We’re looking for a Vet Admin Assistant to provide assistance to our veterinary team and the clients they support through a number of different schemes.
About this role:
As Vet Admin Assistant, you’ll
- be the first point of contact those contacting our busy Vet team,
- assist with the daily monitoring of a number of inboxes, providing clients with excellent customer service,
- support with the administration of our emergency fund, which supports dog owners in financial need and provide cover in our busy pharmacy, based at our London office
- support with the processing of prescriptions, maintain accurate records and organise relationship building meetings with vet practices for a number of stakeholders to attend.
About you:
For this role, you’ll need to be an organised, people person; with excellent communication skills, with confidence across different systems, drawing from either experience or your ability to pick up new processes quickly. You’ll also need to work confidently under pressure, while maintaining the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and use initiative. Additionally, an interest in, and commitment to the work and aims of Dogs Trust is essential.

About this team:
The Veterinary department is a friendly team of nurses, surgeons and administrative staff working in the London office. The primary responsibility for this team is to provide case guidance and management options for dogs within our care across our network of Rehoming Centres and other veterinary related schemes such as Outreach, Shared Adoption Scheme (SAS), Veterinary Support Fund (VSF) and the Emergency Trust Fund (ETF).
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who are able to work from our London office 3-4 days per week.

About this role:
As Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Bring the IT architecture strategy in line with the charity strategy to allow Dogs Trust to achieve its objectives in the most effective way,
- Own the overall architecture domains for the charity,
- Produce, maintain, and communicate Enterprise Architecture artefacts, as well as developing policies and standards,
- Work closely various internal business leaders: including subject matter experts, project managers and Business Analysts, and external solution architects to deliver solutions for the organisation.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need broad technical knowledge, with the ability to design end-to-end systems at a high level, with a clear understanding of a number of applications. We are using Salesforce and Informatica, so we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in these. You’ll also need to be a self-starter, who is passionate and motivated about delivering solutions and takes a proactive, strategic approach. It’s also important that you’re a people person, who is a great team player and excellent communicator, with the ability to engage colleagues from different parts of the organisation, and bring them on the transformation journey with you. Central London – Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team
Part Time (28 hours per week) and Permanent – Circa £38K - £40K pro rata
The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional membership body for musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its campaigning work as well as services to musicians ranging from legal support and representation to counselling and professional development.
The ISM is now looking for an Assistant to the SLT who will carry out a broad range of duties, from working with the CEO on external affairs and diary management through to being involved in all aspects of Board meetings and looking after the ISM’s offices. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Finance Team in the role of Finance Assistant.
The Finance Assistant supports all aspects of the Hallé’s work at the Bridgewater Hall, the Hallé Venues and concert halls across the UK.
The Finance Assistant works in a department currently comprising Finance Director, Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Assistant.
The department is responsible for all aspects of the financial affairs of the Society and its related trusts. The Finance Assistant is responsible to the Assistant Finance Manager.
They take responsibility for processing the day-to-day transactions of the company across purchase ledger, sales ledger and the cash book, and ensure the smooth operation of the office. They will also need to work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Hallé as well as with external customers and suppliers.
The post is full-time permanent based on a 36.25-hour week. Our core office hours are 09.00-17:15, from Monday to Friday. There is an option to work up to 50% of hours from home.
