About this role

We are looking for an ambitious, thoughtful, and relationship-focused Account Manager to become Unifrog’s Specialist Provision expert within the Account Management team.

You will own a national portfolio of specialist provision partners, including:

• Special schools

• SEND schools and colleges

• Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)

• Alternative Provision (AP) settings

• SEMH settings

• Hospital schools

• Other specialist education provisions

What you’ll do

You will take ownership of specialist provision partnerships following onboarding, leading renewals, long-term engagement, and helping partners maximise the value of Unifrog.

Help specialist provision partners succeed

• Deliver ongoing training and support to school leaders and staff, helping partners to develop their use of Unifrog over time.

• Help partners embed Unifrog effectively with students across different needs and learning profiles.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner schools and trusts.

• Increase engagement, usage, and measurable impact across the portfolio.

• Own renewals and retention across the specialist provision portfolio.

• Demonstrate value and impact to support strong long-term partnership outcomes.

• Identify barriers to engagement and proactively develop solutions.

• Work collaboratively with Area Managers to ensure smooth handovers into long-term partnership management.

Build Unifrog’s specialist provision strategy

• Gather insights from specialist provision partners and identify opportunities to improve how Unifrog supports these settings throughout the partner journey, using your findings to shape onboarding approaches, training, messaging, and best practice guidance.

• Identify how specialist provisions can benefit from wider Unifrog developments, including primary resources and future tools.

• Act as the voice of specialist provision within Unifrog, championing the needs of these partners and working with Product, Marketing, Content, and other teams to ensure they are reflected in future developments.

• Become a trusted internal expert on the specialist provision landscape.

Working together

You’ll be line managed by the Head of Account Management and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Account Management, Partner Success, Marketing, Product, and Content.

Because this is a new strategic role, you’ll have genuine influence over how Unifrog develops its approach to specialist provision partnerships.

We are looking for new team members to join our service supporting Carers across Havering to improve their health and wellbeing, and access wider support that meets their needs.

This is a great opportunity to support local communities, working with Adult Carers and Young Adult Carers and helping them to make informed choices, build confidence, sustain their independence, and access support that meets their individual needs. You will carry out assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need, working together to co-produce support plans. This will involve meeting Carers in community settings and conducting home visits. The team also facilities coffee mornings and activities offering Carers opportunities for peer support and to take a break from caring.

You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.

We have a part-time role available (22.5 hours), and applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults in a relevant sector. It’s essential that you are confident using IT and maintaining excellent records. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services.

ABOUT SUZY LAMPLUGH TRUST: 

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993. Created to honour Suzy’s legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.

Role Overview: 

This is a blended role combining responsibilities across the National Stalking Helpline (0.6 FTE) and the National Advocacy Service (0.4 FTE).
The postholder will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support across the full victim journey from first contact and immediate risk assessment through to ongoing advocacy and multi-agency casework.
The role ensures a seamless service for victims, supporting individuals at all risk levels through:

• Immediate advice, triage, and safety planning via the helpline
• Ongoing advocacy, case management, and support navigating the criminal justice system

This model strengthens continuity of care and ensures consistent, victim-centred support across services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: National Advocate (.4) National Helpline (.6) 

• Provide advice, guidance, emotional support, safety planning, and risk assessment to individuals contacting the National Stalking Helpline. 

• Answer incoming calls to the helpline and manage contacts in line with service standards. 

• Helpline duties day/week/FTE with flexibility to meet demand/need 

• Provide tailored advocacy support, advice, and guidance to victims living including emotional support, risk assessment, and safety planning. 

• Using the SASH, conduct follow on risk assessments to inform ongoing safety planning 

• Develop and maintain individualised advocacy plans for each client. 

• Support clients to navigate the Criminal Justice System (CJS), civil and family courts. 

• Liaise with other professionals and agencies, such as housing, health, social care, and law enforcement, to ensure coordinated support. 

• Proactively research and build strong working relationships with support services and share best practice 

• Advise and advocate on behalf of victims when their rights under the Victims’ Code are not being met. 

• Undertake ISA accreditation (training provided if not already achieved). 

• Apply cyberstalking knowledge and seek cyber technical support on complex cases. 

• Manage a caseload of up to advocacy 12 clients 

• Ensure prompt case closure when advocacy needs end, victims withdraw consent, or contact attempts fail. 

• Monitor and respond to the helpline email Live chat, inbox and voicemail messages in a timely and professional manner. 

• Respond to contacts from victims, friends, family members, and professionals seeking support or information. 

• Make safeguarding referrals and maintain compliance with safeguarding policies. 

• Conduct surveys and feedback to assess service impact. 

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records in line with organisational standards. 

• Deliver one-off advocacy interventions where appropriate. 

Special requirements 

• This role is hybrid, initially requiring on-site attendance at our London office until the successful completion of the first probation review (typically 3 months).

 Your Role in Growing Our Forest Story

As the New National Forests Project Manager, you’ll lead on effective project management of centralised activities for the three new national forests.

Specifically, you’ll manage the centralised reporting of progress, targets and budgets, liaising closely with the programme managers for each new national forest.

You’ll also provide technical support and advice on land use issues, including forest creation grants delivery, habitat management and land use planning, writing briefings and policy papers.

What You’ll Bring

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
- A relevant degree-level / professional qualification, or at least five years’ work-based experience in a similar role

Trusts and Foundations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from Trusts and Foundations from first engagement to account management, delivery and reporting. 

First Give is a small charity, with a growing fundraising team and big ambitions. You will therefore be someone who thrives in a start-up environment, willing to try new things. We are looking for an exceptional writer, someone who can translate the impact of our work into proposals that inspire and motivate the reader to give.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Director to manage relationships with existing donors, and leading on the development of high value bids to expand our work. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator and grant fundraiser with experience managing and deepening relationships with high value trusts and foundations gifts – someone who thrives on storytelling and social impact. We currently have a strong pipeline of trusts and foundations and are looking for someone eager to write applications and secure funding.

Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week; core hours - 10am till 4pm

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising and will be responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, driving forward all aspects of fundraising, including building corporate charity of the year partnerships, individual giving, major donors,
trusts and foundations, legacies and community fundraising.

The successful candidate will be a core member of the Central Team, working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and deliver income for the charity.

 
This role will have budgetary responsibility to achieving a revenue target in financial year 26/27 of £1.5 million, whilst building a sustainable income stream for the long-term with Yr on Yr growth. Key priorities include increasing the Individual Giving and Regular Giving donor database, donor and fundraiser stewardship, organising fundraising events, and securing grants and sponsorships.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team, to support the Head of Procurement to take the department to the next level.

You will use your commercial focus and expertise to drive best practices in our projects, managing various aspects of spending from RfQs for tail-end to tendering on our eProcurement portal for large project procurements.  You will find yourself constantly challenged to come up with innovative ways of thinking and working closely with stakeholders to lead on procurement understanding, driving value for money, strategic projects and managing the supply chain.

You will get involved in a huge variety of projects, from ICT equipment to Marketing and Events, and everything in-between – this means you’ll need to be dynamic and flexible and able to manage your own time well. Sustainability, Social Value and EDI are important to the Trust as a Charity, and so you will strive to embed this in our supply chain with the key suppliers that we work with.

This is an exciting role that the ideal applicant can really make their own and would suit someone who is a self-starter with energy and drive, and a good background in procurement.

Although this role is based in Manchester, you will be expected to travel to our centres across the U.K. with the requirement to stay away from home one or two nights a week if you’re working on key projects in certain areas. Primary locations for this work are Birmingham, Glasgow and London.

About the Role 

The Learning and Assessment (L&A) Manager works collaboratively across the organisation to lead and support initiatives and practices that advance the 2025-2030 Strategic Outlook and theory of change. The L&A Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and engaging stakeholders in strategic programmatic and organisational L&A initiatives that are complexity-aware and context-relevant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities | Where You’ll Make the Most Impact 

Programmatic learning and assessment 

• Lead or contribute to program design and mixed methods data collection and learning plans or processes. 

• Design and implement relevant and rigorous analysis plans with qualitative and quantitative data sources. 

• Manage L&A initiatives with staff, consultants, and grantee partners. 

• Co-design terms of reference or scopes of work for L&A consultant partners.

Organisational learning and operations 

• Steward or otherwise contribute to the organisational goal planning and reflection process. 

• Design and facilitate virtual or in-person learning and reflection meetings or processes with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Actively support and advance diversity, equity and inclusion in your work, while contributing to equitable outcomes in line with FGHR DEI commitments. 

Thought leadership and resource mobilisation 

• Synthesize L&A meetings or secondary evidence for staff or donor audiences.

• Draft sections of grant proposals (e.g., MEL approach or plan, log frame). 

Qualifications | What You’ll Need to Be Successful  

• Substantial relevant experience (typically around five years) managing applied evaluation, research, or strategic learning initiatives within human rights, social justice, or a related field where complexity is a given and multiple pathways to success are possible. 

• Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation and/or coordination of diverse stakeholders on design, implementation, and utilisation of learning or assessment processes and findings.

• Experience collecting, analysing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data sources, including unstructured or tacit information. 

• Demonstrated understanding of philanthropic evidence and practices (e.g., flexible funding, participatory grantmaking); experience within a grantmaking organisation preferred.

• Ability to set clear goals and objectives, manage consultants, coordinate people and processes, and adapt appropriately. 

• Ability to work remotely, both independently and as part of a team based in different locations. 

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and/or data management and analytic functions in Excel or other Office applications. 

• Ability and willingness to conduct independent domestic or international travel, as required and safe to do so (approximately 5%-10% annually). 

• Lived and/or professional experience working with vulnerable or politically marginalised organisations and people, especially in places where FGHR works, is desirable.

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required; proficiency in French and/or Arabic is desirable.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role at the heart of crisis prevention across Luton, Central Bedfordshire and Bedfordshire. You will oversee the Recovery Lounge at a variety of locations (Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Bedford, and Biggleswade), guiding teams to deliver safe, responsive, and person-centred support in partnership with our stakeholders.

You will be a visible, motivating manager, supporting your team on the ground, building strong partnerships, and ensuring every service user who walks through the door feels heard, supported, and empowered to manage the challenges they present with.

With no appointment necessary, service users can access a community built on prevention and crisis support.

The role

This role is within the Programmes and Partnerships team, which secures and manages funding from institutional funders. As a Programme Manager, you will lead day-to-day delivery and management of FIGO projects across the full project cycle. This will include the Advocating for Safe Abortion (ASA) programme, a multi-country initiative now in its seventh year, working with national professional societies of obstetricians and gynecologists across Francophone West Africa to drive change in policy, clinical practice and societal attitudes on abortion care. This is complex, multi-partner work in a politically sensitive area. It requires judgement, strong relationships, and the ability to hold both the detail and the bigger picture. We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience of managing institutionally funded projects in global health or international development, across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience managing advocacy-focused projects and working with a diverse range of partners across multiple countries.
• Strong skills in financial management, donor reporting and partner coordination.
• Experience developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks on projects.
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) — essential for this role.
• Familiarity with sexual and reproductive health and rights, or experience working in West Africa, is a strong advantage.
• Travel to West Africa will be essential.

This is a part-time role at 3 days per week, initially contracted until January 2029. FIGO's Programmes and Partnerships portfolio is growing, and we anticipate opportunities to extend or expand the role beyond that.
