We are looking to recruit Project Coordinator(s) (Fathers team) you will be responsible for delivering a range of services supporting Future Men’s work with fathers. The post holder will alongisde direct work with fathers support the Senior Leadership Team with formulating a strategy for developing work with fathers across localities, in line with FM’s vision, mission and values and Business Plan. A key element will be to support new developments, identify best practice in work with fathers and embed these in current services.

This full-time permanent role is based in south London and work alongside statutory services.

At Future Men, through our practice-led services, we work with boys and men from childhood through to Fatherhood, to help them become healthy, dynamic, future men. From structured school programmes and youth hubs, to individual one-to-one sessions and outreach work, we provide the vital support and advocacy that changes boys and young men’s lives for the better. We focus our work with boys and men who face structural discrimination and disadvantage, including of race, income, and community.

About our team   

Like many jobs, you will work with lots of different teams in different contexts. With this role, you will have the benefit of being part of regionally focused team of 7 that is part of our wider movement.   

The successful candidate will be a part of our Central Region team of 7 workers who between us work across a region, from Suffolk to Gloucestershire, up to Shropshire, to Lincolnshire. Bright Futures UK, an award winning charity, supports children and young people aged 5 to 24 whose education has been disrupted due to serious long-term physical or mental health conditions. We offer online one-to-one tutoring, befriending, and mentoring programmes, as well as group programmes including hospital workshops, industry events, and advocacy initiatives. Role Overview

The Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a central role in driving sustainable income for Bright Futures UK by securing funding from charitable trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies. This role will focus on developing high-quality funding applications, managing relationships with key funders, and ensuring timely reporting and stewardship.

Working closely with colleagues across Programmes and Finance, you will translate Bright Futures UK’s impact into compelling cases for support, while identifying new funding opportunities to grow and diversify income.

Income Generation

• Research and identify trusts, foundations, and statutory funding opportunities aligned with Bright Futures UK’s mission.
• Develop and deliver a pipeline of high-quality funding applications to meet agreed income targets.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to appoint a new SEND Consultant to our central team of subject specialists. We want to hear from experienced teachers who have gained experience in a middle leadership role, and who have a track record of raising achievement within a department. The successful applicant will join an established team of specialists, working to further raise standards and further drive improvement across the Harris Federation. The role of SEND Consultant is an exciting post providing enormous scope for a talented and creative practitioner to work collaboratively across a group of academies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The role will be multi-faceted and involve coaching and mentoring, sharing of best practice, developing robust improvement strategies, assisting Harris academies in recruitment and selection, helping to establish new departments or lead rapid recovery where required. Our central team consultants work strategically with Principals, senior leadership teams and support academy departments to improve standards and the outcomes for our students.

We are looking for an experienced teacher with a deep passion for SEND. Our consultant roles are suitable for those with management experience (ideally but not necessarily at Head of Department level or alternatively be an aspirant Leading Practitioner). The post would suit an ambitious middle leader looking either to broaden their expertise and responsibilities, or who may be considering a future leadership pathway to their first headship. Although based at the Harris Federation offices close to East Croydon Station (with fast access to central London and the M25), the role will mostly be located within the academies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The post work suit an ambitious middle leaders with at least three years' SEND teaching experience and two years in a management role such as SENDCo or Co-SENDCo. A thorough understanding of the needs of students with SEND and Quality First Teaching is essential.

The successful applicant will be resilient, creative and a dynamic practitioner, and must hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree. Youth Development Outreach Worker

Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. 

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Youth Development Outreach Worker to join the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital. This project offers support to young people who have attended the Emergency Department due to violence in order to promote positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Offering intensive 1:1 support to the young people referred to the project by hospital staff following an attendance at ED due to violence or aggression. Support for the young person can include liaising with parents/carers, safeguarding services and other agencies/networks with the purpose of increasing positive outcomes.

· Being a physical presence in the department, working with key staff within NMUH to ensure all young people who come into ED as a result of a violence or aggression are able to access support where required.

· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence reduction for young people and professionals.

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Have a relevant experience working with young people using a Youth Work approach and seen a positive impact from that work

· Are committed and passionate about working with young people who have experienced violence using a young person centred, trauma informed approach.

· Possess excellent oral/written communication and organisational skills.

· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.

Early Years Advisor

We are looking for Early Years Advisors to join the team supporting the contract delivery of our Maths Champions programmes.

Maths Champions is an online professional development programme, enabling early years settings to access CPD from their setting without the need to release staff to attend external training. The programme provides a range of evidence based training, reflective tools, resources and support from an Early Years Advisor.

This role offers remote working and there are 8 positions available.

Position: Early Years Advisor (Champions Programme) x8 posts

Location: Homebased

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: 30k increasing to £32k following probation

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st July 2027

The Role

You will support the contract delivery of the Maths Champions programmes, ensuring contract milestones are met. The Champions programmes are online professional development programmes designed to support early years settings to drive continuous improvement and increase high standards in early education for children from birth to five years, in line with the Organisation’s mission to promote quality in early years for UK and international customers.

Working closely with other early years advisors, delivery partners, managers and cross teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of Champions programmes.

You will work with the private, voluntary, maintained and independent sectors, and school provision providing advice and support relating to Champions programmes that enable practitioners within nursery settings with practice improvement resulting in better outcomes for children.

About You

You will have experience of working in early years, leading practice specifically in maths language, literacy and communication as an early years professional or an early years teacher

Successful candidates will have experience of:

• Coaching and mentoring early years practitioners to support practice improvement

Surgery and anaesthesia have a fundamental and growing impact on global health outcomes. Surgical intervention could address over 30% of the global burden of disease, and yet the poorest 33% of people receive just 3.5% of all surgery. Post-operative mortality rates 1,000 times higher than in some high-income countries can be found in parts of the world where surgery and anaesthesia have been neglected, and in some countries as many as 90% of anaesthetic departments do not have the equipment to provide a safe anaesthetic for a child. 

With 142 Member Societies made up of anaesthesiologists in 151 countries, the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA) is uniquely placed to influence these inequalities and help ensure universal access to safe surgery and safe anaesthesia.

As Governance Manager you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional, and effective governance service across the Federation and associated entities. You will work closely with our CEO, Governance & Programmes Officer, Board and other volunteers and leaders as required to deliver a number of key governance activities. This includes virtual and in-person meetings of the WFSA Board, Council, and General Assembly.

You will contribute to the expanding governance functions of the Federation family, with a focus on streamlining processes, improving organisational efficiency, and enhancing leadership communication and collaboration. About the Role

You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.

Role responsibilities include:

· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.

· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.

· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.

About You

Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.

Skills and Competencies:

· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards

· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows

· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)

What is the overall purpose of the role?

At Youth Action Alliance, our mission is to support the personal and social development (their values, beliefs, ideas and skills) of the young people living in Kensington and Chelsea and neighbouring boroughs, enabling them to increase their resilience and skills in the present, and promote their ambitions for the future.

We are ambitious to grow, to continue supporting more young people and influence positive change. To do this we are looking to appoint a Support Youth Worker to work across two projects:

Working 50% of your time with Gypsy, Roma and Irish Traveller young people (Travellers project) 11-19 years old, including;

● A weekly girls’ workshop

Job responsibilities

● Support with the planning and delivery of an innovative, cohesive and progressive programme of delivery for Travellers and Staying Connected (focusing on personal and social development skills), and budgeting to ensure smooth and effective delivery of the programme.

● Recruit, engage and support young people aged to participate in the programmes.

● Building and strengthening partnerships with local organisations, services, and stakeholders (such as schools, youth services, community groups, health providers, or charities)
