About Young Enterprise
Each year, Young Enterprise helps thousands of young people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. Through our nationwide enterprise and financial capability programmes, we give young people the opportunities and experiences to discover who they are and what they’re good at.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving, youth focused, charity and play a crucial role in supporting the Services team to deliver on its strategic objectives.  We are looking for a dynamic team player to coordinate a number of Young Enterprise’s services for educators on a permanent basis.

About the role 
The Education Services Coordinator will work closely with the Education Services Manager to develop and coordinate our teacher training offer, develop and maintain our subscription lesson plan service and re-launch our Teacher Advisory Group. This role also works closely with the other members of the Services team and more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.

The post holder will be responsible for providing high level customer service both internally and externally to a variety of people including staff, teachers and other educators. This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

Who we are looking for 
We are seeking a customer focused individual with first rate organisational skills. Someone with experience of education or training, or the desire to develop a career in this space, who would like to manage and support the development of training events and teaching materials.

Reporting to the Education Services Manager, this is a role that can grow with the capabilities and interests of the person in post, with opportunities to develop skills in assessing and developing learning resources; writing copy; inputting into and managing social media campaigns and project management. This role provides a real opportunity to support teachers and educators so they can ensure that young people across the country have access to vital skills and experiences for future life and work.
