We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser to join our UK Impact team and lead on developing the best practice design, and ethical oversight of the research, evaluation and learning initiatives we undertake across the UK. This is a senior, strategic role for someone with deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, participatory approaches, and complex systems evaluation. You will provide expert guidance to colleagues across the organisation, ensuring all research is ethically robust, evidence-informed, and used to drive meaningful change for children and families in the UK.

The Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser is based in our UK Impact (UKI) department. The department is responsible for driving the delivery of the UK Impact goal in our strategy. Our vision is to make sure families in the UK have the money, services, and power to end child poverty. It's our mission to help build communities of people who care about children, listen to what's important to them and work together to make things better.
About the Role
The Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser will provide expert advice on impact, evaluation, and evidence strategies to impact and learning colleagues in UK country teams (who will lead on individual project design, implementation, data collection and analysis). They will support and provide capacity building for colleagues to embed high-quality design, impact measurement, and evaluation into major new initiatives; and lead UKI's approach to ethical research.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in social change research. This includes experience in at least one of the following: participatory research (ideally with adults and children), place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and research that explores public attitudes. Ethical rigor is at the heart of what we do, and you will lead our approach to research ethics, ensuring all work meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
In this role, you will:
• Provide expert advice to impact, evaluation, and learning colleagues in country teams on impact frameworks, evidence strategies, evaluation methods, and data strategies – for both place-based work and advocacy strategies
• Ensure that expert advice on impact and evidence strategies balances the need for rigour and pragmatism; reflects the priorities of our impact strategies; and responds appropriately to funder priorities
• Support colleagues with the implementation of impact and evidence strategies, helping colleagues in country teams to overcome challenges with data collection and analysis where needed
• Support colleagues with commissioning external support for evidence and learning, for example, by drawing on external professional networks; and advising on specifications
• Support fundraising by advising senior colleagues on project design, impact measurement, and evaluation approaches for major new initiatives
• Lead work with a range of colleagues to identify and respond to professional development needs and opportunities around impact measurement and evaluation
• Explore opportunities for shared learning and practice improvement across impact, evaluation, and learning with SCUK colleagues and partners, such as by convening internal or external networks / communities of practice
• Oversee the current UKI approach to research ethics and associated processes, including leading on immediate improvements; and contribute to the further development of ethical approaches to our work
• Build and maintain excellent external networks in relevant fields; and stay up-to-date with the latest literature and debates on impact, evaluation, and evidence strategies in complex social change
We are looking for someone with the following experience, competencies, and skills:
• Significant experience of designing and implementing evaluation or research strategies to support social change in complex systems
• Extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in evaluation, impact measurement, and evidence generation
• Experience in participatory research with adults and children, place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and ideally public attitudes research
• In-depth knowledge of research and evaluation ethics, including ethics review processes
• Proven ability to coach and advise others in an empowering way that builds the skills and expertise of colleagues
• Proven ability to communicate and build support for the purpose and execution of different impact, evaluation, and evidence approaches to non-specialists
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand the needs of others and offer pragmatic solutions
• Ability to work across multiple projects and teams at the same time; prioritise own time well to meet agreed objectives; and set clear boundaries for own workload
• Ability to travel around the UK and Ireland to meet colleagues, partners, and families, with sufficient notice – around 4-6 times a year

Location & Ways of Working:

Job Purpose
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge and skills in business development. Main Responsibilties
Business development support
- Support with the delivery of a business development strategy for BSR that secures financially sustainable funding streams that support our drive to improve patient care

Relationship building and customer service
- Provide exceptional and consistent relationship management with sponsors, partners and collaborators

- Keep all trackers and sales pipelines up to date.
Systems and compliance
- Support our partners to maximise their impact
- Be the key admin for business development systems and trackers, including being the team’s subject matter expert for the CRM
- Be a secondary admin for related team systems, such as booking systems and conference apps
- With the Business Development Manager, ensure our materials and products are compliant with the ABPI pharmaceutical industry code
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure all billing and invoicing is issued and processed in a timely manner

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Content creation and content management
- Working with the Senior Communications Manager, research, draft, and edit compelling content for the UK website, newsletters, and print materials.
- Support the reimagining of existing content to ensure messaging is fresh, relevant, and audience-led.
- Collate and maintain a library of case studies, stories, and assets for use across teams.
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistently applied across all communications.
Digital and organic social media
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar which supports our Communications Strategy and liaise with our Social Media Freelancer to plan and approve posts.
- Contribute to the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to create assets and meet deadlines.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on content performance, identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
Campaign coordination
- Support the planning and scheduling of communications campaigns like World Smile Day and advertising events like our annual carols concert.
- Manage feedback processes to ensure the timely delivery of content and materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for all content requests from across the organisation.
Administration and finance
- Collate quotes for expenditure and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Track invoices, ensuring coding is accurate and amounts match agreed quotes.
- Maintain organised systems for content workflows, approvals, and campaign schedules.
Monitoring and evaluation
- Gather engagement and performance metrics from all channels.
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Communications Manager.

Borders Forest Trust (BFT) are recruiting for a new Chief Executive .
BFT is a charity established to restore native woodland habitats to Southern Scotland, an area with the lowest percentage of native woodlands in mainland Scotland. Since 1996, we have been working towards planting trees, restoring peatlands and other natural habitats, enriching the biological diversity of around 31 sq km in the Southern Uplands. ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Community Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated fundraising strategies that engage corporate partners and communities at local, regional and national levels. Working collaboratively with RABI’s Philanthropy and Partnerships team, this pivotal role will involve cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to increase income to support RABI’s purpose, strengthening relationships across the business sector and rural communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Regional and Local Corporate Partnerships: Build and manage strong relationships with regional and local corporate partners and businesses to drive fundraising support. Identify and secure new partnerships to expand our donor base.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Supporter Care Fundraiser will be responsible for providing exceptional stewardship and support to our valued supporters, including donors and volunteers (committee members and non-committee members). We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. - Apply pricing and margin guidelines; ensure compliance.
- Follow fundraising, data privacy, and ethics policies.
- Provide content for marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Help build internal capacity on donor relations and pipeline hygiene
- Integrate KPIs and impact narratives into pitches and proposals
- Keep CRM data accurate and meet activity SLAs
- Track and improve conversion rates and pipeline performance
- Share market feedback to refine strategies and offerings
Ideal candidate profile:
- Strong proposal writing, pitching and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success executing sales and/or fundraising plans with measurable revenue delivery
- Experience delivering defined sponsorships, partnerships, or commercial offers tied to programmes/services
- Charity / Hospitality sector experience
