This is a new and exciting role which you can out your stamp on. As well as our Brighter Horizons team, you’ll also have a hand in supporting our trading subsidiary Ignition Brewery, making this a varied role, ideal for someone who likes to be involved in lots of things at the same time.

What we need from you (the essentials):

The role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator.
As the IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the development, administration and optimisation of Cruse’s Microsoft 365 environment and wider IT cloud infrastructure.
Working closely with the Head of IT, and the wider Digital Services team of 5 staff, you will ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of our staff and volunteers.
Cruse operates a cloud IT infrastructure providing IT services to staff and volunteers based across the UK and Northern Ireland. Microsoft 365 is the main IT service, but there will also be other IT systems you will need to become familiar with in this role.
Cruse makes use of a managed services IT support provider and numerous application and service provider support teams; you will be required to work with these teams making sure our issues are resolved quickly and with minimum disruption.
As part of your role, you will be involved in BAU and project work and be comfortable with competing priorities and pressures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to advance their technical skills and experience. The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Front of House team as a Box Office Supervisor.

The Centre for Justice Innovation is looking to recruit an Admin Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the criminal justice practice team, helping us to champion and support the implementation of evidence-based approaches in the criminal justice system.
The role will involve providing administrative support to the Head of Women's Justice and the wider criminal justice practice team. This support will help deliver the Centre's programme of work, which focuses on assisting criminal justice practitioners, including probation, police, court staff and specialist 3rd sector practitioners to implement evidence-led approaches in the justice system.
As the Admin Coordinator, you will work to ensure the smooth running of the Centre's Women in Justice and wider criminal justice practice projects, taking responsibility for the logistics of the work, including: (i) coordinating training, workshops and events, including a national conference; (ii) maintaining information systems and documentation; (iii) supporting data collection; and (iv) identifying and responding to queries from practitioners.
Flexible hours and home working are available.

- Processing applications for advanced qualifications and trainer registrations.
- Maintaining standard operating procedures documentation and updating when required
- Document management: Organising and maintaining digital and physical files, including educational materials and administrative documents.
- Data entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets related to content, projects, or team performance etc.
- Supporting course arrangements: Booking transportation, accommodations, sourcing, invoicing, equipment etc.

You will be:

Main Purpose of Role:
The Programme Support and Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of CFAB’s programmes and organisational functions. This role supports executive coordination, training delivery, family support administration, international social work logistics, and general office management.
