The Training Lead - Projects & DFTP (Digital First Transformation Programme) will design, develop and deliver training strategies and plans that successfully support and empower stakeholders to adopt new systems, products, processes and ways of working that align to the MHFA England strategy. The postholder will provide business partnering support to all directorates, working with directors, strategic leads, business SMEs and external stakeholders to identify training needs that will lead to high levels of change readiness and adoption. The central focus will be the implementation of MHFA England’s Digital First Transformation Programme.
The role will be involved in producing and analysing data to inform and feed into the People team strategy, especially for the first three months. Working closely with the Head of People, Wellbeing & Equity and the wider People team and covering for each other as needed, this role will lead on allocated projects pertaining to organisational and individual learning. The role holder will work with the internal stakeholders on developing and delivering interventions to improve communication with, and engagement of, staff and support wellbeing of colleagues. Equity will be embedded in all aspects of the work of the People team to foster an inclusive environment for everyone in the MHFA England community.

Introduction
Reporting into the Head of Planning & Delivery, this role is the central link between our reactive and planned reactive teams and the rest of the organisation, in particular Country Comms, Policy & Advocacy, and Campaign & Mobilisation teams. It is responsible for making sure all our reactive and planned-reactive comms are managed and delivered across appropriate owned and earned channels.? Strategic Communications colleagues, Media and PR teams, Delivery Managers, key stakeholders across the organisation, and our Content & Creative teams will be your day to day partners.
This role needs to be collaborative, resilient and able to adapt quickly to new information and shifting priorities, understanding when decisions are needed and making sure the right people are involved. Comfortable working in a fast moving environment, collaborating with colleagues across the RSPB and acting as a conduit to keep all teams and stakeholders informed, this role needs to maintain a broad view of activities on all comms channels so that changes can quickly be updated and communicated to the wider group.
This role is required to support the work of the Campaign & Mobilisation team, by delivering reactive and planned reactive one-off emails and/or website updates. This means you will need to be comfortable switching between different ways of working (agile and waterfall) and be able to prioritise your own workload effectively. You will be taking briefs from Activity Owners and managing the delivery work, working closely with our Traffic Management and Content & Creative teams.
This role is expected to be a key part of our planning cycle, making sure our activities across channels are coordinated and aligned. In this way you will wear different hats throughout each day, making sure information is being transferred and decisions are being made at pace; a fundamental and important member of the comms community.
Role specific tasks include:
- Own and maintain a clear, live and accurate 12-week Communications Calendar, and ensure teams understand what is expected of them from both a delivery and an Activity Owner perspective. Making sure there is transparency across all teams, and that information is accessible to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Annual Marcomms Planning process, making sure that the 12-week Comms Calendar reflects the activities agreed in the MarComms Calendar, and that all changes/information is kept up to date.
- Responsible for chairing the ‘Lookahead’ meeting (a group which responds to work within a 12-week timescale) and maintaining the meeting Planner with all relevant information.
- Key stakeholder in the ‘Newsroom’ meeting, making sure that all activities reflect decisions made in the Lookahead meeting and identifying where changes need to be made to accommodate shifting daily priorities.
- Writing delivery briefs, keeping all Activity Owners updated about decisions and progress for reactive and planned-reactive comms, and making sure our Content & Creative teams have the information they need to deliver work.
- Make sure that all required activity requests are submitted for review through our Triage processes, and then take all agreed requirements to the Lookahead meeting for consideration/delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with our Campaigning & Mobilisation teams, taking briefs and working collaboratively to deliver requirements. Manage the lifecycle of the process to enable teams to meet deadlines. Make decisions as appropriate and escalate any issues to the Head of Planning & Delivery.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.

About the role:
As a Housing Domestic Abuse Advocate, you will provide intervention, advocacy, and support to survivors of domestic abuse. Working within a fast-paced team, you will help empower women and ensure that the voice of survivors informs every stage of their journey towards improved safety. You will have your own caseload of survivors who hold social tenancies with local authorities or housing associations, and you will encourage them to engage with our service and ensure they have access to support. You will also co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support which focuses on working with domestic abuse survivors to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness.
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Housing Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:
You will bring solid experience of supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse in all its forms; coming from a sector with transferrable skills or possess a feminist/VAWG degree and be keen to learn and to train on the job. You will have a good understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on the dynamics of domestic abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families, and communities. You will have proven skills and experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of needs and risk for survivors experiencing domestic abuse, including carrying out short risk management and safety planning. We will expect that you have experience in assessing the needs and safety of any children that women using the service may have and an understanding of the criminal justice system and relevant legislation with regard to legal and civil options, housing, benefits, matrimonial and children. Lastly you will bring your knowledge of safeguarding practice, procedures, and legislation.
With many skills and qualities to add to this role, if you have good IT literacy, data collection and monitoring these skills are maximised in your role. If you have experience or have been trained or are qualified in the fields related to substance misuse, criminal jusice, law, social work or domestic abuse we would love to hear from you.

The Welfare Association (WA-UK) is a UK registered charity supporting transformative development projects and humanitarian relief interventions to empower and benefit Palestinian communities in the West Bank, Gaza and the refugee camps in Lebanon. WA-UK partners with Taawon and its network of local Palestinian organisations and international actors operating in the region. WA-UK projects in the sectors of health, education and development are the outcome of a locally led needs assessment exercise and are designed in consultation with its partners and implemented by local actors.

Job purpose: We are seeking a motivated, experienced Fundraising & Public Interface Officer who will work with the Board to deliver WA-UK’s objectives by growing its income from a diverse funding pool including but not limited to trusts & foundations, legacy and individual giving and community giving. You will develop WA-UK’s fundraising strategy (online and offline) and lead on its implementation. The post holder will be responsible for increasing the charity’s public profile and oversee the daily operation of the charity. Leading a small innovative and dynamic team, you will also be exposed to other areas of work events and communications.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of fundraising strategies
Guided by WA-UK’s objectives and strategic priorities the postholder will:
· develop a fundraising strategy, set targets and take proactive steps to implement the strategy;
· consolidate, strengthen and build on donor and stakeholder engagement and maximize income generation through strategies developed in coordination with partners;
· develop a portfolio of donors and ensure that their objectives and needs are met;
· lead on the growth and quality of institutional funding sources; consolidate and strengthen existing institutional donor relations; revitalise any dormant institutional donor relations;
· support the programme officer to prepare, submit and present proposals and concept notes to donors;
· with the programme officer, maintain and manage a donor reporting calendar to ensure production of timely and appropriate reports that demonstrate the impact of their grants;
· significantly expand the charity’s funding and support base; aim to increase regular monthly/ annual donations;
· with the communications officer develop and implement strategies to grow and retain support of individual and community donors;
· identify, research, and develop major givers, whether giving as individuals or through trusts or companies;
· ensure that all major donors are provided with the highest level of stewardship;
· with the communication officer and key partners, plan and deliver campaigns and events; develop online strategies and coordinate messaging to raise funds for appeals and projects.
· ensure the upkeep of a database and filing system on all existing and prospective donors;
· monitor and apply for grants to enable the charity to advance its objectives.
Public interface and outreach activities
The postholder will:
· promote the charity’s public profile including through participation in diverse fora including with other stakeholders, charities, NGOs;
· attend networking events if/when needed and speak on behalf of the charity; and
· plan for and run at least two public outreach and/or fundraising events per year including with partners.
Leadership for staff and supporting the board of trustees
The appointee will:
· lead and manage a small team of staff;
· oversee the daily operation of the charity including compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
· ensure the financial stability of the charity;
· provide regular briefings to trustees and if required prepare documents and agendas for board meetings; and
· contribute to the content of reports issued by and for the board including the annual reports.

Overview:
The impacts of climate change on our food system are escalating, affecting food prices and production and food and farming are themselves a major source of greenhouse gas emissions. ECIU has generated multiple analyses of these issues over the past few years which have been used by a broad range of stakeholders and covered extensively by the media.
We are now seeking to grow our team in this space. These roles are an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical and communication skills to generate reports and commentary that expands the evidence base while grabbing the attention of a range of stakeholders including journalists. Your work will help to ensure a better informed debate on the interactions between food, farming and climate change, covering emissions, resilience and adaptation to, for example, climate-induced food price shocks.
The work will include different types of foods, different farming from livestock to arable and both UK and international agriculture. You will be liaising with expert stakeholder groups and academics. Health will be a key theme in the work. The postholders will communicate findings to stakeholders including journalists and MPs.

The Energy and Climate Intelligence Unit (ECIU) is a non-profit organisation that supports informed debate on energy and climate change issues in the UK. We provide independent analysis and accessible briefings to the media and other stakeholders to improve understanding of climate-related topics and contribute to evidence-based discussions. Our work covers a range of issues including land use, transport, the power sector, and heating and buildings, with a focus on the UK but with international work too.

About the Role and the Project
CPSL Mind’s Perinatal service delivers one to one and group support to pregnant women and new mums and dads who are at risk of, or are experiencing, a mental health challenge in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough.
We have recently secured new funding to increase our support across Cambridgeshire. As part of that funding, we will be setting up a substantial support package for Dads across Cambridgeshire. The support will include group support, one to one support and working with partners, businesses and employers to better support dads. We also have a funding to launch support for dads in Peterborough which will include group and one to one support. This is an exciting new role which will be instrumental in setting up the service as well as delivering the support across both areas.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver the support we offer to new parents in our area by providing a collection of tools and techniques to promote positive mental wellbeing through our groups and one to one sessions.
The successful candidate will have the skills to of time management and adaptability, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to be able to support dads as well as network and build service connections with other professionals, partners and businesses.

1. About Chance to Shine
We are Chance to Shine: a children’s charity dedicated to harnessing the power of cricket to transform the life prospects of young people in the UK.
It is our mission that all young people have the opportunity to play, learn and develop through cricket. We want them to learn a love of the game and to find a sense of belonging through the sport, developing their wider wellbeing and life skills to help fulfil their potential.

2. Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a full time (37.5hrs per week) Executive and Office Assistant to support the Finance and Resources team at Chance to Shine. The Finance and Resources team provide day to day support to all departments in the charity and trading subsidiary, Chance to Shine Enterprises Ltd, around finance, office, governance, HR and general administration. The role is expected to be largely in person in our central London office.
3. Key Responsibilities
The Executive and Office Assistant’s responsibilities are in three areas:
Office Administration:
· Act as ‘front of house’ for visitors and guests and be first point of contact for telephone enquiries and ensure the office space is fully operational.
· Monitor the charity inbox and respond to general enquiries.
· Oversee and monitor the Office and Administration budget.
· Liaise with the office landlord, regarding the general office space, car-parking, meeting rooms and staff access.

- To carry out an initial client assessment, identifying any issues with their benefits and any claims they can make to maximise their income.

The charity are looking for a self-motivated and communicative finance professional to support with ensuring smooth running of financial operations and support with decision making. You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior management and trustees. You will monitor budgets and forecasts, process invoices, expenditure, and bank reconciliations. To be successful in this role, you will be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification.
