You'll focus on the collection, analysis and reporting of data from National Services programmes, projects and services. You'll use systems and tools to effectively capture and store data and information, enabling effective reporting and insight. You'll provide advice and support to the Product Development Manager and Deputy Director of National Services.
You'll support National Services teams with the development of KPI and data collection routes and support with maintenance, troubleshooting and creative problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll create detailed reports and dashboards for use by teams, managers and leaders at agreed time points.

- Experience of using statistical tools and techniques to manage and analyse data

Workplace Justice is a new company limited by guarantee that has been created to take forward the annual New Organising Conference. In September 2025 60 people will deliver 40 different sessions to an audience of 135 people.
Overview of the role
This role, which will be largely remote, with regular online supervision and periodic meet-ups, offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. You will have a high degree of autonomy, and a varied and interesting workload, as well as the opportunity to interact with and meet inspiring activists and educators. Because of the annual cycle of the conference, you will ideally be able to flex your working hours across the year, with the opportunity for a four week break after the conference.

Background
Workplace Justice is the organisational home of the annual New Organising Conference, now in its third year, with support from the Network for Social Change The New Organising Conference, held over a weekend, is unique in bringing together a diverse group of participants - trade unions established and new, community organisers, not for profits, academics, lawyers and journalists, with a shared interest in worker rights and community organising. Participants learn, get inspiration and form new collaborations. In September 2025, 60 people delivered 44 different sessions to an audience of 130 people. The Communications Manager plays a vital role in shaping how UK Men’s Sheds Association (UKMSA) communicates, both internally and externally, and with the community at its heart. This is not just a messaging role. Rather, it’s about building trust, clarity, and connection across UKMSA communities. Key responsibilities:
1. Internal communications
· Develop and deliver internal communication approaches that ensure staff across a remote-working environment are kept informed, connected, and engaged.
· Coordinate and facilitate regular team meetings, updates, and communications, including all-staff briefings, newsletters, and shared messaging.
· Work with the CEO and senior team to plan in-person staff meetings, designing the content, format and approach so the sessions align with staff and organisational requirements.

3. External communications
· Manage and maintain the UKMSA website and social media channels, working with our external web designer to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with the organisation’s values and tone.
· Source, shape, and share stories from Shedders, volunteers, and communities to celebrate and amplify the impact of the Shedding movement.
· Lead on the production of UKMSA’s regular newsletter Shoulder2Shoulder, Review and develop the newsletter on a regular basis, in collaboration with staff and volunteers.
· Collaborate with staff and volunteers to collect and develop case studies and lived experience content and ensure these are shared meaningfully and respectfully.
· Support the Membership Manager and Director of Income and Investments to ensure any promotional activity for external partners is aligned with UKMSA’s communications strategy, delivers clear value, and is proportionate.

Role and Responsibilities
The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Development, the Donor Engagement Manager leads a robust donor communications, engagement, and stewardship program for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, spearheading the development of strategy and plans, and supervising a team of contractors and freelancers for project implementation. Critical responsibilities include:
Create dynamic donor engagement plan
· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition
· Drive a robust calendar of communications and activities to optimize donor engagement, mission impact, and a best-in class donor experience with IFAW
· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

As part of the Service Delivery Team, you will take operational responsibility for managing and developing the delivery of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training programmes. You will ensure that corporate and charitable organisations are equipped with practical tools to build inclusive workplace cultures and create accessible career opportunities for young people with additional needs.
In this hands-on role, you will coordinate consultancy projects from start to finish - overseeing scheduling, delivery, marketing, and evaluation - to maintain high standards and meet income targets. Your work will directly support AFK’s mission to create a fairer, more equitable society for people with additional needs.
You will work closely with AFK’s Co-Facilitators - each bringing valuable lived experience - to ensure all EDI training is authentic, relevant, and informed by their expertise.
Working Conditions
The post is 35 hours a week, normally 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The post holder may be expected to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job.
28 days annual leave will be given in addition to public holidays.

Working Relationships
Provide direct line management to EDI Facilitators and Co-Facilitators.
Build and sustain strong relationships with HR Managers, Inclusion Leads, and equivalent roles within client organisations.
Collaborate daily with the CEO, Executive Director of Services, the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, and Corporate Partnerships Managers.
Principal Responsibilities
Service Development
· Collaborate with the CEO, Executive Director of Services to identify and develop new opportunities for chargeable training services.
· Hold overall management responsibility for the EDI Programme, including its team of Facilitators and Co-Facilitators.
· Advance the organisation’s co-production target by working with the youth leadership group, and with other Service Delivery Managers.
· Lead the ongoing development of AFK’s training offer, ensuring a diverse range of services that promote workplace inclusion and equity for people with additional needs.
Business Development
· Collaborate with the CEO, Executive Director of Services and Fundraising Team to identify marketing opportunities for AFK services supporting voluntary and community groups.
· Ensure all training and consultancy is delivered to the highest standards, reflecting best practice and compliance with current legislation and regulations.
· Work closely with employers and Service Delivery colleagues to create meaningful opportunities for young people with additional needs to gain experience, develop skills, and pursue their aspirations.
· Proactively identify and apply for commissioned opportunities with London local authorities.
General
· Uphold AFK’s Safeguarding Policy and contribute to creating a safe environment for young people.
· Prepare and present regular progress reports to the CEO, Executive Director of Services, the Board of Trustees, and other relevant stakeholders.
· Carry out any other duties as required by senior management team.
