The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help lead the organisation through the next phase of its development. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator for our multiple disadvantage team to manage and deliver commissioned services, currently the Early Help for Adults service. This is a service commissioned by Manchester City Council, delivering 1:1 support to adults throughout Manchester.
We’re looking for someone with strong line management skills who will support, develop, and manage project staff to deliver excellent support to the participants on the programme while achieving contract targets and outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting, developing, and managing project staff on the Multiple Disadvantage team and capturing learning, monitoring, and evaluation of service delivery. Partnership working and influencing is also a key element with the role and delivering workshops and training to share programme learning to wider stakeholders.

About You
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the effective running and growth of the Land Trust charity. Key responsibilities
Corporate Fundraising
● Develop and implement a plan to raise funds from companies (this could be nationwide or within local project areas) with the Head of Fundraising and Comms

The role
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Head of Finance to lead our financial management, planning, and governance.

Role Outline
The role will work on the Pathfinder project which works across Greater Manchester to prevent young people from becoming homeless. The purpose of this role is to increase access to high-quality private rented sector accommodation in order to improve opportunities for participants to secure suitable and sustainable housing.
You will work across Greater Manchester to build and maintain strong relationships with private landlords, improving access to accommodation for frontline delivery teams and the young people they work alongside. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across GMBOP and related programmes, such as Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP), to share expertise, learning and best practice, helping to strengthen housing pathways and maximise impact across the wider partnership.
This role plays an important part in ensuring housing pathways are aligned with our strengths-based approach — supporting young people to move into accommodation that reflects their aspirations, promotes independence, and contributes to long-term stability.
