What you’ll do

1. Internal communications (~2.5 days per week)

As our Internal Communications and Events Lead, you will play a key role in engaging, informing, and inspiring our team with what’s happening at Unifrog. You’ll also help us to work even better together, and to retain a happy and effective team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate our whole team commss

  • Deliver our internal comms strategy, work towards our People team goal and objectives, and use our House Style.

  • Create our monthly internal Unifrog newsletter, writing your own segments, editing other people’s contributions, and evaluating engagement.

  • Collate data from team surveys and work with the People and Leadership teams to put ideas from the team into action.

• Improve the way that we communicate and work together:

  • Share best practice and deliver training on our comms tools (e.g. Slack, Gmail, Asana).

  • Research, trial and introduce new comms tools or upgrades where appropriate, training the team on how to use them.

  • Join our AI working group, whose goal is to support the team to use AI more effectively (e.g. leading training, sharing use-cases from across Unifrog).

  • Support teams with communication challenges (e.g. streamlining comms traffic).

  • Support team members to easily find the best contact for different questions and tasks.

• Manage our existing comms tools:

  • Audit our usage and budget to make sure we’re maximising value.

  • Manage individual and team subscriptions to our comms tools.

  • Help to troubleshoot team questions and issues.

• Keep our ‘Unifrog Essentials’ and ‘Who to Contact’ documents up-to-date, and support team leads to keep our Dropbox folders organised.

• Work with our Recruitment Lead and Marketing team to shout externally about what’s going on at Unifrog, sharing photos and stories on our website and social media. 

2. Internal events (~2.5 days per week)

Now that Unifrog has 115 team members across the UK and beyond, it’s more important than ever that everyone feels connected, both to each other and to our wider mission. 

We currently have:

1. Three whole company “team days” per year (2x in person, 1x virtual)

2. Two “away days” per team per year (in person)

3. Regular socials at our London office

4. Regular remote socials

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan our whole company team days:

  • Work closely with our CEO and the Leadership team to decide on the team day agenda, budget and format.

  • Find and book venues, hotels, social activities, and meals, and make sure everything’s set up and runs smoothly on the day.

• Support senior managers to plan their away days:

  • Advise on agendas and book venues, socials, and training.

  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration (one of each team’s away days is partly combined with another team).

• Evaluate our team events and continually look to improve their quality, impact, and inclusivity.

• Plan remote socials and office socials for our London HQ.

• Support our Unifrog affinity groups - spaces where team members who share common identities (e.g. being parents), can connect, support each other and champion inclusivity.

• Keep our EDI calendar up-to-date, and mark and celebrate occasions important to people across the team, including cultural heritage months, awareness days, and commemorative events.

Working together

You’ll be part of our People team alongside our: People Assistant, People Coordinator Recruitment Lead, People Lead, Head of People Operations, and People and Operations Director (your line manager).

You’ll also regularly work with a variety of other team members (especially line managers) when organising events.

Key details

• £37,000 - £39,000 per year, depending on experience. Grade B.

• Full-time.

• Split your time between working remotely and at our office in Hoxton, London (a minimum of 2 days per week). Applicants must be commutable to London and can expense up to £12.50 per day for travel, up to 2 days per week.

Meet your Manager

In this role you will be managed by Sebastien De Menthon who is a Philanthropy Manager and joined ClientEarth in 2022, based in London. Sebastien discovered ClientEarth while studying anthropology and law at university. The high-leverage legal approach to achieve tangible progress on the climate and biodiversity crisis was immediately appealing. Since joining ClientEarth as a Philanthropy Officer, Sebastien has progressed to the Philanthropy Manager position where he supports and oversees two members of the Philanthropy Team. He has found that working in the Philanthropy Team has been a fantastic way to support ClientEarth's mission while learning about the world and developing skills in relationship management and communication. 

Main Duties

• Actively manage donor relationships across assigned portfolio of largely UK supporters with first class stewardship and reporting to secure renewals and uplifts of approximately £500,000 pa.
• Support with oversight of engagement with supporters ranging from £10,000 - £50,000. Galvanise and coordinate the European Philanthropy team to identify opportunities to uplift giving and ensure all supporters feel valued.
• Develop the pipeline of new donors through effective prospect research, network mapping and connecting with new contacts at external and internal events as a representative of ClientEarth.
• Support the Philanthropy Manager, Philanthropy Lead for Europe and all the Philanthropy Team to create the conditions for success in the European Philanthropy Team. Collaborating with colleagues across Europe inclusively to achieve shared goals and strengthen processes.

About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. A UK registered charity, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to meet a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. We also uplift the voices of Palestinians, and campaign for an end to the barriers to health and dignity that come from living through occupation, displacement, discrimination and conflict.

MAP is in a period of growth and rapid development, and as such, the incoming Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the financial strategy and management of MAP and for the leadership of operational areas to help deliver the organisation’s mission and strategic goals. About You
The ideal candidate will have Relevant post-graduate business degree preferred. Responsibilities

Strategy, vision and leadership

• Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.
• Advise the CEO and SMT on all these areas as well as on legal, governance and related policy matters.

The role

The responsibility for the Programme Lead is to support the organisation to deliver it’s strategy and embed agile ways of working. The Programme Lead will manage cross-team groups of colleagues that work together to develop impactful activity. Enabling strategy to translate into delivery. The role will develop sessions with the groups, ensuring objectives are set and collating insight.

Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

Job Purpose

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the implementation of the Cathedral’s Digital Strategy. Working closely with the Cathedral Leadership Team, Heads of Department, and wider stakeholders, this role will lead the integration of digital systems, improve data management, drive operational efficiency, and support audience engagement through technology. The postholder will ensure the Cathedral’s digital infrastructure aligns with strategic priorities, supports compliance (including the UK GDPR), and unlocks new opportunities for outreach, engagement, fundraising, and income generation.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead change management and actively support a culture of inclusion, ensuring that all members of the Cathedral community, regardless of age, background, digital literacy, or ability, can engage with and benefit from new systems and technologies.

· Create and implement change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and accessible support materials.

· Build trust and reduce resistance to change through transparent communication, sensitivity, and practical support.

· Lead the delivery of the Cathedral’s Digital Strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and departmental teams.

· Oversee the delivery and integration of proposed digital solutions and critical systems, including vendor management, stakeholder coordination and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and long-term strategic goals.

· Develop a single view of all worshippers, visitors, and users to improve segmentation, targeting, and communications.

· Ensure that all new systems and data processes are fully compliant with UK GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation.

· Identify and drive efficiencies through new ways of working, leveraging technology to enable long-term cost savings and improved workflows.

· Ensure integrated systems provide accessible and actionable data to support new commercial and fundraising opportunities.

· Improve data management practices to enhance personalised and targeted communications, deepening engagement and relationships.

· Deliver comprehensive training to staff on new systems and processes to ensure a digitally confident and capable workforce.

· Create clear, practical guides and workbooks to support the rollout and continued use of new digital tools and workflows.

Person Specification

Essential

· Have the right to live and work in the UK

· Degree or equivalent experience in digital transformation, IT, business systems, or a related field

· Strong understanding of digital systems, data management, CRM platforms, and UK GDPR compliance

· Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects, including system integration, stakeholder engagement, and change management

· Experience managing complex projects, including budgeting, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation and externally

· Experience designing and delivering training and support materials for digital tools and workflows

· Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making, improve engagement, and identify efficiencies

· Commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and supporting users of all digital literacy levels

· Good time management skills – able to balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines

· Commitment to personal development and continued learning

Main Terms and Conditions

Employment status: Fixed Term for 2 years

Location: Wells Cathedral, 16 Market Place, Wells, Somerset, BA5 2RB

Hours of work: 35 working hours per week. Core hours are 9.00 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday) with an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour each day. Flexible working will be considered.

Remuneration: £50,000 per annum, payable on the 24th of the month or the nearest working day thereto.

Discount: A discount of 10% is available from the Cathedral Shop and The Loft Café.

Parking: Limited parking is available in the Cathedral car park. Cars are parked at the risk of the owner.

Pension: Defined Contribution Scheme. Contributions as % of salary:
