Brief role description:

​

The NST Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering the support centre function for the programme. Working closely with the Nova Support Team (NST), the Advisor provides initial advice, guidance, and assistance to Veterans who are at risk of contact with the Justice System or are involved in the Justice System.

​

​This is a fixed term position for just about 2 years (end date to be confirmed at the offer stage).

​

​Some of your principal responsibilities will include receiving and triaging referrals for veterans who are at risk of, or involved in, the justice system, making timely first contact and completing initial registrations, and providing accurate advice and guidance while maintaining detailed records on the case management system.

​

As a NST Client Advisor, you will need experience in guiding and supporting individuals, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while remaining highly organised and IT confident.

​

​Ideally, you will also have an understanding of the justice system, experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems and a resilient and adaptable approach.

​

Our video content helps young people make informed decisions about their future. We also produce course videos for online learning as well as internal marketing content.

What you’ll do

As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

• Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.

• Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.

• Review videos and provide constructive feedback to develop editors and maintain quality.

• Ensure videos are on the platform and meet a high standard of quality.

• Act as the point of contact for external partners and account teams regarding exported projects, handling any technical queries.

• Edit videos, create engaging animations and Motion Graphics (Motion GFX) in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and develop MOGRT templates for editable projects.

• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all editors and inform them of any changes.

• Guide and mentor other team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

Working together

You’ll work closely with Unifrog’s Content team, line-manage video editors and collaborate closely with directors and producers in the video team. You will also work with staff on our partner-facing teams, as well as with external partners where necessary.

Key details

Job purpose

This role serves as a liaison for the BDA’s specialist group, sub-group and branch volunteer communities. Working closely with colleagues across the BDA, the role ensures a high level of support, maintenance and development of the organisation’s member led networks.

The role supports the work of the membership, marketing and communications team to coordinate activity and projects that promote the work of member volunteers and the wider volunteer programme.

Volunteer support and coordination

• Act as an internal contact for BDA specialist groups, sub-groups and branches, liaising with colleagues across the BDA to ensure the effective delivery of volunteer services.
• Serve as a main point of contact for the BDA’s regional branch network, which provides CPD and networking opportunities for members and other attendees at a local level.
• Provide advice, support and guidance to BDA specialist group and branch volunteers as required.

People management and leadership

This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising volunteers and plays a pivotal role in managing staff engagement with the volunteer network.

We’re looking for a detail-orientated People and Culture Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our People and Culture function. This new but vital role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative activities, maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and delivering high‑quality support to employees and

The role is primarily based at the charity office at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, with the requirement to also work from the charity office at Birmingham Women’s Hospital alongside some remote and out of hours working.

As the first point of contact for all People (HR)‑related queries a strong, up‑to‑date
understanding of employment law is essential to provide clear guidance and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the People and Culture Manager
across all stages of the employee life-cycle, acting as the first point of contact for
HR‑related queries and ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date and
compliant with data protection requirements.
• Maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to ongoing system
improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Supporting the People and Culture Manager by managing employee payroll queries
and updating the payroll system with salary changes, increments, annual leave, work

Development and Alumni Relations Office

The Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) exists to support this academic and student community by engaging, inspiring, and celebrating alumni, individuals, and charitable funders who give their money, time, and networks to support the University’s strategic priorities. The Office, which comprises over 50 staff across four teams, is focused on fundraising and volunteering from alumni and individuals who are passionate about changing lives, through funding various research initiatives, supporting student scholarships, mentoring students, and providing internships. The recent launch of the hugely ambitious Birmingham In Action campaign frames these efforts, as we seek to secure one million volunteering hours from our students, staff and alumni and raise £400 million in support of institutional priorities.

The role

We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to play a role in growing Cruse’s corporate partnerships portfolio. Working within the Income Generation and Communications Department — and embedded in our Partnerships Team — you will lead the development, management and growth of impactful, long-term corporate relationships that help Cruse support more bereaved people every year.

In this role, you will spearhead the recruitment of new corporate partners while maximising the value and reach of existing partnerships. You’ll create compelling partnership propositions, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and provide exceptional stewardship that ensures every partner feels valued, inspired and fully connected to our mission.

Senior Data Manager

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Job Summary for Senior Data Manager

• A senior data leadership role sitting at the heart of the Data & IT function, reporting to the CFO and working in close partnership with the Senior IT Manager — with this role taking lead responsibility for all things data
• Own and lead the charity's data strategy, working collaboratively with senior leadership to shape a forward-looking, insight-driven organisation
• Take full ownership of CRM operations (Raiser's Edge NXT), driving adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement to ensure the charity is truly getting the most from the system — unlocking the data, trends and insight within it
• Hold overall responsibility for the Charity Automation Roadmap, driving systems integration and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data flows across the organisation
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that bring data to life — putting actionable insight into the hands of teams across the organisation
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across fundraising, finance and operational teams — translating business needs into practical technology solutions
• Champion data quality, GDPR compliance and governance, embedding robust standards and processes organisation-wide
• Line manage and develop a small data team, with a coaching-focused approach to performance and growth
