The Sexual Violence (SV) Alliance is a ground-breaking collaboration between seven specialist sexual violence organisations: four Rape Crisis Centres (nia, Rape Crisis South London, Solace and Women & Girls Network) and three specialist organisations, (Galop, Respond, and SurvivorsUK). Together, we bring experience in delivering expert, intersectional, and trauma-informed services to survivors of sexual violence.
About the role
We are seeking a visionary Director to lead our strategic and operational transformation, ensuring our services are inclusive, responsive, and survivor-led. The role will be based at nia, but will work across, and be accountable to, all Alliance members.
As Director, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the Alliance’s strategic and operational goals. You will lead the Alliance Management Team, support the Leadership Team, and work alongside experts with lived experience to improve service access, consistency, and responsiveness for London’s diverse survivor communities — especially those facing the greatest intersectional disadvantage.
The Director will oversee the transformation of intake and referral pathways, monitor performance, manage risk and oversee governance structures, while fostering collaboration and accountability across all member organisations. You will also represent the Alliance externally, influencing policy, securing resources, and amplifying the voices of marginalised survivors. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in specialist sexual violence services, a deep commitment to feminist and anti-racist principles, and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and compassion.

About the role:
This role is offered to work from the office in Basingstoke, full time.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse, delivering immediate support.
- Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support, which will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users
- Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
- Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
- Working as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients
You will need:
- Understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their families
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders

About the role
We are seeking to recruit an advocate for adults and young people (17+) with learning disabilities, who will:
- Deliver 1-1 advocacy casework on a broad range of issues that enables people with learning disabilities to express their views and wishes, understand their rights and options, communicate with professionals and address issues they face.
- Coordinate Speak Out’s Drop-in advocacy service, providing time limited 1-1 advocacy within drop-in sessions.
- Develop peer advocacy at drop-in sessions.
About you
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to manage a complex workload and work independently within a framework of supervision. Experience of advocacy or work with vulnerable clients is essential. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and knowledge of learning disability services is an advantage. A full induction and training will be provided as well as ongoing peer mentoring and support. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to hold the national qualification in independent advocacy, however this can be undertaken once in post.

This Grants Officer role is available on a permanent contract and full-time basis (35 hours a week). This is a hybrid role, where the foundation would like the postholder to attend the Isle of Dogs office two days a week in East London, with Wednesday being a core office day. The salary banding for this role is £28,000-£32,000 (dependent on level of experience).
In this role, you will report to the Head of Grants and Programmes and support the development, management, and promotion of the foundation's grants programmes. You will manage a portfolio of grants, provide guidance to applicants and grantees, assess grant applications, and conduct due diligence to inform funding recommendations.
You will monitor funded projects, ensure timely reporting and validate project delivery. You will maintain accurate records on Salesforce. You will support donor engagement, ensure reporting aligns with CSR goals, review end-of-grant reports, and contribute to annual programme reporting. You will help deliver funding workshops and community events. You will assist with developing systems, policies, and communication tools for grant making. You will stay up to date on best practices in grant making and contribute to continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the grant making process. You could be a trust and foundations fundraiser wanting to make the transition to grants officer, or a grants administrator or officer seeking to progress further in your career. While training and support will be provided you must understand what makes a good funding application, and an ability to critically review proposals, in order to make appropriate recommendations.
You will have experience or understanding of working within the voluntary sector and needs of communities in the East-End of London. You will have a strong eye for detail and experience gathering, recording information, and presenting to audiences.

This organisation supports people living with HIV and amplify their voices and help the people using their services to achieve good sexual health. They have ambitious plans to end HIV transmissions in the UK by 2030.
As the Trusts Officer, you will be responsible for helping to deliver trusts and foundations income generation for the organisation. This will consist of managing existing relationships and building new relationships wiht trusts and foundations capable of giving £20k+ grants. Joining a collaborative small trusts fundraising team, this role will have lots of variety in the relationships it builds and gain great mentorship from its manager and team.
To be successful as the Trusts Officer you will have proven experience in developing relationships through compelling writing and ideally have some knowledge of trust and foundations fundraising. Ideally you will have done this within a fundraising or charity setting, but this is not essential. You will have excellent stewardship and reporting capabilities and be confident working both autonomously and in a team.
This role is a full-time position that will be a 12-month FTC and have hybrid working in the London offices one day per week. The salary for this role is £31,281.

Bexley Deaf Centre (BDC) is a small and dynamic, well-established charity which has been serving the borough since 1994. The purpose of this role is to deliver sessions that support a young person and their parents/carers to address and change their harmful behaviour, ensuring they develop their understanding of abuse, as well as its impact on others. You will support the delivery of face to face and online sessions, including up to two evening group sessions per week.
As a Children and Young People’s Key Worker, you will work with clients on awareness raising, developing their motivation to change, ensuring accountability, and prioritising safety of the young person and those around them. .
About you
You’ll be confident in delivering programmes to children, young people and their parents/carers, assessing and managing dynamics in 121 and group formats. You’ll have experience in gaining young people’s trust and you’ll be confident addressing challenging and harmful behaviour. You’ll have direct experience of working therapeutically with a client group. You will also have experience of managing safeguarding issues.
Above all you will be comfortable with conflict managements, and you’ll bring a positive, solution focus attitude. We’d also love to hear from applicants who are fluent in speaking an additional language or have experience in supporting young people with complex needs.

A well-established Housing Association in Essex is looking to take on an Income Officer for an interim period with the option of temporary to permanent. This association has a big impact in its community and creates an inspiring, inclusive place to work.
They are looking to bring someone into their collaborative team who comes from a housing association or Local Authority background with experience in maximising income, ensuring rent collection and debt management.
Responsibilities:
- Maximising income via recovery of all housing related debt
- Play a critical role in helping sustain tenancies with a good knowledge ofhousing and welfare benefits
- Understanding of court processes, and carrying out actions such as evictions
- Provide a high level of customer service and have strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience working in Housing Associations / Local Authorities in roles related to income collection and debt recovery
- Knowledge of legislation and processes in income collection and to be able to communicate this effectively with customers
- Have a positive attitude towards work with and be able to work both independently, and sharing ideas with the wider team
- Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to use various Microsoft packages

Location: Based within our Central Office which is in Islington, with home working possible and regular visits to services which span across London, Brighton, Luton, Bedford, Kent, and Liverpool. About the Role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Officer, reporting to the Head of Business Development!
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth, reach, and expansion of the services in which we deliver at Social Interest Group (SIG). The role focuses on identifying new funding and tender opportunities, preparing submissions, managing documents, and supporting with our Marketing efforts. Some of what this role entails includes:
- Leading on developing processes and procedures for approvals and submissions of grants and tenders
- Supporting with Marketing Communications including the intranet, social media, and merchandise management
- Conducting research and analysis to identify fundraising and tender opportunities
- Completing competitor analysis data to monitor trends and opportunities
- Taking the lead on drafting responses for small tenders and fundraising submissions for smaller bids and applications
- Preparing budget sheets for tenders and grants
