The role
The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is looking for an experienced professional to review and transform our current membership and marketing functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver a unified, efficient, and future-focused engagement strategy that reflects the evolving needs of our members.
You will lead and support a talented team, which includes the Enquiries Team and the Membership and Marketing Manager, ensuring we have the right structures, systems, and capacity in place to deliver outstanding service. Your leadership will enhance how we connect with members and customers - both online and offline - driving improved engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Purpose
As Digital Content Manager, you will oversee and develop LabMed’s digital content across multiple platforms. This role offers a chance to apply your skills to make a tangible impact on healthcare and laboratory medicine, driving engagement and innovation in a meaningful field.
You’ll lead our content strategy to grow engagement with key audiences, implement creative solutions to build our online presence, and explore new opportunities for revenue generation. You’ll also support LabMed’s core values of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation while managing a small team.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive, membership volunteers, editorial boards, and the staff team to create impactful content that informs, inspires, and supports our diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a content strategy to grow audience engagement through the Association’s website, e-newsletter and LabMed News (our member magazine).
- Manage and innovate the content on Lab Tests Online (our patient-facing site) including supporting the Editor with editorial and review processes.
- Liaise with editorial boards to ensure our digital content remains insightful and relevant.
- Commission, edit, and deliver high-quality content in partnership with editors, contributors, and topic experts.
- Support the Publications and Communications Committee to ensure consistent quality and alignment with organisational goals.
- Explore and implement opportunities for revenue generation through advertising and paid content.
- Produce the Association’s Annual Report and contribute to business planning in collaboration with boards and teams.
- Supervise the Marketing and Communications Officer, providing clear direction and support.
- Champion Labmed values of inclusion by supporting diverse editorial boards across our publishing programme.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the newly formed content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content - all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in house paid campaign activations. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18 - 24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
This is a fixed term contract for 13 months.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.
- Deliver the holistic content strategy across digital and social channels (including website, email, search, owned social, content creators and gaming) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18 - 24 year olds.
- Responsible for overseeing a team creating and producing innovative content that’s insight driven and market leading.
- Oversee production plans delivering our year round ‘always on’ organic content (web, email, social).
- Lead and inspire creativity across the organisation with a view to becoming social first in everything we do.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to develop and deliver a content optimisation test and learn programme.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise CoppaFeel!’s website and third party agencies to research, plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation and Paid Search strategies.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the annual Website and Email content plan, including an optimisation plan.
- Work with the Social Media Manager to produce social first content year round, in line with the social media and content strategy.
- Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.
- Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Oversee capacity of the Content Team.
- Line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.
- Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of social and digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management level content focused role, for example a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising cross departmental content requests.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing strategic content plans.
- Demonstrable experience of producing creative content.
- Demonstrable experience with activating paid social campaigns.

The role
As Partner Engagement Manager you will promote the work of Family Fund and maintain a positive profile within the disability sector in Northern Ireland and with key Government/political stakeholders.
You will undertake a range of public affairs and policy activities that help sustain and grow our government funding and that secure positive outcomes for disabled children and their families. You will be acknowledged as a senior Family Fund representative across the disability sector, deputising for the Group CEO, or Directors on committees and at events as required.
You will also identify growth/income opportunities and feed through to relevant internal teams, providing follow up support, as required.
If you join us, you’ll be:
- Ensuring that Family Fund’s profile remains high amongst key organisations.
- Engaging with Ministers and MLAs to building awareness and support for Family Fund’s work.
- Family Fund’s key point of contact for all partners and stakeholders in Northern Ireland.
- Engaging in sector working groups and consortia to help secure improved support for families raising disabled children.
- Inputting to government policy development via consultations and direct work with government departments.
- Promoting the support offered by Family Fund to support demand generation, including targeted work in relation to our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion objectives.
- Supporting our Fundraising Team in identifying and securing funding opportunities that allow Family Fund to provide improved grants/information and support services to families.
About you
For this role you will need to have experience of presenting to external stakeholders and representing an organisation in a professional capacity. Ideally you will have some knowledge/experience of public affairs or policy development work.
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated and be able to engage positively with different teams. You must be flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and change. This post is home based with regular travel.

MiD Mediation and Counselling is looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to be responsible for leadership and management of this busy charity that runs mediation and counselling for families that have separated or divorced.
Relationship breakdown or separation can be painful and distressing for all concerned. The charity plays a vital role in supporting families when they are going through some of the most challenging and stressful times in their life and we can help make a difference and find a positive way forward for these families. Role Summary
