Strategic Objectives of the Role
You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, shaping and developing programme proposals put forward by International Needs partners which have a strong fit with fundraising opportunities in the UK. Developing strong partnerships to ensure effective programme delivery, and evidencing programme impact through strong communication and reporting are also key. This role is central to our mission and requires someone who both professes and practices the Christian faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new high-value partnerships which generate significant income, engage new audiences and increase awareness of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust’s new brand.
- Deliver excellent partner stewardship and build strong relationships with partners helping to develop a pipeline of high-value, multi-year, strategic partnerships which support the charity’s strategic objectives.
- Working collaboratively with key teams across Impact, Comms and Fundraising, develop compelling pitches and propositions which demonstrate the impact of the charity and secure partners’ support.
- Manage a pipeline of new and existing partnership opportunities and track progress using the charity’s CRM to ensure excellent record keeping and administration.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders from the wider fundraising team, senior leadership, volunteering, communications and business development teams to gain their support and identify new partnership opportunities across the charity.

About the role

Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches.

As our Community Fundraising Manager, you’ll drive the growth of community fundraising; stewarding our existing supporters as well as working to develop new fundraising products that will grow our global community of supporters.
About you:
We are looking for a talented fundraiser and relationship manager who is excited and inspired by how individuals and groups of individuals turn their passion into fundraising and support-raising for a cause. You will be a self-starter with the ability to creatively and strategically engage supporters and potential supporters in active fundraising.
About Hope and Homes for Children:
Orphanages don’t protect children, they harm them. Put simply: the last thing an orphanage can provide is the first thing a child needs - someone to love them. Science shows what we all know, that the bond between a child and their family is vital for their development. Decades of evidence proves that orphanages harm children, subjecting them to high levels of abuse, as well as extreme neglect. Children always belong in families. They need protection, encouragement, play, laughter and love. They need somewhere to call home and someone to love them. You can help us make this a reality for children.
Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 per annum, including any London weighting if applicable.
Location: Remote working with quarterly travel to the London or Salisbury office for meetings, or office based with flexible and home-working options for part of the week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
