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management experience with a collaborative approach, influencing senior leaders in complex organisations.
- Competent in Microsoft applications, including Dynamics and the MS Office suite, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to organisational values and attention to detail.
About the Role
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and optimised data processes and lead the transition from manual to automated solutions.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising data strategy and performance monitoring mechanisms to support sustainable income growth and informed decision-making.
- Work closely with senior Digital, Data & Technology teams, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders to build integrated data solutions and embed insights into fundraising strategies.
- Oversee fundraising data processes, reporting frameworks, compliance with data protection regulations, and manage best practices in data handling and campaign operations.
- Lead change management initiatives, including training, documentation, and managing the Fundraising Operations Lead to ensure effective implementation of data processes and systems.

Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Service Delivery, the Safeguarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring robust compliance within the service, including with external regulatory bodies and will work closely with colleagues in the Operations Leadership Team, sharing effective practice as required. ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a thoughtful, motivated Junior Product Manager to join the Product Team at upReach.
In this role, you’ll help improve the digital tools we use to support thousands of students from underrepresented backgrounds to access top careers. Working closely with developers, colleagues from the Product Team, and our users themselves, you’ll support the development of products that make a real difference - every day.
You don’t need to have worked in product management before. If you’re excited about using technology to make things better, and you enjoy solving problems and collaborating with others, we’d love to hear from you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll contribute to the development of one of our key products, supporting its continuous improvement from idea to launch and beyond.

About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Casework Manager (RCM) to join the Scottish Regional Office of SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity.
You will be part of the regional office team, managing two Regional Casework Co-ordinators and two Casework Administrators. The team provides specialist administrative support and act as a single point of contact to SSAFA branch-based volunteers ensuring that SSAFA beneficiaries receive consistent, timely, and high-quality service. The RCM role will involve developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with volunteers, including branch-based casework managers. Additionally, the RCM will occasionally assist the Regional Casework Co-ordinators with call handling, signposting, and triaging initial client enquiries.
To help you establish yourself in this post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA. You will influence the processes and procedures within the regional office as it develops, working closely with a dedicated team under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
The position is home-based, but you will occasionally be required to travel within Scotland or to other locations.
About the team
The Scottish Regional Office operates as a "virtual" office, supporting 17 SSAFA branches across Scotland as volunteers deliver casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will join a support team that includes two Regional Casework Co-ordinators, two casework administrators, and a Regional Manager. All team members are homebased.
About you
To excel in this role, you should have a solid educational background and experience in managing employees, as well as overseeing and reporting on service delivery. You should have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, achieving results through negotiation and influence. Previous experience of working with volunteers would be advantageous. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard and be capable of learning a computerised case management system quickly. Additionally, you should be skilled with numerical data.
The successful candidate will be capable of planning and managing their own workload, with minimal supervision and have considerable experience of managing accounts.
It would be desirable to have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families. An understanding of the voluntary sector would be valuable, and the military charity sector landscape across Scotland would be beneficial. The role
This is a pivotal role that will shape and drive the growth and diversification of our clean energy access work, including our flagship Low Energy Inclusive Appliances (LEIA) programme and the Efficiency for Access Coalition, managed in partnership with CLASP and funded by UK Aid via the Transforming Energy Access Platform and the IKEA Foundation.
What you’ll do
Together with the Senior Programme Manager, you’ll co-lead the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships work within LEIA, with a focus on strategy development and solidifying our role as a thought leader and key influencer. You’ll provide strategic direction and sector expertise to the energy access team to inform, support and guide programme delivery, ensuring a cross-workstream effort towards the achievement of overarching goals. The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Supporting over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families annually, Acorns Children’s Hospice is a vital lifeline for families across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire during unimaginably difficult times.
Palliative care for children aged 0–18 is delivered at Acorns’ hospices in Birmingham (serving Birmingham and Warwickshire), Worcester (serving Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire), and Walsall (serving the Black Country and parts of Staffordshire and Shropshire), as well as in family homes and other community settings. Acorns’ holistic, tailored approach is designed to meet each child’s clinical, emotional, cultural, religious, and spiritual needs.
Trust and Foundation income is a cornerstone of Acorns’ fundraising strategy. Income is primarily unrestricted and multi-year – a reflection of the strong, long-standing relationships Acorns have built with funders. With a mix of small templated applications and large bespoke bids, trusts work is underpinned by thoughtful stewardship and a collaborative, well-resourced approach across teams.
We’re looking for an experienced Trusts fundraiser to provide maternity cover and hit the ground running. You’ll take on a robust pipeline and inherit relationships from a portfolio that includes multi-year partnerships with major funders such as Children in Need and John Martins.
Working closely with a highly experienced and supportive peer, you’ll enjoy a shared, balanced portfolio and the space to focus on great fundraising. With a responsive Data team, access to strong stories, and excellent internal buy-in, this is a rare chance to build on solid foundations and deliver high-impact work. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in writing successful 5- and 6-figure bids, excellent storytelling skills, and confidence in translating data into compelling narratives.
As Fundraising Manager – Trusts and Foundations, you will:
- Take on a well-established portfolio of trusts and foundations with a combined value of c.£850K, delivering a mix of templated and bespoke applications
- Collaborate closely with a peer Trusts Manager, sharing responsibility for monthly submissions and stewardship
- Maintain and build relationships with existing funders, ensuring excellent reporting and donor care
- Work cross-functionally with the Data, Marcomms, Finance, and Care teams to develop strong cases for support
- Support joint cultivation and engagement events alongside the Philanthropy team
Ideal skills and experience:
- A strong track record of securing 5- and 6-figure grants from trusts and foundations, including multi-year funding
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across formats and word counts
- Comfortable managing and interpreting impact data, financial information, and project detail
- Highly organised and efficient, able to manage a busy workload with autonomy
- Collaborative and supportive team player with a donor-centred approach
