Join Our Team as an Internal Communications Officer
At Change Grow Live, a national health and social care charity committed to empowering individuals, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Officer. This exciting role provides an opportunity for a skilled communications professional to improve the experiences of our dedicated staff and volunteers across England, Wales, and Scotland.


Location and Flexibility:

This role is remote, offering flexibility and inclusivity. Whether you're based in England, Wales, Scotland, or anywhere else in the UK, we welcome your application.

Occasional travel to Change Grow Live sites will be necessary, and depending on your proximity to our local offices, you may choose to work from an office.

Salary: £32,685.28
Hours: 37.5 pw

Role Overview:

As our Internal Communications Officer, you will be responsible for the development, management, and ownership of the internal communications function within our dynamic charity. You will also create and implement communication plans for a diverse range of projects, taking charge of internal channels and ensuring our staff and volunteers are well-informed and engaged in organisational initiatives.
