We have a great opportunity for a Senior Direct Marketing Executive working for a international charity. The organisation is entering an exciting period of growth and innovation within its supporter engagement programme. The opportunity to lead the development and delivery of trading, regular giving and lottery programmes, helping to grow supporter engagement, retention and income through data-led and supporter-centric marketing activity.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead the growth of an established online shop and trading portfolio, developing engaging multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys that increase sales and long-term loyalty. You will also manage end-to-end marketing activity across trading, regular giving and lottery products, using audience insight, testing and performance data to optimise results.

We are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive to support lead generation, acquisition and stewardship through digital channels, and to grow engagement and donations from Rainbow Trust’s supporters.
About the role:
Reporting to the Digital marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and maximising digital channels to support fundraising, supporter engagement and organisational objectives. This includes managing and creating content across website, email, newsletters and social media platforms.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider teams, the postholder will create engaging, audience-focused content including copywriting, video and digital assets that increase awareness, engagement, fundraising income and supporter retention.
The role requires a digital-first approach, using data, analytics and insight to continuously improve performance and supporter experience across all digital touchpoints.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and support campaigns against income and performance targets.
- Confidence using data and insight to help target audiences and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activity.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and improvement-focused approach, with a willingness to support live events and represent the organisation professionally.
