Clinical Services Coordinator (Mental Health Talking Therapies) - Maternity Cover Contract

Evolve Counselling is looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced mental health counselling manager, to take charge of our service while the postholder takes maternity leave in January 2026. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity with a supportive employer, who offers a flexible approach to working time, benefits and options for the future. 

The post is: 

• Fully remote, part-time hours between 16-21 hours per week.

• Highly flexible arrangement of core working hours across 4/5 days each week.

Evolve provides a wide range of therapies to people experiencing mental health difficulties. We work with private individuals and organisational/ corporate clients (via employee wellbeing programmes) mainly through remote video calls but with a good deal of face-to-face work. We have over 45 BACP registered counsellors on our team and our mission is to deliver the lowest cost counselling to those who need it most. As a charity, our surpluses are reinvested to deliver this mission. 

Our ideal candidate for this temporary cover is a BACP registered member counsellor, with strong managerial and administrative skills and experience, confident at handling the working needs of a large remote team and delivering a detailed and personal service to our larger contract clients as well as private individuals. You’ll be working alongside an ambitious management team, aiming to perfect and grow our services. Good record keeping, communications skills and familiarity with confidential client record management systems are a must. 

The key aspects of the CSC job are to: 

• Be the first port of call for all clinical queries. 

• Arrange the efficient use of our CRM system that supports the clinical service. 

• Take overall responsibility for incoming referrals and allocations as well as ongoing management of clients and maintenance of any waiting lists to agreed parameters. 

• Monitor the balance between counsellor capacity and client demand.

The Sales and Insights Manager leads on the management and development of the CRM database and ticketing system (Tessitura). The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:

CRM:

• Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
• Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
• Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
• Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.

• Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Job Summary

The BSR education programme is a key benefit to members and the wider rheumatology community, providing updates on the essentials needed to deliver top-quality care for patients and ensuring professional development opportunities. 

This role sits within the Education team who are responsible for delivering BSR’s educational activity. Working alongside the Head of Education, the Education & Events Manager, Event Executive (Education) and the Digital Events Manager, you will assist in the planning and delivery of a range of education courses, webinars, bursary schemes and digital learning activities. You will work with the team to support the work of our Education Committee, Trainee Committee and Digital Learning Board. 

This is an exciting role for someone looking to get further hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of educational events and activities and liaising with multiple stakeholders. It is a unique opportunity to be part of the team at the forefront of rheumatology education, making a tangible impact on the professional development of members and the broader rheumatology community.

Main Responsibilties 

Event & Course Coordination

• Lead on course and webinar registration processes, including delegate bookings, communications, data management and reporting, and producing delegate materials.
• Support course logistics including venue sourcing and management, accommodation and travel, catering and AV.
• Support stakeholder management at education courses, including communications with patients, sponsors and event supporters.
• Occasional travel, including attendance and overnight stays at BSR courses, conferences and events.
   

Systems & Data Management

• Oversee the team’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and registration systems, ensuring data integrity, implementing system enhancements, coordinating stakeholders, and carrying out testing.

Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Officer

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to uniting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. We are recruiting a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Officer to build and grow relationships with charitable trusts and corporate foundations in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust’s strategic aims. You’ll manage a portfolio of small to mid-level trust funders, identify new prospects (£10k ), prepare high-quality applications and reports, and work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities.

About the role 

Since LRU started campaigning for rent controls in 2024, we’ve secured the support of MPs, trade unions and charities, organised large demonstrations and pushed the issue of rising rents up the political agenda.

The purpose of this role is to work alongside members and other union staff to take our campaigning for rent controls to the next level through a combination of protests, local organising, coalition building and targeting of power holders, landlords and corporations. 

How we work at LRU

You will be part of the LRU staff team alongside 12 other staff, who work with members to build the power of the union by organising, campaigning, training and supporting peer support and member solidarity actions.  We expect staff to uphold the union's values, and work together to implement collectively agreed strategies.  The staff team are accountable to the elected member Coordinating Group.

Job description

• Support members to organise ambitious and effective actions and protests in support of rent controls.

• Leading on specific projects and campaigns as part of the Cut the Rent campaign and other campaign priorities decided by LRU members.  For example, if the campaigns committee decides to target a particular developer or politician as part of the wider Cut the Rent campaign.

• Working with the Union Coordinator and members to implement and track progress on the overall Cut the Rent strategy.

• Implementing organising approaches to ensure that the Cut the Rent campaigns builds the active membership and power of the union.

• Working alongside the Union Coordinator to represent LRU in external meetings and events, and help to build LRU’s relationships with other organisations.  Supporting members to do this.

• Ensure meetings of the Campaigns Committee are effective and well run.

• Work alongside members and other other staff to ensure branches participate in the Cut the Rent campaign, and feed into strategy.

• Contribute to the collective activity of the Organising Team, including taking part in phone banking and outreach sessions and team meetings.

• As time allows, work alongside other members of the staff Organising Team to support members outside of branch areas to participate in the Cut the Rent campaign.

1. People Management

• Day-to-day management of staff and workflow

Outline of the role

Supporting the planning and delivery of IAPB’s events as a key member of the IAPB Campaigns, Communications and Events team. Assisting with planning, logistics and administration of events at IAPB that enhance knowledge of eye health and convening of our members and stakeholders. Working with the Global Events Manager (UK-based) to plan and deliver high-quality events across the organisation, including the annual large-scale global event.

Scope and accountability

The post holders role will support the implementation of our expanding events portfolio:
