Role description
As Commercial Sales & Events Coordinator you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the weddings and event hire team. Dealing with initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds to putting together event packages and maintaining the booking system are all in a days work. In addition, you’ll be adept at liaising with clients and suppliers, setting up for events and delivering the best possible experience to guests on the day – always making sure we deliver a first-class service. Weddings, film shoots (we can certainly name drop a few people!), event and venue hires - you’ll deliver excellent customer service and administrative support. You’ll be helping to maximize Gunnersbury’s commercial potential and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. There is real variety to this role and an opportunity to work across all areas of the estate.

Essential Technical Skills:

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a SQL Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This position is based in the Information Management and Technology department and answers to the Business Intelligence Development Manager.
The post holder will take a prominent role in developing a varied suite of Business Intelligence solutions as well as maintaining existing solutions, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server based tools. Work will span the full range of data processes, from system integration to developing and populating data warehouses through to developing user reports. They will work on the technical aspects of system integration and be involved in the development and maintenance of ETL (extract, transform, load) processes across all systems. The post holder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to gather requirements and ensure data integrity is maintained. About you

South London Citizens
South London Citizens is a thriving chapter with a growing team of ~18 organisers and project staff. We are building the power of communities in South London through borough alliances (in Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Merton, Croydon) and the wider region by developing community leadership and supporting people to take action on what matters most to them. Purpose
We are looking for two Associate Organisers to join our thriving and dynamic team in South London building the power of local communities. These roles will support local organising, and have a specific focus on health and living wage organising.
In this exciting and innovative role, you will work with community organisations, including faith institutions, schools, universities, and community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to
1. build ‘Be Well’ teams to support the wellbeing of their communities, as part of the South London Listens partnership;
2. find and develop new community leaders within their organisations; and
3. take action to tackle the social determinants of health inequality (e.g. lack of migration status, racism, housing conditions, low wages and precarious work).
One or both of the roles will also include specific organising with low paid workers to lead the fight for a real living wage and living hours.

- Be a competent, efficient user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology – especially for managing and manipulating data.

Duties and responsibilities
The Income Supervisor will manage all transactions relating to income, assisted by a Finance Assistant (income support), and working closely with the Senior Finance Assistant, and Finance Assistant (payments support). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the work delegated to the Finance Assistant (income support), reporting to, and supporting the Financial Controller.
Experience required
Proven experience in high level communication skills, both verbally and in writing are essential plus a proven ability in developing positive relationships with organisations and individuals across diverse cultures. Understanding of accounts to trial balance, excellent reconciliation skills, knowledge of accounting software and supervisory experience. A studier or part-qualified accountant is desirable, but a good level of general education and experience and a keen interest in aspects of the role would also be welcomed.
Conditions
The post is graded C1 which covers steps 14 to 19 on the ITF salary scale, with a salary range of £49,787.00 per annum plus an annual bonus of £4,148.92. Annual leave will be 22 days per annum pro-rata in the year of joining, rising to 23 days in the second year.
