This role is a vital member of the Senior Management Team supporting the Chief Executive to make strategic decisions as well as contributing to the areas of Human Resources and Health and Safety to ensure Red2Green runs effectively.

 Key duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Leads the Aspirations Service in a way that reflects the overarching strategy of the organisation via action plans, effective leadership of staff, sound communications and personal example

• Provides leadership and line management to Aspirations staff, including objective setting, performance management and the appraisal process, delegating the process where necessary and ensuring all Red2Green procedures for this are followed

· Creates and oversees a personalised service for clients that reflects the wider landscape within the county and the sector, with the intention that Red2Green and the Aspirations Service is an industry leader for Autism Services.

· Oversees all Education Provision for those at Red2Green with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

· Organises, attends and takes a lead at EHCP reviews, writes EHCP offers and provides professional reports when needed

· Works as Deputy Designated Safeguard Lead (DDSL) alongside the Options Manager, and Chief Executive

• Builds professional relationships with other agencies, provisions and professionals
• Builds good relationships with learners’ families/carers to make sure that they are involved (as appropriate) in developing learners’ skills and abilities

Person specification:

You will have:

· Experience teaching autistic learners and a good understanding of the complexities that come from having more than one diagnosis

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities
• Experience of leading staff

· Knowledge and Understanding of Education Health Care Plans

· Understanding of safeguarding duty

· Qualification for teaching (adults or QTS)

Purpose of the role

 Key responsibilities

 Communications Strategy

• Lead the development and socialisation of an effective organisational communications strategy and implementation plan
• Analyse and brief ENN team and trustees on evolving Communications and Digital environment.
• Build a Communications and Digital culture through training and mentoring colleagues in the improved use of communications and digital tools and the establishment of organisational norms and ways of working.
• Curation of aligned branding, internal and external communication across all ENN’s workstreams, in line with ENN values and strategic objectives.
• Focal point for all ENN marketing, communications and digital issues
• Understand, segment and expand ENN’s current audience and networks and, in collaboration with others, increase visibility, presence and engagement with ENN’s network and audience
• Develop ENN’s Communications and Digital policies and risk management.
• Work with teams, collaborators and suppliers to embed clear processes, ways of working and guidance to deliver ENN’s communications strategy.

Management and Delivery

• Set up and maintain a communications plan and reporting framework to help drive a coordinated approach to communication across ENN’s portfolio
• Lead work with relevant teams and ENN’s partners to create and deliver digital communications, media and campaign programmes
• Maximise opportunities to drive brand awareness, raise the profile of ENN and engage with press and media where relevant
• Develop, measure and report on metrics, KPIs and other insightful analytics to inform decision making, evaluate impact and contribute to future strategy
• Manage the Communications and Digital Budget and the procurement of comms and digital resources as required

 Operations and Delivery

Training:

• Oversee ENN and partner awareness, knowledge and understanding of the evolving context and best practices in communications, digital and marketing including use of appropriate media levers
• Develop and implement training programmes and pilots for internal colleagues on the use of all communications media around standards, best practices and house styles, including use of social media

​Platform management:

• Manage and develop ENN social media platforms for optimal visibility, engagement and impact, working with donors and collaborators to proactively engage their platforms and networks towards mutually beneficial ends
• Oversee the management and development of ENN’s website including a new CMS and Forum platform
• Review and deliver performance indicators across all relevant platforms to ensure SEO and high user engagement is measured

Content:

• Work with copy editors, proof-readers, designers, podcast and video producers, developers and external agencies to create new, or update existing digital and publications content
• As a member of the FEX editorial team, provide specific and tailored input and support to ENN’s flagship publication Field Exchange (FEX) on style, brand, design and presentation of print and on-line content.
• Develop and apply guidance to ensure content is engaging and consistent with brand, house styles and tone
• Oversee and approve ENN’s social media content
• Develop and manage a bank of content including stories and images for use in ENN’s publications, products, monitoring and evaluation work and media usage.
• Coordinate publication of all marketing and publicity materials to ensure optimised impact

Analytics and reporting:

• Actively use omnichannel and multichannel reporting, analysis and insight to help develop and optimise campaigns, incorporating other monitoring & evaluation outputs where relevant.
• Digital tools - Identify existing and emerging digital metric tools that track and capture the full impact of our online engagement to reveal where and to what extent our work is making a difference

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 Essential requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or experience preferably in media, journalism, science health or humanitarian communications, digital production, marketing or public relations
• Demonstrable experience of creating and implementing successful communication and digital strategies
• Demonstrable experience of planning, creating and publishing engaging content across digital channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to adapt technical and scientific information for a range of audiences
• Experience in website project management and implementation
• Excellent team-working skills and ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
• Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, content marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Experience in web content writing and management, web design and database management
• Experience in managing external communications providers including proof-readers, copy-editors, creatives / designers, translators, podcast and video producers, print publishers and web designers
• Excellent personal and professional integrity, strong cross-cultural awareness, demonstrable commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion.
• Fluency in English (written and oral)

 Terms and Conditions

Type of contract: Permanent

• Location: Office-based, with the opportunity to work from home 1 – 2 days a week. ENN’s office is in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
• Holidays: 25 days plus UK Public Holidays, increasing by one day per annum after two complete years of service to a maximum of 27 days per annum. Pro-rata for part-time staff.
• Pension: Auto-Enrolment to ENN scheme with a generous Employer contribution of 5%
• Salary: £39,000 per annum, full-time equivalent, dependent on experience and suitability for the role

We’re recruiting for a new Product Manager to support the 12 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We are on an exciting journey at RNID as we introduce and embed product & delivery approaches and you will have the drive to help us along that path.

You will play a critical role in the next phase of our website product, developing and owning the roadmap and delivering positive impact for all our audiences. This includes user experience, conversion rate optimisation, technical integrations to internal/external systems and usability & accessibility.

Position Summary/ Objective

A new role within our European region, the Paid Social Media Specialist will be working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Lead (UK) to deliver world-class paid media campaigns on multiple digital platforms in multiple countries.

This role will work across IFAW’s four fundraising markets in Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands and the UK to grow our paid media revenue. The role will focus on Social and Search advertising but also to experiment with new emerging platforms.

Directly reporting to the Senior Digital Marking Lead in the UK this role will coordinate and plan new paid social campaigns and content, working closely with the Digital Leads, and the Senior Fundraising and Marketing Manager, to roll these out across our markets.  You will work across a variety of channels such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Bing, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify and more.

Role and Responsibilities

Working with the Digital Marketing Lead in each country (France, Germany, Netherlands and UK), the role will:

· Coordinate, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns from conception to launch and completion across EU fundraising markets.

· Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media to support each market.

· Work closely with Digital Marketing Leads to agree on campaigns, budget allocation and spend, ad grouping and audience targeting.

· Support and contribute to the creative process of building advertising campaigns. Including video creation specifically for advertising.

· Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, and suggest landing pages optimization

· Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.

· Working cross-departmentally, specifically with the Content team.

· Identify and suggest new emerging platforms and avenues for digital outreach

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· 5 + years’ experience with digital paid media, specifically with Meta and Google advertising.

· Excellent understanding of creating and implementing paid media campaigns with prior campaign examples (across multiple countries/markets a plus). 

· Ideally completed advertising certifications (for example, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, Google Analytics 

· Extensive experience in creating digital ad assets and copy, including video.  

· Video creation skills specifically for advertising, experience working with Adobe Creative Suite tools

· Fluency in working with analytics platforms, for example Looker Studio

· Goal driven, extremely analytical, with the ability to make data-based decisions and conclusions

· Excellent communication skills to present the results of campaign performance verbally, as well as provide clear and concise reports.

· Fluent English (spoken French, German or Dutch is a plus).

· Interest in IFAW’s programmatic work and global wildlife conservation issues

· Self-starter with ability to jump into a hectic situation to provide support

The Role 
 
As our Communications Officer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a wide range of communications that contribute to increased brand awareness of the charity, demonstrate the charity’s expertise and impact, educate the public about cancer prevention, signs, symptoms and screening and support the generation of income for the charity. 

Specifically, you will: 

• Plan, research, create and distribute creative media content, including press releases, blog posts, case studies and videos, to support research, services, cancer insight, fundraising, events, retail, corporate partnerships and campaigns. 

• Proactively seek, identify and engage in media opportunities, such as attending events, organising photo opportunities and meeting face-to-face with case studies.

• Manage third-party suppliers such as photographers and film production agencies, obtaining quotes, providing clear briefings and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.

• Respond to press enquiries efficiently and to a high standard. Understand which media enquiries are appropriate for the charity’s brand and key messages and those which are not, so that the charity prioritises only those which are value-adding. 

• Organise TV, radio and press interview opportunities for the Chief Executive, Directors and Heads of. Prepare clear briefings for interviewees. 

• Demonstrate and convey professionalism at all times and represent the charity when communicating with the media, members of the public, volunteers and supporters to demonstrate the charity’s core values.

• Monitor and evaluate the charity’s media coverage and the digital impact of PR content, providing a monthly media clippings report. 

• Provide PR input to the charity’s Leadership Team, Board reports and performance dashboards. 

• Maintain continuous awareness of industry news and regularly update colleagues on key developments. 

 
About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

• To be educated to a degree or equivalent level of education or have relevant experience in a similar role at a similar level. 

• Previous media experience, whether through journalism or a PR / in house media assistant role. 

• Experience in building relationships with colleagues and journalists and managing media opportunities such as interviews, broadcast opportunities and photocalls. 

• An ability to write compelling copy for multiple audiences, and media channels, often translating complicated information into a format that is easily understood by readers.

The Programme Manager role will report to the Senior Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for project managing a number of our services. You will have a clear focus of delivering high quality programmes that are run smoothly, efficiently, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes and objectives for both the partners and the young people.

You will lead and support others within your team to deliver high quality programmes from initiation through to evaluation and review, that will directly contribute to the company’s growth strategy and impact.

Darlington Mind is looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing and Development Officer to join our team and help take our comms and fundraising to a new level. Job Duties and Responsibilities

3. Devise and deliver campaigns that promote and inspire engagement and fundraising support in the community, and generate leads for sponsorship, training delivery, and charity of the year or similar.

4. Support volunteer recruitment and fundraising through marketing and communications activities.

5. Prepare press releases and secure media coverage to promote Darlington Mind objectives, policy positions and/or events.

6. Develop and manage a pipeline of events and campaigns for community fundraising, inclusive of events by Darlington Mind and those within the community, and identify prospects for key supporters of those events.

7. Deliver creative communications to generate new leads for donor and commercial income. Identify and build relationships with new prospects for community fundraising; convert fundraising and support leads into effective fundraising activities and events

Senior CRM Database Officer

Mencap have a fantastic opportunity in the CRM Database team.  We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training.  Mencap are seeking a highly skilled database professional who wants to join a vibrant and dynamic team that is passionate about making the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability. This is an exciting time to join the team, as Mencap are currently in the early stages of a CRM Migration project, to transition from alms NET to Salesforce. 

As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data.  You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets.  In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides.  You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards. 

This is a permanent full-time role. We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations.

About You:

• Manage the delivery of all Retention campaigns from concept through to evaluation, using data and insight to drive creative and production, drawing up schedules, and managing the approval processes
• Work collaboratively with data teams to ensure effective use of supporter profiling for delivery across a range of Retention campaigns
• Manage relationships with external agencies including media houses, designers and printers; to negotiate costs and relevant performance reviews
• Responsibility for collation of all KPI tracking, trend analysis and activity results that feed into the team’s reporting and performance structure 
• Work alongside the Content team to research and develop strong cases for support to appeal to existing donors. To gather information, case studies and photos for use in all direct marketing campaigns. Where appropriate, to liaise with external agencies such as designers and copywriters

This role and its responsibilities are critical in the charity’s growth and delivery of strategic goals through brand development, stakeholder engagement and delivery of some key streams of fundraised income. This role will work closely with the new Head of Fundraising and Communications role which has recently been created, and with their established Trusts Fundraising Manager, to support diversification/growth of income streams.
The successful candidate will have experience of planning and delivering income growth and will have produced communications and/or fundraising plans in the charity sector. You will ideally have brand managerial experience as you will be line managing three members of a high performing team. This role has a salary of £39520 - £46800 and will be hybrid working from your home and from their office in East London.
