We are seeking a Programme Lead to help shape and deliver impactful sustainability programmes across global tea supply chains.
Working for a charity on a mission to create a fairer, more sustainable tea industry, looking for a Programme Lead who can bring together people, partnerships, and programmes to make that happen. About the role:
As Programme Lead, you’ll oversee the quality and delivery of impactful programmes across tea-growing regions in Africa and Asia. Supporting country teams, technical specialists, and donors, you’ll guide project design, lead on donor compliance, and help manage partnerships and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in supporting funding proposals, shaping learning processes, and strengthening systems and tools for consistent delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple themes, from economic empowerment and gender equity to climate resilience and responsible sourcing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support programme inception and quality assurance across global projects
- Guide compliance and donor requirements, including GIZ, EU and institutional funders
- Lead on programmatic content for funding proposals and donor pitches
- Strengthen systems and tools for programme and grant management
- Support project learning, MEL frameworks, and cross-country collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with global member network and funders
- Coordinate with technical leads, finance, and communications to deliver joined-up results
- Champion shared learning and ensure insights feed into future programme design
About you:
- At least 5 years’ experience delivering or managing international development programme
- Experience working on sustainability challenges such as livelihoods, environment, or gender equality
- Skilled in donor grant management, compliance, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience leading learning processes and supporting MEL systems
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Familiar with agricultural supply chains or corporate responsibility is a plus
- Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder settings with public and private sector actors
- Able to manage priorities, work cross-functionally, and support globally dispersed teams
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Desirable:
- Postgraduate degree or training in international development, agriculture, sustainability, or related field

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and results orientated Digital Fundraising Officer to help us grow our income and supporter base through engaging and innovative digital campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with fundraising, communications and digital teams. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering successful digital campaigns within a fundraising or non-profit context, with strong skills in delivering and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. They should be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and SEO platforms. The candidate must be highly organised, proactive, data-driven, a good collaborator, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will also enjoy the creative side of digital fundraising, with a passion for creating compelling content for the various digital campaigns.
This position is based remotely, although you will be required to attend the charity’s head office located in Norfolk a minimum of 6 times per year and this will be at your own expense for travel and accommodation. About the role

Key duties

Your new role
The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations, this post is responsible for maintaining existing HR policies and contributing to the development of new policy in consultation with a wide range of HR colleagues and stakeholders across the School.
This role also supports the development and implementation of key employee engagement and wellbeing projects. This includes playing an important role in developing and implementing initiatives and actions that emerge from staff feedback and annual benchmark reports. The post-holder will present a positive and efficient image of the Human Resources Division, working collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the Division in order to deliver high-quality solutions that contribute towards the School's strategic agenda.Key responsibilities will include:
Policy Development:
- To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
- To undertake appropriate policy benchmarking across the sector and with other leading organisations (both public and private).
- To support in ensuring that the university has a set of up-to-date and appropriate HR / employment policies and that these are accessible to staff and line managers, maintaining a regular programme of monitoring, review and improvement.

- To support the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations in monitoring the progress of both individual projects and progress against over-arching action plans, e.g. the School's Gender Pay Gap report.
- To take on the role of Data Lead for the HR Policy Team, supporting with developing the reporting and analytics roadmap, refining the data model to enable better use of available data and providing feedback on data quality issues.To liaise with the Information and Systems team, and other relevant colleagues as required, to produce timely and accurate management information to support project and development work within the team.
- To plan, organise and communicate the school's annual flu vaccination clinics, liaising with external and internal stakeholders, to ensure that this runs effectively.
- To complete annual benchmarking reports, developing and implementing action plans based on feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex and diverse organisation
- Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR good practice, with experience of advising colleagues and managers on HR policy and procedure

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of servicing committees and/or organising events

About the role
You will play a key part in developing and delivering our community fundraising strategy, making sure that anyone and everyone who wants to fundraise for people with arthritis has a great experience doing it. You will build strong relationships with supporters, be that as part of a golf club charity of the year partnership, workplace fundraising or supporting someone with a personal connection to arthritis to raise money in their local area. Developing, delivering and ultimately growing our Facebook challenges offer will be a huge focus – we have some great learnings and are now looking to take them to the next level. There will be plenty of opportunity to test and learn as part of this, and you will get the chance to learn and develop in the role too.
You will work collaboratively with teams across the organisation, from marketing to product development to events, to make sure our products meet the needs of our supporters and that their journey through the organisation is seamless. You will join an ambitious, creative and passionate fundraising team who put people with arthritis and our supporters at the heart of our work.
About you
If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we’d love to hear from you:
- Proven successful track record of planning and delivering community fundraising products (or similar) to achieve a good return on investment.
- Experience of delivering excellent supporter or customer stewardship through multi-channels and building relationships with a wide variety of supporters on the phone, in writing and face to face driving engagement, increasing income, and increasing supporter retention.
- Experience to successfully and independently manage projects, delivering to pre-set deadlines, managing high workloads and ability to understand how and when to prioritise work.

About the Team:
This role reports directly to the Executive Director of WaterAid’s Global Policy and Campaigns (GPAC) team and is a member of GPAC’s Senior Management Team (SMT). GPAC sets WaterAid’s 10-year policy agenda and positions, supporting colleagues across all levels to advocate on this agenda and bring WaterAid together to advocate for change on a set of global priorities. We also directly influence decision-makers at global and regional levels on these priorities as well as bringing in external political insights into the organisation to increase our collective effectiveness.
About the Role:
As GPAC’s Planning and Performance Lead you will help us understand how the department is contributing towards WaterAid’s global strategy and maximise our global impact. The role will support GPAC’s work by leading the planning and performance assessment work, focussing on ensuring that the advocacy activity delivered across the department is aligned and working towards the same outcomes.
The role will work closely with the Directors in GPAC’s SMT and with members of the International Programmes Department (IPD) SMT to ensure that both departments’ plans are aligned. It will also engage with key Federation members involved in global policy, advocacy and campaigns work, with the WaterAid International Secretariat, and with the Global and UK performance, strategy and planning teams.
In this role, you will lead the design of the planning process for the department to deliver annual plans, ensuring alignment with similar processes in key Federation members and other departments, as well as being integrated with the wider organisation’s planning cycles.
You’ll also:
- Project manage the implementation of the planning process, working in close coordination with GPAC SMT directors as well as and as relevant with other WaterAid, Member and WaterAid International directors.
- Lead the process to deliver an M&E framework for GPAC (including new metrics as relevant), that balances the effort required with the need to drive data informed decisions and actions.
- Run the quarterly and annual reporting cycle, working with senior leaders in GPAC to deliver high quality data, run learning sessions to reflect on the data to enable data driven and effective decision making.
- Manage the regular collation of data across the department and shared to the wider organisation, including to the Executive and Board reporting processes
- Represent GPAC in wider WaterAid UK and global groups around performance and planning.
- Support GPAC to partner closely with IPD to track Country Programme support requests, and use insights to inform strategic planning of the department.
- Be the internal communications lead for the department on matters related to planning and performance, working with the central internal communications function as appropriate.
Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience of leading performance and planning cycles within complex organisations.
- Background in M&E within NGO or comparable contexts. Understands the complexity around assessing performance.
- Excellent project management skills to optimise the use of resources; manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities using insightful interpretation and resourceful solutions.

About the role
Our passionate Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensuring that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the East of England region in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Essex. There will be occasional travel around the East of England Region, and you will be required to travel for quarterly face to face team meetings.
About the team
The team work remotely and pride themselves in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteers from the five SSAFA branches in the East of England, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of six, which includes the Regional Casework Manager to whom this role reports.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing welfare advice in key areas such as housing benefits, debt, disability or mobility. You will have knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR and experience in dealing with sensitive information and people in vulnerable situations. You will be able to provide excellent customer service by telephone, email and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.
It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families and if you have experience of supporting volunteers. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across the East of England would be valuable.

AFK is a national charity helping young disabled people develop their independence and find employment. Our vision is a world where all people living with a disability get to lead the life they choose. As part of this we provide bespoke employment skills training and organise work placements across North London. At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25.
Job Purpose
To support young people with disabilities aged 18 to 25 to progress towards and into employment.
The role will involve liaising with education professionals and employers and brokering new opportunities for supported employment, volunteering, and work placements. You will work with young people to provide specialist one to one coaching, assess, and develop their employability skills and support them towards their own goals and objectives.
Working Conditions
This post is 35 hours per week. The post holder will occasionally be expected to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job.
28 days annual leave will be given in addition to normal public holidays. There is a TOIL Policy.
Principle Responsibilities
· Work with a caseload of individual young people to identify and support their aspirations for future employment and formulate plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
· Contribute to progress reports, reviews, open evenings and other events with education professionals, families, and young people
· Provide intensive 1:1 support in all aspects of employment support.
· Inform and work closely with the Employment Broker on the type of jobs that trainees want sourced, or job carved so that placements can be sought.

· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local employer groups, statutory, voluntary, and private organizations to support the development of suitable opportunities.
· Engage with businesses that can create employment, volunteering, and work placements, including providing training / advice to employers as required.
· Identify any financial implications for individuals related to part time employment and disability benefits.
· Monitor the progress of individuals and keep appropriate records.
