Head of Clinical Governance & Partnerships
Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Flexible working (office based with a blend of home working)
Salary: £52,780 - £62,930 (depending on experience)

Gambling harms are increasingly recognised as a national issue that needs addressing through a comprehensive system of prevention, support and treatment. GamCare is the UK’s leading provider of information, advice, and support for anyone affected by gambling-related harms. We work across the UK and deliver support and treatment both directly and through a network of locally based partners.

As a result of this we are currently looking to recruit a brand-new senior role, giving the you a unique opportunity to really make your mark on our continued success. 

Reporting to our Director of Quality & Innovation (Q&I), the Head of Clinical Governance & Partnerships is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical governance across GamCare’s directly delivered services and the GamCare Partner Network. You will lead and establish clinical governance and quality assurance projects that are required to improve, implement, and embed quality and governance frameworks and processes.

Drawing on your previous experience you will provide expert and strategic professional/technical advice and guidance in clinical governance across GamCare and partner agencies. The post holder will be instrumental in the development of the organisation’s Q&I strategy which will specify the roadmap GamCare will take to develop and create new competitive advantages within the field of behavioural addictions and achieve national and internationally recognised quality awards/standards. 

Due to the specialist nature of this role we are looking for someone who has high level expertise in building and implementing Clinical Governance frameworks, as well as a relevant professional qualification, for example, Post Graduate Governance qualification or can demonstrate the equivalent experience.
