About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Bespoke Challenge Events Manager maternity cover is crucial to ensure a smooth delivery of our trek programme in 2026. You will manage our flagship ‘CoppaTrek!’ events, which will include five treks in 2026, with a total target of £2.3m. There will be three multi day treks – one in the UK and two abroad. There will also be two One Day events held at weekends in the UK. All five of these events span June – September. You will also be required to support the Senior Manager in the launch of the 2027 programme.
Line Managing two Assistants, the Bespoke Challenge Events Manager will need to hit the ground running to manage all events booked in with their support, getting totally stuck in. Unusually, the Senior Challenge Events Manager (the line manager for this role) will also be a maternity cover role for the same period of time. This elevates the need for clean, organised and focused delivery of our events.
In addition to the delivery of 2026, the Bespoke Challenge Events Manager will need to support in the preparation for 2027, and work with other teams to successfully launch them towards the end of 2026. You will be required to contribute to the budgeting for 2027’s events.
This role does require some evening and weekend work - although not behind the laptop (unless it’s a zoom call to excite all the fundraisers)! You will be lacing up your walking boots, and walking and talking, alongside our CoppaTrek! participants. Therefore, please bear in mind that as part of this role, you will be expected to travel and stay away from home for up to 9 days at a time. The benefit being you get to see some incredible parts of the world and meet amazing people. TOIL is awarded for out of hours work according to our policy.
In terms of the office, it is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office two days per week.
This is a fixed term contract for 14 months.
Duties and Responsibilities
Event Delivery
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of CoppaTrek! events, ensuring each trek meets the charity’s goals and provides an exceptional participant experience.
- Manage each event budget, with support from the Senior Challenge Events Manager.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after the event.
- Attend CoppaTrek! events through the year.
Manager Key Stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sponsors, colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers.
Stewardship
- Ensure excellent stewardship of participants, sponsors, and donors throughout their engagement with the CoppaTrek! programme.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to participants pre- and post-event, including training resources, fundraising guidance, and event-day logistics.
- Acknowledge contributions and achievements of participants and supporters through thank-you gifts, social media shout-outs, and other recognition methods.
Celebrity Liaison
- Support with celebrity involvement in the CoppaTrek! programme, from initial outreach to event participation.
- Ensure celebrities are well-informed and supported throughout the process, with a focus on creating a positive experience for them and our trek participants.
Marketing & PR
- Follow and deliver a marketing plan for the year to ensure the CoppaTrek! programme remains relevant and popular.
- Work in collaboration with marketing team to lead the acquisition for new challenge event participants, ensuring we grow the number of supporters year-on-year.
- Support on website and social media content.
- Work with the PR and marketing team to maximise celebrity involvement.

About the opportunity:
Working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Head of Philanthropy you will support a range of fundraising activities, most predominantly through organising and coordinating fundraising events, such as half-marathons; lead annual fundraising campaigns; in addition to increasing individual giving to the charity through awareness raising and stewardship of regular and one-off donors. - Oversee the coordination and administration of annual sponsored fundraising events Action Tutoring engages with, such as the Hackney Half marathon and London 10K, including the promotion of events, onboarding of runners, campaign page creation, encouraging participants to raise funds, organising materials to be sent to runners (e.g. t-shirts) and tracking of fundraising targets.
- Increase our participation in sponsored fundraising events, in London and our regional hubs.
- Ensure that relevant marketing materials (such as pictures and participants consent to share) are gathered and used to promote events. On occasion be open to travelling to specific events.
- Work with the Fundraising Manager and Marcomms team to ensure that we have strong and appropriate marketing content to support fundraising activity, for example developing supporter communications, evolving our guide to fundraising, maintaining accurate fundraising and donate pages on the website and contributing to the development of our annual impact report.
- Support the organisation and coordination of fundraising and key profile raising events, such as evening events, Action Tutoring anniversary celebrations or funder breakfasts, through sourcing suitable venues and overseeing logistics.
- Support with other key profile raising events, for example, oversee annual fundraising campaigns, such as the Big Give Christmas Challenge, source new campaign opportunities for Action Tutoring to engage and carry out initial enquiries to determine suitability to apply/engage with.

Hamelin is seeking a confident coordinator to support our expanding Links Project. In this diverse role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our individuals meet their goals and create a lasting impact in our communities as well as being the first point of call for new individuals accessing the service.
Links Project: This initiative focuses on enabling adults with learning disabilities to engage in community activities through befriending, mentoring, and peer-led programs, all supported by our dedicated volunteers. As the Project Coordinator, you will support the key administrative tasks that keep this project running smoothly.
The Project Coordinator will support referrals with specific aims and objectives within the project scope – for example traveling to meet a friend, accessing sports, increasing confidence and ensuring isolation is reduced.
In your day-to-day role, you will be striving to build, expand and strengthen the project whilst working closely with the Project Lead ensuring all key performance indicators and any project targets are met. The role is responsible for onboarding individuals into the project as well as completing ongoing assessments and gathering feedback.
This role is crucial in making sure we deliver exceptional service, stay compliant, and run our project efficiently— whilst ensuring our mission, vision and values are not compromised.
Project Skills:
- Support with the daily operations of the project scope.

- Work closely with other teams and services within the Charity to ensure a unified approach to care and support.
Business Development:
- Identify and exploit opportunities for expanding the service, from new partnerships and funding sources both inside and outside health and care to innovative care models.

- Lead marketing and promotion of the service, boosting awareness, interest and attracting new project participants.
Other Requirements:
- Be ready to work flexibly, which could include weekends and bank holidays. You might also be asked to work in different services as needed.

About you
It’s essential that:
- You have at least two years’ experience within a coordination/administration service for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

- You hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.

The Role
Planning and delivery of the Greyhound Trust’s fundraising from individuals to support delivery of our organisational strategy.
This is a new role within our new and growing income generation and engagement team. Reporting to the Head of Income Generation and Engagement, the Greyhound Trust looks to you to review and develop current Individual Giving income streams, identify and implement new opportunities and deliver a sustainable growth plan suited to the Greyhound Trust brand, stakeholders, resources and strategic aspirations. We need to build a strong financial foundation that will allow us to care for and home even more greyhounds both today and in the future, engaging new supporters and motivating existing ones to continue their support.
What you will do
- Under the direction of the Head of Income Generation and Engagement, create, deliver and evaluate a long-term Individual Giving strategy.
- Build a diverse and sustainable individual giving portfolio suited to the Greyhound Trust brand, stakeholders, resources and growth aspirations.
- Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel fundraising campaigns, appeals and/or product promotions
- Use data and insight to drive performance, monitor results, and build cases for support.
- Develop and deliver supporter journeys to encourage loyalty and growth across all income stream.
