About the role:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the OD in performing his/her role, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally in the OD’s absence.
- Key point of contact both over the telephone and in written communication for the Regional office.
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Region, arrange and minute meetings, producing letters, reports and other documents as required.
- Ensure the provision of all supplies including adequate stationery, furniture and office equipment, reporting any defects.
- Supervise the office I.T. system including the storage of documents, setting up directories, regular backups, reporting any faults, following the Dimensions' procedures.
- Support the Regional Management team in recruitment activity as required, liaising with the Resourcing team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes are achieved.

About this team:
The Veterinary department is a friendly team of nurses, surgeons and administrative staff working in the London office. Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and to their friends, families and carers. Our projects empower ostomates to return to sports, hobbies and other activities after their surgery and give them the confidence to take on fresh challenges. About the role:
As the Volunteers and Support Administrator you will provide efficient administration to our support services and volunteer team. You will also undertake any admin duties involved with running the Colostomy UK office and support other members of the team. You will be answering and re-directing incoming calls on our stoma helpline. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of Women’s Aid in Luton. Your responsibilities include managing office operations, supporting senior managers, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and performing various administrative tasks. We are looking for two skilled administrators to join our team as Buying Administrative Assistants.
Our award-winning retail division is the largest and most successful charity retailer in the UK with rewarding careers in buying for which this role is a stepping stone into.
As a Buying Administrative Assistant, you'll support the Buying team or Project Manager in all aspects of their role and work with a large variety of products from our retail portfolio.
You'll be responsible for supporting many elements of the critical path for the product range life cycle. This will include:
• supporting the Buying team to identify key style trends to incorporate into product range
• provide correct product packaging and labelling and support timely product launches
• manage sample library for range reviews, quality assurance and photography
• perform competitor shopping online and instore
• managing internal systems and spreadsheets
You’ll regularly communicate with suppliers and other partners to optimise stock availability and work closely with internal stakeholders including store colleagues, Marketing, eCommerce and Retail Partnerships.
About you
We're looking for a team player, able to build excellent relationships and communicate effectively with people across the organisation.
The role requires a high degree of proficiency in MS Excel and Word as well as our dedicated retail systems where training will be provided.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Have a willing and can-do approach
• Be a team member and highly efficient administrator
• Be IT proficient in MS Office
You’ll have a strong interest in retail, especially charity retail and eCommerce and previous experience working within retail would be beneficial. In return you get the chance to join a talented team that works on exciting projects that really make a difference.

Brain Tumour Research is looking for a Supporter Care Administrator to provide support, and to help our donors and supporters fundraise, in turn building connections to ensure a lifetime relationship between the charity and individual.
Supporter Care Administrator
Location: Head Office, Milton Keynes
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time, 35 hours per week
