The Technology Team provides business as usual (BAU) and project support services across the National Church Institutions (NCIs. From End User Support to Cloud Infrastructure, we provide subject matter expertise for all aspects of Technology. Predominantly using the Microsoft 'stack' of tools (Office 365, Azure, InTune, DevOps etc) we have a cloud-first approach that enables diverse business units a stable and predictable platform to deliver on their goals and objectives. We are planning a full-scale Sharepoint rollout in 2026 and would prefer to have in-house resource to plan and implement this important change.

This role is for an experienced SharePoint Engineer to join the team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a brand-new SharePoint Online solution that will support multiple business units across the organisation.

You'll work closely alongside a dedicated Project Manager and be instrumental in designing, implementing, and migrating users to the new platform. Each business unit has unique needs and ways of working, so this role requires someone with a proven track record in delivering diverse SharePoint implementations, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Summary

The Church of England's Digital Team was created in 2016 to develop the Church's approach to the web, social media and wider technological innovation. The team works to support teams across the Church in line with its wider vision and strategy, while identifying digital opportunities to engage new audiences with messages of the Church. Based in the Communications Team, it also works closely with Church House Publishing on national campaigns, such as Christmas and Easter. The team has developed a strong social media presence, transformed national websites and pioneered the use of technology such as voice and apps to help people grow in their faith.

The postholder will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to have their voices heard, engage in the community, and influence the services they use. Key responsibilities include:

• Organising Mystery Shops: Plan and run mystery shopping activities to ensure members experience high-quality services from statutory and other organisations, providing timely feedback to help providers improve.

• Coordinating Speak Out Meetings: Organise and facilitate monthly Speak Out campaign meetings and support members’ participation in LD Partnership Board meetings.

Summary

The Vision and Strategy Team has been established to support the whole Church in its embrace of and engagement with the national Vision and Strategy for the Church for the 2020s. The Vision and Strategy department has three strategic priorities: to be a church of missionary disciples, to be younger and more diverse, and to develop a mixed ecology - doing church in varied forms and settings.

The Vision and Strategy team consults on, one of the largest grant-aking programmes in the country, with £100m + of Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment (SMMI) disbursed annually by the Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board (SMMIB) to support the Church's mission and ministry across England, prioritising investment in the most income deprived communities. The SMMI funding includes a Diocesan Investment Programme (DIP) and a Partnership Funding programme which provide funding to enable the bold outcomes and strategic priorities of the Vision & Strategy to become a reality in parishes and communities. In addition, the team manages a portfolio of £300m of existing projects and programmes. This role has been established to provide editorial leadership for the next phase of development for the Church of England's Church Support Hub. About the role:

The Social Mobility and Widening Participation Senior Officer is a vital member of the department. The post-holder will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of sustained outreach initiatives. Role Summary

The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. Prospectus are excited to be working with our client to help them recruit for a Philanthropy Manager to join their team. The organisation is the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity. Founded in 1982, the charity has been championing the safety of the LGBT+ community for over 40 years. They work directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. They run four national support helplines: for LGBT+ victims and survivors of domestic abuse, survivors of so-called “conversion therapy”, survivors of rape and sexual violence, and LGBT+ people who have experienced hate crime. They provide advocacy services, both in London and nationally, for LGBT+ victims who need longer-term support. They are a service run by LGBT+ people, for LGBT+ people, and the needs of the community are at the centre of what they do.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent contract basis paying a salary between £40,000 to £47,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London office.

This role aims to develop, execute and deliver a strategic plan for philanthropic growth from major donors. The post holder will work with the Head of Fundraising and Comms to develop the charity's major donor strategy, establishing clear goals with sustainable fundraising targets, helping to ensure the long-term stability of the charity. They will be responsible for developing creative and meaningful high-quality donor experiences. The post holder will be responsible for creating a tailored communication plan for major donors, including regular reports demonstrating the difference their contributions have made.

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role for the organisation, with responsibility for the charity’s finance function including day-to-day management and book-keeping as well as providing strategic support for the CEO. You will produce quarterly management reports in line with YCAT’s reporting framework, create project budgets and reports for funders, prepare the annual statutory financial statements and lead the relationship with the charity’s external auditors.

This role requires practical, hands-on experience of delivering the wide range of finance and accounting services required by a small business or charity; an excellent understanding of Accounting Principles; a knowledge of charity SORP and charity statutory accounting are highly desirable; solid experience of the audit and preparation of annual financial accounts are essential; you must already hold a full qualification in either AAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMA; practical experience of preparing management and statutory reports is required; and experience of advising senior leadership on finance matters to inform strategic planning.

You will be highly motivated by the charity’s work; have a sound working knowledge of Xero and Google Sheets/Excel; strong attention to detail, producing work with a high level of accuracy; excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to use information effectively and apply sound judgment in order to make decisions. Role Description

The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide administrative, organisational and coordination support to the Executive Team, ensuring their time and attention are aligned with organisational priorities, goals, and objectives. The role covers executive coordination, governance administration and project support.  The Executive Assistant enables effective decision making across the Leadership Team, supports the smooth delivery of priorities, and contributes to the execution of long-term strategic goals.

The Executive Team comprises the Chief Executive, Operations Director and Business Development Director.  They work together as part of the Leadership Team, comprising key leaders from across the charity.

The role requires collaboration across Finance, HR, Trustees, and external stakeholders, and an understanding of effective charity governance would be desirable.

Required:

Mind in Croydon is seeking to recruit a full time Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA)  to join our small, dedicated team of Independent Mental Health Advocates working to provide advocacy services to adults subjected to detention under the Mental Health Act in the London Borough of Croydon to ensure they understand, express and exercise their rights, and to enable them to access essential services. The advocacy team also provides Community Mental Health Advocacy for people who are informal patients in psychiatric hospital or living in the community and provides weekly advocacy service at two InMind Healthcare Group hospitals in Croydon.

This role is suitable for a fully qualified Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) with a proven ability to support people under the Mental Health Act. We are not considering trainee positions at this time.
