About the role 

As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.

Contract 

This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.  

Responsibilities 

• Managing digital fundraising projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with objectives and budget.
• Oversee digital fundraising projects, to ensure they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
• Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Develop engaging onboarding experiences for new supporters to encourage long-term engagement
• Support the Digital Manager in expanding international fundraising through a range of digital channels
• Monitor the performance of digital fundraising activities, updating plans and implementing improvements where necessary
• Contribute to A/B and multivariate testing to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Ensure campaign activities are streamlined and optimised for international audiences
• Assist the Digital Managers and Head of Digital Fundraising with additional projects as required

Skills 

 Essential:  

• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.  
• Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - such as content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4. 
• Excellent writing skills, with experience in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.

Desirable:  

• Experience in international fundraising.  
• Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.  
• Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.  
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.  
• Research skills to identify new digital and fundraising opportunities.

The Role

Main Responsibilities

Leadership

• To lead and inspire the Philanthropy team fostering a collaborative and high culture that delivers against income and objectives.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

• Implement and evolve the Individual Giving strategy across acquisition, retention, mid-value, and legacy giving.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop compelling donor journeys and integrated campaigns.
• Lead on mid-value donor engagement and legacy income initiatives.
• Analyse supporter data to optimise performance and reduce attrition.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and data protection standards.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Proven experience in Individual Giving, with an extensive track record of managing successful fundraising campaigns.
• Strong understanding and delivery of supporter stewardship.
• Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends in fundraising.
• Passion for the mission and values of BBC Children in Need.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Experience working with external fundraising agencies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data selection processes.
• Understanding of legacy fundraising and mid-value donor programmes.
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising compliance.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will help manage and support on implementing MDUK’s growing corporate partnerships strategy, playing an instrumental role in prospecting and supporting the delivery of charity partnerships that raise funds for MDUK. A confident individual that understands how to identify, develop, manage and retain corporate partnerships at a regional and national level.

This position is responsible for supporting the Partnerships and Ambassador Engagement Manager in delivering on ambitious income target in relation to employee fundraising, cause-related marketing, and strategic staff-based volunteering.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Administrator to join the Marketing team and the wider Fundraising, Retail and Communications Department. Your role is to provide high quality administrative support.

Role Requirements

• Work to a regular schedule of imports
• Locate the required data from multiple sources both within and outside The Children’s Trust systems
• Follow detailed process guides
• Use various tools to manipulate data and change formats where required
• Import the data on to Charity CRM and other systems using built in and in-house tools
• Ensure financial and personal information is managed appropriately and securely
• Follow detailed briefs and process guides
• Extract supporter data for fundraising activity
• Extract information for use in analysis or other projects
• Update existing reports daily, weekly and monthly
• Report on fundraising activity, income and trends
• Produce detailed financial reports for internal use
• Support the Director of Fundraising & Communications
• Support the Data Manager in developing analysis projects
• Work with the team to identify measures to monitor and model performance
• Learn the use of built in and third-party analysis tools

Harris Hill urgently seeks a Training and Events Coordinator to support an education charity whilst they recruit permanently.

This role is an immediate start, full time with 2dpw in the office, and likely to run for 4-8 weeks, depending. 

Duties in a nutshell:

Support in coordination of our Staff Network Training Event – Around 2500 attendees (hybrid delivery in multiple locations)

Support in participant comms around this event with registration, comms and calendar invites

Support with virtual delivery of other small sessions – polls, breakout rooms etc

On the day support with a few smaller in-person training sessions – registration, catering, printing of resources

Production and analysis of training data – attendance, engagement, feedback etc.

Administration of our Learning Management System with setting up and creation of Events and uploading of resources (training will be provided)

Support with e-learning module design using templated in Articulate rise (training will be provided).

£28k plus holiday paid hourly, working 9-5:30 full time. May rise to £30k for an experienced candidate.
