About the role:
This role is offered to work from the office in Basingstoke, full time.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse, delivering immediate support.
- Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support, which will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users
- Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
- Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contribute to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
- Working as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients
You will need:
- Understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their families
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
- Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This organisation supports people living with HIV and amplify their voices and help the people using their services to achieve good sexual health. They have ambitious plans to end HIV transmissions in the UK by 2030.
As the Trusts Officer, you will be responsible for helping to deliver trusts and foundations income generation for the organisation. This will consist of managing existing relationships and building new relationships wiht trusts and foundations capable of giving £20k+ grants. Joining a collaborative small trusts fundraising team, this role will have lots of variety in the relationships it builds and gain great mentorship from its manager and team.
To be successful as the Trusts Officer you will have proven experience in developing relationships through compelling writing and ideally have some knowledge of trust and foundations fundraising. Ideally you will have done this within a fundraising or charity setting, but this is not essential. You will have excellent stewardship and reporting capabilities and be confident working both autonomously and in a team.
This role is a full-time position that will be a 12-month FTC and have hybrid working in the London offices one day per week. The salary for this role is £31,281.

Essential Qualifications:

Job Purpose

Project Accountant
An international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Project Accountant to join its expanding finance team in London on an initial 1-year FTC. As Project Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance across a diverse portfolio of philanthropic and government-funded projects. This position sits within the Grant Finance function, working closely with legal, HR, and operations teams to forecast expenditure, track commitments, and ensure that all financial reporting meets donor and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full accountability for project financial transactions and grant funding records.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analyses to project leads and external funders.
- Prepare and review project and proposal budgets, ensuring alignment with donor guidelines.
- Monitor and forecast expenditure, tracking commitments and staffing costs.

About You

- Proven experience with grant compliance, funder reporting, and audits
- Experience with EC grant compliance and financial reporting is essential
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage complex financial information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate financial detail for non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive and organised approach, capable of managing multiple deadlines across time zones.
- Experience working with multi-currency projects and diverse international teams.
Desirable:

About the opportunity
As Property and Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our London office operations, ensuring it's safe, compliant, and a genuinely great place to work. This is a hands-on role within our Finance & Assurance directorate, based at our London office, where you'll work alongside the Property & Facilities Manager to deliver workplace environments that support our colleagues to make a real difference. You'll also provide support to our wider office portfolio, with occasional visits to other sites a couple of times a month.

About the role
The key functions of this role are to enable Practical Action to deliver on its strategy of delivering Climate Resilience outcomes through all our work, including in the Zurich Climate Resilience Programme (ZCRP), to ensure that our work is ‘climate risk informed’ and addresses the key drivers of climate vulnerability.
About you
We are seeking a passionate and committed individual, with proven experience of working in interpreting climate data in risk analysis and planning. You will have proven experience in capacity building needs analysis, coordinating and delivering training.
Accountabilities
- To provide expertise in climate risk analysis to ensure that our programming is climate-smart, and risk informed.
- To establish and coordinate the consistent application of inclusive locally led participatory research action approaches to building climate resilience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To develop, implement and evaluate the Banter Project youth service in partnership with adopted young people in Northern Ireland. These young people range in age from 14-25 years and live throughout Northern Ireland. The role will primarily work with the project participants, but has additional relationships with community organisations, educational establishments and employers to ensure that all project goals and outcomes are efficiently and effectively met.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the development and delivery of all elements of the Banter Project adopted young people’s service within Northern Ireland in a fun, interactive, interesting and an ability appropriate manner.
- To support the project participants to play an active role in the design and implementation of a programme of monthly activities for adopted young people. Sustaining and developing a monthly social hub, supporting the development of basic life-skills, and preparation for opportunities in further education, training, employment.
- To support a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) in its role to enable adopted young people to steer the Banter Project while developing skills which promote independence, personal development, social and life skills, leadership, and community involvement.
- To organise and supervise the work of the Youth Services Support Worker to deliver the Banter Project.
- To provide opportunities to connect with, and signpost to, relevant services, particularly those who work with care experienced young people.
- To develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation to review individual goals, track progress and impact, via data and analysis of outcomes to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- To record service activity using the electronic data management systems to collate in preparation for reporting and learning opportunities.
- To gather output and outcome data from the Banter Project service in accordance with the quality assurance systems within AUK.
- Work with other staff members to deliver a high-quality project for our adopted young people and their adoptive parents. Work as part of a team to contribute to a positive work environment and shared goals.
