We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for building a fairer legal system through impactful events, engaging member outreach, and powerful communications. Working alongside the Director of Development and the Head of Communications, this role will work across teams to maintain and strengthen engagement through events, communications and corporate outreach. We’re looking for a motivated Grants and Administration Officer. We are happy to consider someone who is newer to grant-making but with deep experience of the charitable sector. We will be looking for someone with aptitude for the duties below who will be able to work independently following training where needed. Grants assessment and management:
• Process grant applications. This includes:
o Visiting, meeting and corresponding with applicants.

• Monitor progress on grants awarded.

This new role of Programme Officer (Social Change) will play an integral part in ensuring our grant making has the best possible impact. Working with the Programme Manager (Social Change) and the wider Impact Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential grant applicants and deliver effective processes that ensure that anyone who applies to us for funding has a positive experience, whether they are successful or not.
