Job Title:Digital Marketing Executive

Location:Hybrid: Working time split between your Home and our London Office

Every day, Premier, Europe’s largest Christian Media organisation, reaches people through e-mail, websites, podcasts, audio, news, fundraising and digital content that supports faith, discipleship and renewal.
The Digital Marketing Executive role is central to making sure that activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the operational delivery and co-ordination of Premier’s digital marketing activity. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you will help ensure campaigns, digital fundraising activity, commercial advertising, outbound e-mails and website pop-ups are planned, booked and delivered to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities. You will work across Premier’s Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Fundraising and Content teams, helping to turn plans into well-executed campaigns that serve our audiences and support our mission.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Operations and Delivery – Coordinating and delivering digital marketing campaigns across e-mail, website, display, audio and other digital channels, ensuring activity is accurate, timely and effective.
- Advertising and Commercial Coordination – Managing digital advertising bookings, scheduling and delivery across Premier’s platforms, and acting as a key operational link between the Digital and Commercial teams.
- E-mail and On-site Communications – Overseeing outbound e-mails, website pop-ups, overlays, banners and calls to action, making sure they are well scheduled, tested and aligned with wider priorities.
- Workflow and Team Coordination – Maintaining clear processes, coordinating assets and approvals, supporting the Digital Marketing Assistant, and helping teams work smoothly together.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing operations or campaign delivery role
- Hands-on experience building and delivering e-mail marketing campaigns
- Experience coordinating digital advertising, campaign schedules or inventory
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- The ability to interpret briefs and turn them into practical delivery plans
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and support a junior colleague
- An analytical approach, confidence using campaign data, and a calm, proactive, solutions-focused attitude under pressure
- A personal Christian faith, a good understanding of the Christian community, and a commitment to Premier’s mission to help people encounter God through media

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major year-end fundraising appeal. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and freelancers, you'll lead direct mail activity while supporting wider multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a major direct mail fundraising campaign.
- Manage campaign timelines, creative development and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate copywriters, designers, data briefs and production schedules.
- Support the planning and delivery of fundraising email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborate with fundraising, digital and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering successful direct mail fundraising campaigns.
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage complex projects independently.
- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and supporter communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including agencies and freelancers.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital advertising channels would be advantageous.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital loyalty programme forward to build connection with our supporters and customers, building loyalty and life-time value.
What You'll Be Doing as the Senior Digital Loyalty Executive (Email Marketing)
- Project managing new email journeys for customers and donors - briefing data segmentation, developing creative, managing stakeholder feedback, building emails and ensuring best practice to maximise engagement and income
- Working closely with our retail teams to develop new retail lifecycle journeys such as first purchase or abandon cart journeys to drive revenue across the Barnardo's online shop
- Support the team to deliver growth in the digital loyalty programme (primarily email and SMS) to encourage repeat giving/purchases
- Provide technical support for stakeholders and identify opportunities to drive innovation in our email marketing
- Embed an audience, data-led approach to our digital journeys, putting customer/supporter experience at the heart of every decision
- Provide timely, relevant reporting to stakeholders to optimise continuously improve our digital marketing

What We're Looking For
- Proven email marketing experience with a track-record of success in either a charity or commercial setting
- Experience of developing impactful and relevant digital supporter experiences, part of a holistic customer/supporter experience and journey
- Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating campaigns, including both fundraising or marketing programmes and strategic or process change projects.
- Experience of using customer/supporter and market data to inform ideas and strategic plans
- Knowledge and experience of using at least one Email Marketing Platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Dot Digital)
- An understanding and knowledge of digital marketing and how this can support acquisition and growth.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
