As Sector Development Lead, you’ll lead income generation and customer growth in the primary sector. Role purpose:
Drive the growth of the primary education sector, leading on centre acquisition, income generation, and customer experience.
Develop and deliver integrated sales and marketing strategies, including digital lead generation, network development, key segment outreach, and data-led campaign planning.
Act as the sector lead, using insight to shape positioning, monitor market maturity, and influence internal and external strategy for long-term impact.
Key responsibilities:
Planning
Shape and deliver the Primary Sector Development Plan.
Sales & growth delivery
- Drive income and centre growth targets across all relevant programmes.
- Develop tailored acquisition and conversion strategies by segment, including cold outreach, warm lead nurture, events, and campaigns.
- Track and report against sector income targets, centre growth metrics, lead conversions, and ROI using dashboards and data analysis.
Marketing and lead generation
- Design and test sector-wide digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams and, where relevant, external agencies.
- Manage audience segmentation, personalised journeys, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns targeting school leaders, MATs, and parents.
- Plan and deliver events related to the Primary sector and represent the organisation externally when required.
- Contribute towards content strategy across case studies, impact stories, webinars, and sector PR/editorial opportunities as required.
Customer Experience (CX) & retention
- Lead on sector-specific centre onboarding, retention strategies, and cross-sell pathways.
- Be responsible for mapping and reviewing the customer journey, reducing friction for customers, and removing internal barriers.
- Develop Customer Experience led comms plans to ensure consistent, high-quality touchpoints that support relationship building and long-term value.
Collaborate across teams and support innovation
- Contribute to team planning meetings, training sessions, and department-wide initiatives.
- Support the induction of new team members and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.

Skills, experience, and knowledge

- Proven experience leading sales, sector development, or programme growth.
- Experience in designing and delivering multi-channel marketing or outreach plans, ideally across digital and in-person formats.
- Demonstrable success in achieving income and acquisition targets within a complex stakeholder environment.
- An understanding of education systems in the UK, particularly the primary sector.

Job Summary
CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.
You will:
· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.
· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.
· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.
· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.
· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.
The role requires:
· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.
Other Responsibilities - Wider support
The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.
· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.
· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

About the role
Reporting in to the Partnership & Strategy Lead, the Contracts and Portfolio Manager for the East & Southern Africa region provides strategic oversight and management of Christian Aid’s restricted funding portfolio across the Multi-Country Cluster (MCC).

Responsibilities of the Role
Supplier & service management
- Act as the main operational contact for outsourced IT support and helpdesk, charity database, and website providers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and ticketing systems. Escalate issues and follow up to resolution as needed.
- Maintain the contract register, arrange renewals, and support procurement activities related to technology services and systems.
Systems oversight and documentation
- Maintain an up-to-date map of organisational systems, integrations, licences, and the asset register.
- Manage hardware and software requirements across the organisation, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and aligned with operational needs.
- Identify operational risks, technical issues or gaps in provision and implement quick-win improvements where possible.
- Ensure process documentation and user guides are accurate, accessible, and regularly updated.
Project coordination and delivery
- Lead or coordinate small-to-medium technology projects (e.g. multi-factor authentication rollout, system upgrades, CRM module implementation, data migrations).
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and supplier delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Governance, security & compliance
- Support the implementation of IT policies (e.g. acceptable use, backup, remote access) and data protection controls.
- Maintain the technology risk register and report to the Head of Finance and Resources to support compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR.
- Promote cyber security best practices across the organisation, including coordinating periodic phishing tests and reporting outcomes via outsourced suppliers.
- Track departmental spend, support budget monitoring, and prepare cost forecasts for future technology needs.
- Contribute to business cases for new systems or technology investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Stakeholder liaison & internal enablement
- Act as the bridge between technical suppliers and non-technical staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Communicate outages, system changes and project plans clearly to internal stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to users as needed.
- Deliver occasional training or guidance to staff on systems and processes (not first-line helpdesk).

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Reliable with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and flexibility to adapt the role as the organisation’s needs evolve
- Experience coordinating IT services, suppliers or technology projects within a small to medium-sized organisation
- Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management experience
- Clear and confident communicator, able to translate technical issues for non-technical staff
- Working knowledge of common business IT systems including Microsoft 365, cloud services, CRMs, and basic networking concepts
- Good understanding of information security and data protection principles (e.g. multi-factor authentication, backups, GDPR)
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in the presence of dogs
Desirable
- Experience working within the charity or third sector
- Experience of working with Managed Service Providers or outsourced IT support models
- Familiarity with website content management systems and CRM/database suppliers
- Basic experience in budgeting or procurement processes
- IT project management experience

Account Manager - Corporate Partnerships

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you'll manage a portfolio of 6 and 7-figure corporate partners, ensuring long-term value and mutual impact. You'll lead on renewals, develop tailored stewardship plans, and collaborate across teams to deliver partnership benefits and KPIs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing strategic and relational partnerships, with a personal income target of approx. £1M
- Leading renewal and re-contracting processes, working closely with finance, legal, and fundraising operations
- Developing multi-level relationships within partner organisations and engaging senior volunteers to support stewardship
- Delivering joint campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and cause-related marketing
- Producing impact reports and evaluations, ensuring ethical fundraising and brand alignment
- Maintaining accurate records via Salesforce and contributing to cross-functional improvement projects
About You
We are searching for an ambitious and confident corporate fundraiser with a track record of retaining and growing high-value relationships. You're commercially astute, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about educational equity, with a drive to constantly learn, improve, and deliver exceptional partnership management.
We're especially keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

Do you have a a passion for relationship-building and working with a diverse range of audiences? We are looking for a creative and driven Philanthropy Manager for a well respected health charity to manage a pool of mid value donors and secure four and five-figure gifts whilst stewarding donors.
This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the London office.
The Charity
A passionate charity whos aims are to create access to world-leading healthcare, delivered by a thriving workforce and driven by medical research that has a global impact. They have a Fundraising team of approx 20 people securing c4m last year.
You will be joining an ambitious organisation, known for its collaborative and supportive working culture, offering competitive benefits in a range of areas including holiday, sick pay, flexible working and pension scheme.
The Role
Lead and deliver a mid-level giving retention and recruitment strategy, for donors giving between 1,000 and 50,000 to the charity each year, working with colleagues and senior volunteers to understand potential opportunities for uplift in giving.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of mid-level donor activities, including tracking renewal cycles, supporting donor journeys, and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the development and delivery of engaging events, and bespoke communications including personalised letters, invitations, proposals, and thank-you communications, ensuring mid-level donors feel valued and connected to the impact of their giving.
Ensure that mid-level donors have the best possible experience of giving to the charity, by engaging with colleagues on the development of appeals to this audience, stewarding those giving at this level, and attracting new supporters
Work with the public fundraising team to thank mid-level donors to fundraising appeals, creating updates and reports, and providing an excellent supporter experience to maximise the opportunity for a longer-term relationship beyond specific appeals.
Support the fundraising activities of the wider philanthropy & campaigns team through identifying donors who may give major gifts or be interested in legacy giving.
The Candidate
Experience in fundraising and donor development delivering an excellent service on the phone, in person, and in written communications.
Experience of creating high quality written documents, such as tailored letters, proposals, slide decks, or other professional materials.
