About the role
We are looking for an experienced marcomms professional to help us upscale our campaigns activity. From leading the national Tomorrow’s Engineers Week campaign and leveraging external awareness days to increasing audience engagement with our work, this is a varied role working across the marketing, communications, PR mix. Most of our campaigns are either targeted at teachers and careers leaders working in schools or at companies in engineering and technology who want to build the future talent pool.
In this role you’ll drive the design, planning and execution of strategic campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences. You’ll create compelling content that promotes our activities across multiple channels, tracking and reporting on performance and engagement.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a baseline of 2 days (or 40%) a week in our vibrant central London office overlooking The Thames. This role will be located at Battersea Old Windsor or Battersea London with regular travel to Old Windsor.
The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for leading a £4-5M project that will build a new Cattery facility at our Battersea Old Windsor site. The role will oversee all aspects of the project to ensure the capital project is completed on time, within budget and to the required standards and design. This will include working with colleagues in Animal Care, Infrastructure and Income Generation teams to ensure the project has appropriate funding, the design and build of the cattery meets Battersea’s strategic and operational requirements and that the operational impact of the construction is effectively managed to minimise the impact to dogs and cats across our centres during the works.

Youth Engagement Officer
Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in our London office in Victoria at least one day per week. You can be remote every other day or come into the office. Your office days are flexible and can be agreed with your manager, other than for monthly team days where you must be in person. This role will play a critical part in the success of taking this work forward. Our Youth Steering Group design and run the annual Fair Education Youth Summit. The event is led by young people for young people and brings together young changemakers from across our membership and the wider education and youth sectors to develop their youth leadership skills, collaborate on campaigns, and engage directly with decision makers. You will support the young people to design sessions, secure speakers, embed past feedback and plan the event structure. Our Youth Engagement Working Group supports FEA members and other sector organsiations to increase and improve their own youth engagement practice. You will support the management of logistics, promote the workshops, and communicate with working group members. ShareAction’s Financial Sector Research team works towards holding financial institutions accountable for their impact on globally important challenges such as tackling climate change, upholding human rights and reversing biodiversity loss.
Asset managers, insurance companies and banks hold a huge amount of influence over the world’s largest companies through their investment and underwriting activities. Our reports rank many of the world’s largest financial institutions on their approach to environmental and social issues, pushing for and facilitating change in the financial sector.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the delivery of our 2026 benchmark of some of the world’s largest insurance companies (following our 2024 report), using your project management and research skills to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality publication and support the development of junior researchers in the team.
- Coordinate with civil society allies, executing the survey in collaboration with external partners for the first time, as well as continuing to work synergistically with other leading global NGOs.
- Present our work externally and engage with financial institutions, regulators, and industry bodies to provide detailed recommendations for improvement, supporting parallel workstreams on our benchmarks of asset managers and European banks.
Leading a small team of dedicated researchers within the Financial Sector Research team, you will support the Head of the team to ensure delivery of the insurance sector benchmark, one of ShareAction’s key reports ranking financial institutions. This involves organising the team to collect information from institutions and databases, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, produce engaging graphics to communicate results and translate this analysis into actionable steps for financial institutions to take. You would collaborate with teams across ShareAction and strengthen connections with other NGOs and external experts to ensure the rigour of this research.

What the job involves
We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Officer to join our Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Manager to successfully plan and deliver major strategic campaigns and key brand moments, taking the lead on day-to-day project management to keep everything coordinated and running smoothly.
As a Senior Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Officer you’ll take responsibility for developing content for allocated big-ticket campaigns and brand moments, ensuring all content is consistent with our brand and tone of voice. The campaigns you’ll be working on will revolve around our brand, high value fundraising and priority campaigns seeking to drive change. You’ll develop content marketing strategies that will tell stories to reach our key audiences. Our current campaigns focus on reaching more men so they can make informed choices about their prostate cancer risk, while also working to reduce health inequalities and better engage Black men, a community disproportionately affected by prostate cancer.
Collaboration is a big part of this role. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help shape high-impact content marketing strategies and integrate key messages across the organisation. You’ll also support the development of creative content for key partnerships and campaigns, ensuring content aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.

We’re looking for someone who’s experienced in supporting strategy and delivering major campaigns and brand moments that make a real difference and help us connect with new audiences. You’ll have a solid understanding of current communications practices and a keen eye on emerging trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
With excellent project management skills, you’ll be comfortable in using collaboration tools like Trello to keep everything on track. You’ll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

MediCinema is a unique national, UK registered charity that improves the wellbeing and enriches the quality of life of NHS patients, their families and carers through the power of the shared cinema experience and the magic of film. The Role
We are looking for an Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our small but growing central office team. The post-holder will work closely with the Operations Manager, Head of Finance and Head of Impact & Service Delivery to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth-running of the charity, our impact and our service delivery.
This position would suit someone who is passionate, organised, and has an interest in film, healthcare and helping to improve people’s wellbeing.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Service Support
- Support the Operations Manager with managing film delivery to all our sites, including monitoring of KDMs and DCPs
- Support cinema sites by ensuring all our in-hospital marketing materials are up-to date and accurate, including:
- Create monthly posters for all sites, and other ad-hoc posters
- Create info cards about upcoming films
- Update the film information on our Showtimes page of our website
- Updating digital entrance screens
- Ordering physical posters and standees from film distributors
- Support on developing any new initiatives to promote our services in hospitals
- Deputising for the Operations Manager when required, including occasionally covering out-of-hours emergencies
Impact and Evaluation
- Support with the management and upkeep of our Impact data management system Smartsheets to ensure it is accurate and as up-to-date as possible. Specific tasks to include, but not limited to:
- Check for data errors each morning and follow up accordingly to resolve any issues
- Uploading Serennu Children’s Centre data
- Uploading new nurse and volunteer data
- Inputting film list and BBFC info up-to-date each month
- Migrating other data as and when required
- Support with the collection, inputting, organising and analysis of service delivery questionnaires, Thank You feedback cards and other service evaluation and research projects
- Support the Head of Impact and Service Design with the collection and management of case studies
Event/Screening support, including Disney Partnership
- Support the co-ordination and management of special screenings, events and Disney MTM projects. Including planning, managing orders/deliveries, attending events and assisting with consent form collection
- Support with post-event tasks, such as accurate organisation and storage of photography/media, collecting and collating relevant feedback, and follow-up emails
- Operate projection equipment and run screenings (training will be provided), in case of emergencies, holiday cover, special events and supporter/fundraiser visits

Finance support

Administration and other duties
