Summary
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist Apprentice to support the Central Quadrant of Harris secondary academies, helping to identify, attract and engage our communities.
Working with the Assistant Director and Principals from the Quadrant, you will have the opportunity to support with our Academy marketing strategies, including social media channels, newsletters, events and create graphic designs, images and videos for both organic and paid campaigns. Harris Hill is urgently seeking an experienced Direct Marketer, to join a medical charity in Cambridgeshire for 3-6 months on a full time basis.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days per week, with one from home. On of these days has to be a Wednesday, with office hours being 9-5.
To be considered, you will have proven experience within individual giving, direct marketing, and individual giving campaigns with end-to-end responsibility. You will have designed and implemented supporter or donor journeys with retention and engagement, and have a strong understanding of direct marketing principles across offline and digital channels.
In addition, you have used fundraising CRM or databases to support delivery, reporting and analysis, as well as managing third party suppliers and internal teams. You will be adept at managing budgets and monitoring campaigns with ROI in mind.

You will play a key role in delivering Norwood’s marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on events and community engagement.
Working closely with your peer Senior Marketing Executive and the wider Marketing, Fundraising and Events teams, you will lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that drive engagement, attendance and income.
You will take ownership of event marketing from concept through to delivery, ensuring activity is creative, well coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
