Job Description
The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery.
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in
the United States.
Essential Experience and Skills

Job description
Job Purpose
The hospital to home service works collaboratively with hospitals to support people when they are discharged from hospital to return home. As a Hospital to Home Outreach Worker, you will provide temporary, practical and emotional support to service users within their home and make sure they understand the care and local community services available to them.
The service is time limited, usually up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust and settle back in their homes.
Key Tasks
Assess the needs of service user’s either in hospital before discharge, or in their homes, and understand what barriers and enablers there might be to moving home.
Aid the discharge process and improve patient experience through tasks such as:
Key cutting
Co-ordinating with colleagues for the setup of the home environment such as checking fridge for in-date food
Checking heating, electric and gas is functional prior to discharge
Allowing access to the property for cleaning/repairs and receiving equipment
Provide and/or arrange the practical and emotional support needed to enable service users to return home and/or remain safely at home.
Be vigilant and make referrals/signpost for additional needs that our wider team, or partners can support. E.g. for benefit checks, energy advice, carers support, befriending.
Help maximise service user independence by adopting an enabling approach.
Develop a listening, caring and professional relationship with the service user and their families/carers.
Provide domestic practical support within the home such as:
Light cleaning,
Washing (e.g. bedding),
Changing bed sheets etc.
Prepare and service drinks and simple meals with or for the service user ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Accompany service user outside the home e.g. hospital/GP appointments etc.
Support service users with other tasks e.g. making telephone calls on their behalf, reading and responding to correspondence, completing simple forms (training will be provided) as directed by the service user’s etc.
Ensure services provided by AUKEL in the community are safe and person centred.
Report safeguarding concerns, in accordance with AUKEL safeguarding procedures.
Provide cover in the case of sickness and annual leave periods of colleagues.
Support service user reviews, ensuring all visiting information is uploaded on to Salesforce.
Support volunteers in the team and provide support and guidance to their development.
Work with a range of professionals including:
Supporting health and social care professionals with patient discharge
Liaising with the hospital health and social care professionals (e.g. Social Workers) to facilitate smooth supported discharge.
Handypeople & contractors.
Administration
Input all records, reviews, and visiting information to service user’s case notes in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date and accurate records on Salesforce.
Report all “no access” failed visits, or changes in service user’s condition or circumstances in accordance with AUKEL’s policies and procedures.
Ensure service user comment sheets are completed.
Ensure service user’s feedback questionnaires are sent at the end of each intervention and record returns.
Submit travel expenses regularly for sign off by manager.
Quality
Be familiar with and to implement AUKEL policies and procedures in line with our Values.
Ensure the service is delivered in accordance line with Care Quality Commission principals.
Ensure integration with other AUKEL projects, and service users are referred and/or sign-posted to appropriate support services available to them.
Respond to safeguarding or other concerns and make appropriate reports and management action.
Liaison
Work in collaboration with other agencies providing support within the service user’s home.
Work under the direction of the service manager and project officer/s.
Represent AUKEL and participate in appropriate external meetings and events to remain aware of local, regional, and national issues affecting quality and compliance issues affecting care and home support services.
General
Meet regularly with your line manager for support, supervision, and appraisal.
Attend team and staff meetings, and other meetings as required.
Undertake any other duties within the competence of the post holder as may be required from time to time for the continued smooth running of AUKEL.
Complete any training which is required to fulfil the role.

You'll work with engineering, product, and research colleagues to build confidence in using observability principles that deepen our understanding of how teachers and pupils use our products, and help us keep improving them. We work in product squads alongside designers, researchers, and education experts, regularly releasing new features and improvements so teachers and pupils get quick and easy access to the highest quality learning resources.
Alongside other members of the platform engineering group, you'll enable squads to move more quickly by optimising tooling and implementing automations, including the effective and safe use of AI. And you'll be a key driver of automation, working with the rest of the platform team to improve the overall developer experience.
You'll need a good understanding of platform engineering in a SaaS-heavy environment and the value it brings to an organisation. Demonstrable experience collaboratively designing and implementing observability, monitoring, and reporting solutions for complex cloud infrastructures in a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including solutions for squad-specific use cases
Confidence reading and maintaining web application code, with the ability to design and build small apps, preferably in JavaScript or TypeScript

NPP identifies, secures and manages commercial and strategic partnerships for the UK’s 15 national parks. As part of this ambition, we are now seeking a Project Feasibility Manager to join a newly established, DEFRA-funded Feasibility & Modelling Unit.
Working within a specialist NbS team, you will play a key role in shaping early-stage nature recovery projects across national parks and bational landscapes. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of conservation, land management and green finance. You’ll help project teams understand what’s possible, what impact can be achieved, and how projects can be funded through emerging nature markets.
Working closely with park teams on the ground, you will take a consultative approach, assessing project ideas, modelling ecosystem services, and identifying opportunities to generate revenue through mechanisms such as carbon credits, biodiversity net gain (BNG), and other payments for ecosystem services. You’ll support the development of compelling, evidence-based feasibility studies and help build a pipeline of investable nature projects across the UK.
You’ll be working in an evolving and fast-moving space, where your ability to adapt, think critically and communicate complex ideas clearly will be key.
You will bring experience from an environmental consultancy or conservation background alongside a strong understanding of nature recovery and UK nature markets. Comfortable working with data, you’ll have experience of modelling, feasibility work or ecosystem service assessment, and ideally some exposure to natural capital approaches and relevant standards or codes.
A well organised and proactive self-starter, you’ll be confident managing multiple projects in a remote environment, whilst building effective, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
This is a fully remote role, with travel across the UK to national parks and team meet-ups. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as required.

WorkWell Community Connector (Social Prescribing Link Worker)
WorkWell Salford helps people with health conditions stay in or return to work by connecting them to local health, wellbeing, and employment support. As a Community Connector, you will work with the Wellbeing Matters team to support people referred by Primary Care and other local partners. You will meet with individuals, find out what matters to them, and link them to community activities, volunteering, and support that can improve their wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
You will also work with the wider WorkWell and Wellbeing Matters teams to share insights and support the local network of community groups. This includes promoting WorkWell services, identifying people who could benefit, and supporting employment and training opportunities. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided, and you will be part of a collaborative team helping Salford residents connect with the right support.

Job purpose
To develop and grow the NCJAA network and develop and maintain effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Job summary
The coordinator is responsible for overseeing all work and development of the NCJAA and sits within Clinks’ National Influencing & Networks directorate . The coordinator will work with a range of different stakeholders, including the NCJAA Advisory Group and the wider membership, to improve policy and practice in relation to arts-based work with people in prison, on probation and in the community. This includes maintaining and strengthening the NCJAA as the leading national network for arts organisations and individuals that work in the criminal justice system.
Reports to: Clinks Director of National Influencing & Networks
1. Duties and key responsibilities
Strategy and planning
· Work closely with Clinks colleagues and the NCJAA network to develop and deliver the NCJAA annual work plan which include a range of activities that will raise the profile and promote the work of the arts sector in the CJS, including events, publications, training, mentoring, research and networking opportunities
· Work closely with Clinks colleagues, the NCJAA advisory group, chair and wider network to help inform and shape the future direction of the NCJAA and its strategic goals, paying particular attention to its role, sustainability and emerging opportunities
· Coordinate the quarterly arts forum in collaboration with the Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3) arts seat holder and government representatives
NCJAA project management & delivery
· Provide leadership for the NCJAA in the arts and CJS sectors
· Deliver the projects set out in the NCJAA’s annual workplan
· Coordinate the functioning of the advisory group of the NCJAA, including its quarterly meetings, minutes and election
· Manage work as required by NCJAA’s role as an Arts Council England Sector Support Organisation, including how we effectively capture and measure the NCJAA’s impact as the leading national arts and criminal justice network
· Provide regular and relevant reporting information as necessary to ensure all NCJAA projects and activity are working to the agreed timetable, budget and are achieving agreed outputs and outcomes, reporting any exceptions promptly to the Director of Support and Development
· Work collaboratively with various Clinks’ staff teams to deliver the NCJAA work plan and support the delivery of Clinks’ wider work plan
Stakeholder and external relations
· Work closely with HM Prison and Probation Service and other government departments and agencies to promote communication and partnership between Government and the arts in the criminal justice sector e.g. working with and supported by Clinks’ policy team, participate in meetings of the Reducing Re-offending Arts Forum convened jointly by Clinks and HM Prison and Probation Service
· Work within Clinks’ National Influencing & Networks directorate to ensure the experience and knowledge of arts and cultural organisations working in criminal justice is reflected in Clinks representation and influencing work with national government
· Assist colleagues working in the arts sector to interpret the emerging criminal justice environment and develop sustainable opportunities
· Maintain a wider view of criminal justice and arts policies and guide and support arts organisations to interpret these in a relevant and appropriate manner
· Identify and promote research and evidence in the field of arts and criminal justice
Income generation
· Work with Clinks colleagues responsible for income to identify funding sources, submit funding applications and monitoring reports when required, both for specific NCJAA projects and for the future funding of the work as a whole to ensure the sustainability and future development of the NCJAA
Budget
· Work with Clinks colleagues responsible for finance to maintain financial oversight of the overall NCJAA budget and all relevant project budgets to support the NCJAA work to progress effectively

Person specification
Experience
· Experience of the arts and social inclusion sector is essential
· Experience of the criminal justice voluntary sector is desirable
· Experience in forming working relationships with opinion formers and key stakeholders to influence policy and practice.
· Experience in leading and monitoring complex projects and measuring impact with national strategic significance, preferably in the arts.
· Experienced in multiple funder and stakeholder management
· Proven track record of developing and delivering successful projects, including the development of project plans and budgets; implementation; evaluation; reporting and monitoring

About the role
As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you'll lead the development and growth of NorthCare's corporate income stream, creating meaningful partnerships with businesses and organisations that share their commitment to improving healthcare across Greater Manchester.
