Exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to make a real difference for nature!
This role will work with the Land Manager (West) on the delivery of practical improvements for wildlife across GWT nature reserves and throughout Nature Recovery Zones (NRZs) in the west of the county (Lower Wye Valley, Central Forest of Dean, Severn Hams, Leadon Vale) with workshops at Tidenham Chase, Coleford and Gloucester. Habitats include heathlands, ancient woodland, species-rich unimproved grasslands, floodplain meadows, hay meadows, quarry pits, mires and more.
This role will help to mentor Wild Trainees, and work with volunteer teams to help deliver work plan objectives.
An important part of this role will be supporting the trusts conservation grazing objectives with native and hardy breeds of livestock including Highland cattle, Exmoor ponies and Hebridean sheep.
This is a permanent, full-time post (35 hours per week) subject to a six-month probationary period.

Title: Digital Fundraising Insight and Optimisation Manager

About the role
Sightsavers are looking for an experienced Digital Fundraising Insight & Optimisation Manager to lead global CRO and experimentation strategies that maximise income and improve supporter journeys.
As the Insight & Optimisation Manager, you will champion data-driven decision-making, embed best-practice processes and drive continuous optimisation across channels and markets. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure insights and testing deliver measurable improvements to fundraising performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead global CRO and experimentation strategy to maximise income and donor retention across digital fundraising channels.
- Own and prioritise the testing roadmap, delivering high-impact A/B and multivariate experiments aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, analytics and development teams to remove conversion barriers and ensure accessible, user-friendly supporter experiences.
- Explore and pilot emerging CRO technologies, AI-driven tools, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights through performance dashboards and clear reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and best practice across analytics platforms, including GA4, Google Tag Manager and Big Query using SQL for complex queries.
- Partner with CRM teams on predictive modelling and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalisation.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and expenditure plans to align with strategic objectives and support digital fundraising performance.
- Coach and develop the Insight & Optimisation Executive and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and responsiveness.

Essential
- Proven experience managing CRO programmes and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with CRO and analytics tools such as Hotjar and VWO (or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable

About the opportunity
As Treasury and Accounts Receivable Manager within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Ensuring we have the cash flow, systems, and processes that keep the Society running smoothly. About you:
You're an experienced Internal Auditor who's operated at a senior level in a similar complex organisation. You've led audit teams, deputised for a Chief Audit Executive, and know what it takes to deliver assurance that's professional, credible, and genuinely adds value.

You'll have:
- Experience as a practicing Internal Auditor operating at a senior level working within an internal audit team, with a proven track record of leading audit teams and deputising for a Chief Audit Executive.
- Ability to provide strategic internal audit advice and contribute to risk-based audit planning.
- Experience drafting professional, high-quality reports for Boards, Committees, and Executive Management.
- Broad knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
- Knowledge of counter fraud methodologies, processes, investigations, and relevant legislation.
- Experience in Counter Fraud activities and knowledge of Charity Commission guidance on fraud protection and the Code of Fundraising Practice would be advantageous.
