In this role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and to lead the smooth running of the FYT Organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement. Job purpose
The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in leading and developing Action for ME’s Healthcare Services with the Operations Director, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care for individuals affected by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). The postholder will be responsible for clinical oversight, service development, and leadership, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes for children and adults with ME and will be the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
At present, the Healthcare Services is a small team with two doctors (GPs) and two physios. Our counsellors are overseen by a Counselling Lead Supervisor and our multi-faith Chaplains are supported by our Lead Chaplain.
We are keen to develop and expand our services, building on the small amount of spot purchasing from local commissioning boards and exploring a diagnosing and prescribing offer. We are also keen to explore the potential of increasing the range of disciplines offered within the team. You will play a key role in driving the strategy for our Healthcare Services with the Director of Operations.

The Role
The Community Centre Manager will play a key role in the leadership and smooth running of The Edward Woods centre, managing change, growth and performance as agreed with the CEO. Duties and Responsibilities
Management of the Community Centre
• Manage the operations of the Community Centre, its staff and the development and delivery of activities and facilities in line with the business and strategic plan.

Project Management
• Support and oversee the continued delivery of high-quality services and activities.
• Devise and implement robust impact monitoring and evaluation strategies for all projects.

Edward Woods Community Centre has a small team of employees, tenants, volunteers and a
wide range of activities. it is expected that the post holder will be flexible in assisting in areas of work which go beyond their main duties. In particular, the holder of this post will be expected to assist with covering frontline reception and administrative duties and attendance at and/or supervision of events outside of normal working hours.

Some of the things that we are looking for in our Finance Manager:
- Development and adaptation of standard accounting systems, processes and practices.
- Experience of providing financial management services to internal stakeholders including preparation and presentation of reports.
- Proven budget management experience with the ability to undertake financial analysis, forecasting and the preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Proven experience of preparing and monitoring business plans, including detailed cash flow/income/expenditure forecasts.

Some of the things you would be responsible for as a Finance Manager:
- Preparing regular management accounts and financial performance reports, including any additional analysis as required.
- Providing financial reports and support to colleagues at EG, including regular meetings, sharing of budgets, and financial performance against budget.
- Preparing financial and cash flow forecasts in conjunction with colleagues to inform EG strategy, discussing risks and implications with the CEO.
- Preparing the annual budget in conjunction with colleagues and present these with the CEO to the Finance Committee and Board for approval.
- Supporting the CEO in presenting the financial position to the Board of Trustees and other key stakeholders.
- Preparing year-end accounts that meet statutory reporting obligations.
- Managing the external audit process and being the primary contact with external auditors to resolve their queries.
- Maintaining records of designated and restricted reserves and working with colleagues to ensure these funds are regularly reconciled and status of funds balances is reported to the relevant committees.

We are recruiting a Cattery Carer & Cat Foster Coordinator who will share our compassion and commitment for animal welfare.
Working with staff and volunteers across the Home, you will have a hand in helping all the cats in our care, from feeding, cleaning, behaviourally assessing and socialising to rehoming. You will be responsible for organising cats in our care going into temporary foster homes. This can be physically and emotionally demanding but is also hugely rewarding; you can view some of our amazing rescue stories here.
Generally, you will:
- Assist in the provision of treatment to cats as advised by our veterinary staff.
- Organise the cat foster programme, matching suitable cats with cat foster volunteers and advise on cat behaviour.
- Organise the cat intake list, providing owners with advice and where appropriate admitting cats into the Cattery.
- Assist the Cat Adoption Officer with rehoming the cats under our care.
- Work flexibly in a team environment, often independently, to meet the specific needs of the cats in our care by helping with their feeding, cleaning, enrichment and grooming.
To be successful in this role, you need:
– A strong understanding of cat behaviour and welfare
– Excellent customer service skills
– Experience in handling cats and caring for them
– A calm, compassionate, resilient and friendly manner

As a small organisation with programmes of family support, youth work, corporate and individual fundraising, we offer the successful applicant exposure to build skills, from concept to delivery, on a wide range of project areas.
Key tasks
Communications (60% of time)
- Deliver engaging communications across social media, media outlets, newsletters, and publications by leading on ECHO’s Communications Plan and content creation.
- Strengthen ECHO’s brand and visibility by applying and championing consistent brand and style guidelines.
- Support fundraising and storytelling by producing e-newsletters, reports, and working with a designer on our annual newsletter to showcase impact.
- Inform and empower families by keeping ECHO’s website and private Facebook group updated with reliable, relatable content, and collaborating with partners to produce patient information resources.
Administration (40% of time)
- Deliver memorable experiences for families and young people by managing event logistics, handling enquiries, coordinating entertainment, and ensuring smooth registration and follow-up.
- Strengthen supporter relationships by coordinating the timely sending of T-shirts, certificates, thank-you letters, and other engagement materials.
- Enhance team efficiency by drafting meeting agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes, and keeping the office environment well-organised and well-stocked.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing day-to-day tasks with sensitivity, discretion, and attention to detail.
This list does not cover every aspect of the role but will give you a flavour of the combination of taking a lead and hands-on work the job requires. Your days will be busy but controlled! There’ll be a lot to pack in, but, as the only comms and admin person, you’ll have scope to prioritise where your time and focus will get the best results. You’ll work across all our teams gathering, packaging, and sharing their news and information and supporting them to deliver with efficiency and high impact.
