Responsibilities of our Community Fundraising Programme Implementation Manager:
- The role will be responsible for reviewing and strengthening programme delivery across National Community Fundraising to increase long term engagement and net income contribution after the successful roll out of the community fundraising hubs in 2024. Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders, the role will develop the key strategic programmes (Local Corporate Partnerships, DIY Fundraising, Fundraising Volunteers, Local Events & Small Trusts) within National Community Fundraising to enable volunteer and supporter led fundraising to flourish.
- The role will also lead, develop and motivate the National Community Fundraising Assistant and the Community Fundraising Programme Development Officer. The Community Fundraising Programme Development Officer is responsible for delivering short-term projects to improve operational and financial management, to support the implementation of the new National Community Hubs and wider Community & Events strategy.

- The National Community Fundraising team at Cats Protection has recently gone through transformative change, implementing a new community hub structure in six regions across the UK. Main purpose of the role
The Volunteering Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the StreetVet volunteering programme. This role will have overall responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting StreetVet volunteers as well as establishing positive working relationships with volunteers to ensure they have a fulfilling and rewarding volunteering experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the recruitment and induction of volunteers.
· Provide effective and timely administration of the volunteering programme.
· Provide highly effective support to all StreetVet volunteers to ensure a positive volunteering experience and offer training opportunities to develop volunteers in their roles.

Key duties
1. Leadership
- Ensure that children and adults with ME are at the heart of everything we do through meaningful engagement and participation to influence all aspects of our work.

Person specification
Experience and Knowledge

Job Purpose:

The role will take the best practice from existing work in Ipswich, Manchester and Blackpool to create guiding principles for establishing local governance and partnerships that can support a Town or City of Youth Social action to be created.
The role will liaise with local stakeholders to support their funding bid to the #iwill Fund, ensuring young people are in the lead and sponsoring applications. The role will support and influence organisations in agreed Towns and Cities to sign the Power of Youth Charter and make strategic commitments to support young people through the #iwill Movement.
The role will also support local places to construct movement building and income generation plans to ensure ongoing investment from local stakeholders beyond the period of funding award.
This role requires someone rooted in the practice of community based and youth led change, with experience in facilitation and the ability to manage complex partnerships and influence a variety of stakeholders, including through income generation activities.

What will I be doing?
This role will support the delivery of several activities within our portfolio of activities on climate change, the environment, and mental health. The four main areas of work that the Senior Officer will be responsible for include:

A key component of the current project will be to support national partners in a subset of countries globally (approximately 6 countries) to advocate for action on climate change and mental health. The specific responsibilities of this component will include:

Lead in the selection of national partners in each country. This will include supporting the running of a competitive process to select one civil-society organisation based in each country to conduct the work

With experience of managing a corporate partnerships portfolio of at least £75,000, you will have managed corporate fundraisers including Charity of the Year Partnerships, cause-related marketing partnerships and sponsors.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, is able to manage their time effectively and ensure the highest supporter experience. You will need to have strong IT skills including the use of a fundraising database.
This role will also provide support to colleagues within the Income & Engagement Department to optimise income and awareness raising activities.
