The Role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Deputy Director to lead our quality assurance work and play a central role in shaping and delivering cross-sector projects. You will oversee the management and strategic development of the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and collaborate closely with the Director on broader organisational and policy initiatives.

You’ll represent ASA at external stakeholder meetings, manage contracts and project teams, and act as a senior leader within a small and dynamic team that is passionate about access to justice and social welfare.

• Lead on the delivery of the Advice Quality Standard, ensuring its integrity and independence as a sector-wide benchmark.

• Knowledge of branding and marketing in the INGO sector
• Extensive working knowledge of email marketing platforms

Experience required:

• Production of core marketing collateral including print, digital and audio-visual resources
• Management of integrated campaigns across all direct marketing channels
• Experience of audience profiling and segmentation
• Implementing successful customer/donor journeys across all direct marketing channels
• Raising funds/generating profit across all direct marketing channels
• Demonstrable experience of using email marketing platforms to develop customer journeys, raise funds and drive engagement with customers/donors
• Third sector experience, specifically within a marketing led role
• Experience of influencing and managing a wide range of stakeholders in a complex organisation
• Practical experience of successfully managing marketing budgets, evaluation and monitoring systems
• Proven experience in planning and project management, with the skills to engage colleagues and support at all levels
• Experience of building, developing and managing strategic partnerships with business suppliers (including creative and buying agencies), ensuring development of clear briefs, value-for-money, achievement of results, compliance and commitment to an organisations values and goals  
• Experience of working with data management/analysis teams  
• Experience of delivering with set budgets and using resources effectively to successfully balance creative aspirations with limited financial and other resources
• A track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns across all media and platforms

We have a great opportunity for a Campaign Data Officer working for a fantastic medical health charity. This role will be perfect for someone with experience of using Power BI, analysing data and creating reports.

As part of this crucial role, the Campaign Data Officer will support the fundraising operations team to report on the department strategy for a large fundraising campaign and deliver complex information in a digestible and easy-to-understand format using PowerBI.

You will be responsible for creating intricate data reports across the department. You will work closely with colleagues to generate accurate and quality-assured reports for publication.

To be successful as the Campaign Data Officer, you will need:

• Experience in a similar role working on data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of management and functionality of CRM systems
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel, ETL tools and PowerBi

THE ROLE

This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to lead National Energy Action’s efforts to improve the lives of those experiencing fuel poverty, with a focus on enhancing building fabric and energy systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the organisation’s expertise and credibility in this area and will be a passionate advocate for energy efficiency as a vital solution to fuel poverty.

As our new Director of Homes, you will lead our engagement with governments, industry partners, consumer protection bodies, and research organisations to highlight the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by fuel-poor households.

You will be a member of National Energy Action’s Senior Management Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the charity. You will lead and support a dedicated team, managing innovative projects designed to deliver meaningful impact.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-profile demonstration projects and ensure that insights and evidence from this work are widely shared. You will also lead our influencing efforts, working with key stakeholders and policymakers to drive lasting change.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to help guide National Energy Action into the future.
