We are recruiting a Senior Policy Research Manager to lead WCRF’s flagship policy tools, including NOURISHING, MOVING and the Blueprint for Cancer Prevention. You will translate the latest science into actionable policy recommendations, deliver high-quality research projects, and represent WCRF externally to maximise our national and international impact.
We are looking for a candidate with strong policy research expertise, experience in evidence-based advocacy, and the ability to turn complex science into clear policy solutions. You will bring an innovative approach, including exploring new methods such as AI, and be skilled at working across teams and with external stakeholders.
You will have a proven track record in managing policy tools or research projects, building collaborations and engaging senior decision-makers. Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder skills are essential to support WCRF’s strategy and enhance the influence of the Policy & Public Affairs team.

At Horatio’s Garden, we build and look after extraordinary gardens in the heart of NHS spinal injury centres. These gardens are a critical part of rehabilitation and offer reflection and adjustment, privacy and solace, joy and companionship to all who need it. We lead regular gardening sessions to grow and cultivate plants, arts workshops to offer new skills and a programme of live music and events. Designed to be enjoyed all year round, these gardens offer a warm, welcoming place for family and friends who may have travelled hours for a visit.
Our vision is for everyone with a spinal injury to have a Horatio’s Garden as part of their rehabilitation care.
The charity is growing. We have eight garden projects open and are fundraising for our ninth garden in Middlesbrough.
This role will assist with the content creation of engaging written, film and visual content across different platforms, scheduling and moderating our social channels, and helping us report on our digital activity. You will support the rollout of the new regional social media channels for each garden to help place storytelling and impact at the heart of our communications.
It would suit someone looking to start or build their career in the communications field or charity sector to develop experience in developing content, writing and charity campaigning. There will be opportunities for training and development and you will travel between the charity’s UK-wide gardens and meet patients, volunteers and staff.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) based in the charity’s office in Salisbury with the ability to discuss some flexible working after the six month probation period.

Main duties
1. Help manage the day-to-day running of the charity’s social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Schedule content and respond to comments and messages to foster positive engagement and add value to the supporter experience

Donor Engagement Manager

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for communicating IFAW’s vision, strategy, and impact to inspire significant philanthropic commitments for IFAW's work from high-net-worth individuals and family foundations. By spearheading best-in-class donor communications, engagement, and stewardship, this role serves an essential function: developing and building IFAW’s reputation to position IFAW as a top charity worthy of significant donations. The Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in improving the HNW donor journey and achieving our fundraising goals for enhanced programmatic impact globally in conservation, rescue, and policy.
Role and Responsibilities
The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Development, the Donor Engagement Manager leads a robust donor communications, engagement, and stewardship program for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, spearheading the development of strategy and plans, and supervising a team of contractors and freelancers for project implementation. The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of ambitious growth goals (including current use, endowments, and significant gifts in will), by inspiring donors’ philanthropic support and leading the creation and implementation of a suite of donor communications and experiences.
Critical responsibilities include:
Create dynamic donor engagement plan
· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition
· Drive a robust calendar of communications and activities to optimize donor engagement, mission impact, and a best-in class donor experience with IFAW
· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support
· Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling donor impact reports, donor newsletters, webinars, bespoke proposals, and other tools that drive and support effective engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major- and principal-level gifts as well as larger legacy commitments; maintain curated library of assets for gift officers to use or customize
· Gather and share impact stories, data, and testimonials to demonstrate the value of donor contributions
· Plan and oversee execution of exclusive engagement opportunities (in-person and virtual) for target audience, designed to highlight IFAW programmatic expertise and build stronger donor relationships
· Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for select principal and major donors, working closely with frontline fundraisers and relationship managers
· Ensure all donor touchpoints reflect the organization’s mission and values, and that donors feel valued and connected
Manage projects and personnel
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of freelancers responsible for communications, stewardship, and engagement activities; oversee contracts, monitor deliverables and expenditures
· Maintain strong relationships with program leaders across the global organization, keeping apprised of IFAW’s programmatic work to identify topics that will appeal to high-net-worth donors and prospects
· Analyze donor engagement metrics, track trends, and report on the effectiveness of engagement and stewardship strategies.
Collaboration and fundamentals
· Ensure routine fundraising communications and templates for major gifts are up-to-date, accurate, and on brand (e.g., fundraising appeals, donor education emails, gift acknowledgments, holiday cards, swag)
· Manage creation and updates of bespoke proposals so that they are timely and well-designed
· Improve integration of mail / email outreach
· Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to optimize use and creative repurposing of resources and collateral materials
· Enhance web presence (philanthropy pages) to incorporate donor testimonials and demonstrate impact of philanthropic support
· Update and improve naming opportunities for major and principal gifts, named and endowed funds, larger legacies and blended gifts from HNW individuals
Strategic guidance and innovation
· Collaborate with DVP Development to recommend and implement effective points of contact with donors for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-figure+ gifts
· Identify opportunities to present our work more effectively and enhance the donor experience
· Launch or relaunch giving societies – e.g., cumulative lifetime giving, high-end annual giving, legacy society – with an emphasis on philanthropy and engagement rather than perks and benefits
· Advise on ways to streamline and improve donor communications and engagement, e.g., by leveraging technology, balancing push / pull outreach, adjusting the mix of print / digital and other media
· Guide the larger Development team in positioning our programs to inspire greater philanthropic support
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in nonprofit stewardship, donor communications, fundraising, or related transferable experience
· Experience leading a team in a development setting, including direct supervision of colleagues in donor engagement and stewardship; and/or management of a stable of contractors and freelancers
· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and lead numerous functions and various projects simultaneously
· Exceptional written communication, relationship-building, project management and collaboration skills
· Intellectual curiosity
· Must be professional, highly organized, creative, efficient, and collaborative.
· Cultural competence: ability to work seamlessly with colleagues across four continents.

Membership Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and talented Development team
We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager to join our small and friendly Development team (Fundraising and Membership) and drive our strategy for Membership. With a healthy existing membership base of nearly 15,000, and a database of 100,000 registrants, this role will support the Head of Development in delivering the best possible membership offer for families in the Twins Trust community. Purpose of the role
- Accountable for Twins Trust’s annual membership income, delivering a high-quality membership journey through all phases of membership
- Work closely with our Communications Team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members, and lead on retention plans to maximise member satisfaction and loyalty
- Line manage a Membership Officer, guiding them to provide excellent customer service to Twins Trust's members, process all membership income and maintain membership information on the database, Microsoft Dynamics

Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and delivering a membership strategy as well as managing the operational aspects of membership processing (database, compliance with codes of practice, data protection and BACS regulations). They should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to think creatively and analytically, excellent digital skills and IT skills, and a can-do attitude.

Fulham Palace is a truly remarkable place. For centuries, this Grade I listed building situated in extensive grounds by the River Thames was the country residence of the Bishop of London. The Palace is now managed by Fulham Palace Trust, which is inspired by a vision to restore our nationally significant historic buildings and grounds to their original beauty and to provide outstanding facilities for the local community and visitors from farther afield.
Fulham Palace Trust runs a number of public events each year, ranging from 50 to 5,000 attendees. They bring in a c. £75,000 surplus to the Trust, as well as additional donation and retail income. Following a successful expansion of these events over the past three years, we're looking to build on this programme further. In addition, we are building our reputation as a location for photos shoots and filming and as a venue for major music concerts and festivals.
Reporting to the commercial and visitor experience manager (CVEM), you will develop and co-ordinate public events and filming taking place on site.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and quick-thinking public events and filming manager. Someone full of ideas and with a passion for generating income and promoting Fulham Palace, helping the organisation grow and develop.
You will need to be highly motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision. You must be able to multi-task and manage a complex workload. Prostate Cancer UK offers a range of services to support men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones. These include a multi-channel helpline, printed and online health information, 1:1 peer support and an online community.
We’re looking for a Support Services Innovation Manager to join us in an exciting new role, focused on growing the services’ reach, personalisation and variety, and helping them respond to key challenges. These include rising prostate cancer rates, more complex care pathways and treatments, shifting expectations around healthcare, and rapid changes in online behaviour due to evolving consumer-facing AI technology.
We’re also in the process of developing an ambitious new 10-year strategy for the charity, and you’ll play a key role in setting the terms for how we approach service development across this horizon. You'll carry out a discovery phase to explore the internal and external factors shaping our services, followed by a summary report with recommendations for innovation. Drawing on these insights, you’ll deliver and evaluate innovation use cases, ranging from MVPs to ready-to-implement solutions.
Alongside specific deliverables, you'll play a broader role across the Support Services team, spotting opportunities for innovation across service delivery, supporting business case development, and helping build our capability to evaluate service impact. Main Purpose of the Role
The Director is the strategic and operational lead of NRTF, responsible for the organisation’s vision, management, performance, and long-term sustainability. They ensure delivery against NRTF’s mission and business plan, champion rural touring at a national level, and act as the primary liaison with Arts Council England, stakeholders, and the wider sector. Working closely with a proactive Board of Trustees, the Director provides leadership on governance and compliance in line with UK Charity Law and NRTF’s Articles of Association, ensuring the organisation operates with transparency, accountability and good practice. Strategic Leadership
● Lead and implement NRTF’s Business Plan and strategic objectives.
● Oversee the delivery and evaluation of all funded programmes and initiatives.
