The Youth-Led Digital Campaigns Internship role is a twelve-month paid internship beginning in March 2026.

The Jack Petchey Internship development programme is designed for young people who are leaving further or higher education and starting out in the youth/charity sector - or young people who are looking to transfer into, or take their next career step in, the youth/charity sector.

The funding provides support to young people in London and Essex. We would therefore expect applicants to have a strong connection with London and ideally be currently living in or close to Croydon where our work is located.

Main purpose of this role:

We are looking for someone creative, confident and passionate about empowering young people. You will play a hands-on role in both the delivery and development of digital and media-based opportunities for young people, while helping to shape and deliver Reaching Higher’s youth-led digital fundraising and media strategy.

This internship will give you the chance to gain valuable experience across media, marketing, and youth work-alongside training, mentoring, and networking opportunities with other interns from youth organisations across London and Essex.

We are looking for applicants with some experience in the youth work sector (this could be in a voluntary capacity). The successful applicant will understand our organisational values and culture and demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to Reaching Higher’s vision to empower young people to be leaders of their own lives.

About this Internship

The Youth Voice Development Officer is a 12-month internship starting in March 2026. It is part of the Rank Foundation’s Time 2 Shine Leadership programme, and the successful candidate will need to commit to attending a range of training events throughout the year which are delivered by the Rank Foundation. Travel and accommodation will be provided.

Main Purpose of this Role:

The role’s main purpose is to support the delivery and monitoring of Reaching Higher’s Youth Voice strategy by working closely with the Head of Contextual Youth Work (Community) and empowering young people to meaningfully shape and share their voices. This includes supporting young people to co-develop and co-deliver Youth Voice training for a range of stakeholders, preparing and accompanying them to facilitated meetings with key leaders across Croydon’s schools, statutory services and community organisations, and ensuring their perspectives are heard and valued. The role also involves planning and delivering regular training and development opportunities for Youth Board members, supporting youth-led events such as the annual community meal, and mentoring a small cohort of young people to build their confidence, skills and leadership capacity.

As our Senior Operations Officer you will develop and provide an excellent operational and administrative support function across the charity, with primary responsibility for Executive Assistant duties and supporting key charity projects. Scope of the role

· EA support to Chief Executive and Leadership Team, Chair, Board of Trustees and Committees (55%)

· Administrative and project support to the Director of Finance & Operations and HR Consultant covering Finance, IT, HR, Volunteer Management and Operations (35%)

Key areas of responsibility:

Executive Assistant Support to CEO and Leadership Team

· Provide comprehensive PA support to the Chief Executive, including proactive diary management, anticipating needs, and coordinating complex schedules

· Prepare for team meetings and other key meetings, including agenda compilation, document preparation, and follow-up actions

· Support the preparation of high-quality presentations and key documents for internal and external stakeholders

Board of Trustees support

· Schedule and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly

· Provide wider governance support, acting as a key liaison point for the Chair, Board of Trustees and Committee members

Support to wider Charity Team

· Act as the first point of contact for the charity, managing the Info@ inbox, responding to phone enquiries, and supporting the postal process with professionalism and warmth

· Support the Fundraising Team with accurate and timely data entry

· Respond to general enquiries to the charity, either directly or by coordinating with relevant team members

· Provide flexible ad hoc administrative support across teams as needed

· Schedule virtual and in-person meetings efficiently, including booking appropriate venues

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cure Parkinson’s philanthropy team until June 2027. About the role:

West Midlands Heritage Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Officer to join our small, dedicated team working to safeguard historic buildings across the West Midlands. This newly created, permanent role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, primarily home-based, with one day per week in a shared office (currently Worcester), bi-monthly evening board meetings, and occasional regional travel.

Working closely with the Treasurer, trustees, external accountants and project teams, you will support the financial management of WMHT and its partner Project Trusts. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and budgets, processing invoices, monitoring project expenditure, supporting grant applications and claims, ensuring compliance with statutory and funder requirements, and preparing financial reports for the Board.

We are looking for an AAT-qualified (or equivalent) individual with strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, experience using financial systems (e.g. Sage or QuickBooks), excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, organised approach. An interest in heritage and community-based projects is desirable.

The role

Reporting directly to a senior executive, you’ll provide comprehensive EA support, including:

• Complex diary and inbox management

• Coordinating high-level meetings, committees and events

• Preparing papers, agendas and briefings

• Managing confidential information with discretion

• Supporting cross-organisation projects and initiatives

• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

About you

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders at Director or Executive level

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment

• Availability to start at short notice

Experience within the charity, public or purpose-driven sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.

They’re recruiting a Senior Direct Marketing Officer – Lottery & Lead Generation and, despite the “Officer” title, this is very much a senior role with real scope and responsibility — titles in this team can be misleading, so please don’t let that put you off.

You’ll be joining a genuinely warm, collaborative fundraising team and will take ownership of the entire Lottery & Lead Generation programme. This includes shaping strategy, delivering multi-channel campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the lottery product.

There’s a strong agency management focus, working closely with an external lottery partner and direct dialogue agencies, alongside line management responsibility for a team of three. Candidates who have managed at least one person and are ready to step up are very welcome.
