What you will do:

About Sculpt UK
Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. The need for our work is clear given the increasing problems young people face and their lack of confidence and awareness regarding their journey into the world of work.
We run a range of bespoke programmes that work directly with young people in conjunction with partners - schools, careers hubs, employers, local government and further/higher education. Sculpt addresses interconnected areas that contribute towards our vision: Employability, Youth Voice and Leadership, and Community Action. We build the skills and experience of young people focusing on the transitions between school, education and work. In particular, we are skilled in tailoring our work to meet the needs of young people in alternative provision and those at risk of not being in employment, education and training.
What we do and how we do it is also informed by the Sculpt Youth Advisory Board, consisting of young people who meet monthly to advise the Sculpt Board on matters such as the needs of young people, product design and programme impact. In addition, we have a Sculpt Alumni community who contribute to the development of our work.

What are we looking for?
Sculpt UK is hiring a bookings coordinator and youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people aged 12-16 with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our under 16s work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training). Training on working specifically with SEND students will be offered to the successful applicant.
The role will also manage our bookings with schools and individuals across projects. This job is a 70/30 split between Youth Programme Officer and Bookings Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
Youth Programme Officer:

Adhere to Sculpt UK’s safeguarding practices and procedures at all time

Deliver funded programmes focused on youth employability, leadership and youth voice in line with Sculpt UK’s delivery style and ethos

Work with other Youth Programme Officers to successfully to deliver projects and support in data collection required for reporting

Use their experience and knowledge of the issues affecting young people to tailor the workshops accordingly to age, need and interest

Facilitate workshops on topics such as communication, gender stereotypes, social media, finance & skills, teamwork

Run mock interviews with programme participants

The Web Editor will play a vital role in managing compelling and informative content for ARUK's website. Key Responsibilities:
Content planning & management:
· Collaboration: Coach teams to ensure web content is up to date and stakeholders are effectively utilising our project management platform to request changes.
· Content development: research search intent to provide recommendations for engaging and informative content for ARUK's website, including news articles, blog posts, fundraising appeals, research updates, educational resources and more.

Strategic decision-making
· Cross-functional alignment: Work closely across the digital team, commissioning teams, and wider stakeholders to ensure content supports the overall digital strategy, campaign objectives and organisational priorities.
· User-centric approach: Understand the needs and preferences of ARUK's target audiences (supporters, researchers, people affected directly or indirectly by Alzheimer's, healthcare professionals) and tailor content accordingly.
· Testing: seek opportunities for A/B testing and work with the wider Web and Analytics Team to create tests. Increase appetite for testing across ARUK and build up evidence to support decision making, improve user journeys and boost conversions.
Training and upskilling
· SEO and web accessibility: create opportunities to share questions, celebrate best practice and signpost resources.
· Training: Deliver training to support organisation-wide digital upskilling including SEO basics.

What the job involves
The Policy and Health Influencing team is responsible for using clinical data and evidence to shape what the organisation thinks and to develop solutions that drive change for men with and at risk of prostate cancer. This means working with clinicians, patients and stakeholders to interpret the latest changes in prostate cancer research, care, support and treatment which will help shape our strategic direction and activities.
As the Policy and Health Influencing Coordinator, you're key to supporting the policy and health influencing team, and teams across the Health Services, Equity and Improvement Directorate when needed. You'll have a varied and far-reaching portfolio of work for example, at times arranging important stakeholder events and meetings and ensuring we're hearing from people who've been through prostate cancer themselves. You'll also help share our work on social media and capture the outcomes of our external engagement.
In this role you’ll assist us in keeping track of and evaluating our progress in line with our organisational strategy, as well as keeping an eye on trends in the wider cancer and health landscape and reporting on them. Plus, you'll handle budget matters and make sure we have effective budget monitoring mechanisms in place.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a Coordinator who is highly organised, an effective communicator who knows how to adapt and effectively prioritise your time. You’ll have excellent coordination skills and can organise others too (especially teams which are based across the UK) and have experience of creating and updating forward planners, project schedules and streamlining team processes. You’ll be able to comfortably engage with senior managers and a breadth of external senior level stakeholders. Regularly taking the initiative to drive improvements so that the teams you support can operate efficiently.
With skills in collecting and utilising data to monitor, trend, and report on activity, you're proactive in acting on the results. You’ll have some experience or interest in working in the health or volunteer sector. Key responsibilities
Fundraising and income generation
- Work with Impetus CEO and SMT to support the delivery of the Impetus strategy and business plan and deliver the public affairs milestones to time and within budget.
- Champion and contribute to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all areas of Impetus' work, ensuring that EDI principles related to Impetus’ mission are reflected in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications and public positioning.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our growing Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver campaigns that inspire support and build lasting relationships with our donors.

Your role
As Individual Giving and Legacy Officer, you’ll play a key part in delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns and developing supporter journeys that are meaningful, engaging, and impactful. You’ll work across both individual giving and legacy fundraising, helping us grow income and deepen connections with our community.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Delivering legacy campaigns across email, print, and social media to inspire future gifts.
• Running individual giving campaigns across regular giving, in-memory donations, lottery, cash appeals, and our online shop.
• Creating and refining stewardship journeys across digital, print, and phone to ensure supporters feel valued and connected.
About you
• You’ll bring experience in fundraising and a good understanding of individual giving and/or legacy fundraising. You’ll be confident working across different channels and managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills.
• We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting fundraising campaigns via direct mail, email, telemarketing, or social media.
• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Is passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.

We're looking for someone to help manage Crimestoppers in the Avon and Somerset area.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2026
Location: Home-based (with regional travel across Avon & Somerset)
Hours: 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE, flexible, including some unsociable hours)
Salary: £15,531 per annum (£38,828 FTE)
Crimestoppers is seeking a Regional Manager to act as our representative across the region. This key role will:
- Lead the creation and delivery of impactful crime prevention campaigns with law enforcement and community partners.
- Coordinate cross-border and national initiatives in support of ROCUs, the NCA, and other agencies.
- Drive funding opportunities to support our work, from campaigns to outreach.
- Empower volunteer committees to thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Act as a spokesperson for Crimestoppers with local and regional media.
We are looking for someone with strong project management and budget management experience, confident in working under pressure, building strategic relationships, and occasionally working unsociable hours. Experience with the voluntary sector, media campaigns, or policing practice would be an advantage.
