Join Dementia UK as our Campaigns Manager and lead national and local influencing campaigns that drive real change in dementia care.
Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, you will design, deliver and evaluate impactful campaigns that put people affected by dementia at the heart of our influencing work. You will set measurable objectives and drive innovative approaches that engage and mobilise diverse audiences.
As a skilled leader and communicator, you will inspire and grow our community of campaigners, empowering them to advocate for improvements in dementia care. You will manage two Campaigns Officers and work closely with Policy and Public Affairs colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in planning, delivering and evaluating successful influencing campaigns. You will be confident in influencing a variety of stakeholders and leading complex projects with multiple competing priorities and deadlines. You will be comfortable using digital campaigning tools and CRM or supporter management systems.
This is a pivotal role in delivering Dementia UK’s influencing strategy, working across all four nations of the UK to secure improvements in dementia care so that every family affected by dementia can access the specialist support they need.

The Post-Diagnosis Support Programme Manager is a key role at ReMind UK, working across ReMind UK's departments to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of our post-diagnosis interventions. The role works in partnership with local organisations and groups across Bath and North East Somerset, to drive an insight-driven, fully evaluated programme of events and courses at the ReMind UK centre and in local venues. Working closely with ReMind UK's Head of Engagement, Project Co-Ordinator, Chief Executive Officer, and Volunteering and Engagement Coordinator, the post holder will lead on the annual planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions, project managing a small team of facilitators and volunteers and line managing the Project Co-ordinator.

You’ll be at the forefront of inspiring new supporters to take action, creating engaging website and digital content and leading national acquisition campaigns that empower individuals, groups and communities to make a difference for families affected by dementia. We’re looking for someone with experience in community fundraising, marketing or supporter acquisition, who thrives on turning insight into action and has a passion for creating compelling experiences that attract and inspire. As Finance Director, you will work closely and collaboratively with Amit Sharma (Artistic Director/ CEO) and Iain Goosey (Executive Director), supporting them as they lead Kiln Theatre through a period of transition and growth. As a key member of the Senior Team, the Finance Director will be responsible for Kiln Theatre's financial health and for ensuring that effective controls are in place and that all regulatory requirements are met.
You will lead and manage the Finance department, ensuring that the finance operation at Kiln operates to the highest standards and is effectively embedded within the organisation.
The Finance Director will play a major role in contributing to Kiln Theatre's business planning and strategic development, including identifying opportunities for efficiencies, supporting the resilience of the organisation for the future, ensuring compliance with best practice at all times and helping the company to fulfil its creative and financial ambitions.
The role will work with members of the Board, particularly the Finance & Risk Committee, as well as the external auditors. The Finance Director also oversees the finances for Kiln Theatre Ltd and its two subsidiaries - Tricycle Screen Ltd and Kiln London Productions Limited.
