Stockton services are delivered under our successful strategic partnership with Stockton Borough Council. This unique partnership was formed nearly 5 years ago with the aim of transforming service provision using a collaborative approach to service development and innovation. Our South Tees Perinatal service operates over Redcar and Middlesborough and are just entering a 3 year extension to our current contract.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership, management and supervision to operational services that provide Family Time sessions, Family Outreach support and Volunteering support, plus perinatal support to families.

· Ensure that services are delivered to a good quality standard in relation to practice and performance and that services can demonstrate their impact using evidence based outcomes tools.

· Experience of providing effective management, leadership and safeguarding oversight of case work and group work based support services, which overall improve the lives of  service users.

· Experience of setting up and/or managing innovative projects.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence and ability to present and communicate information effectively both in person and using a range of mediums to internal and external stakeholders, including children and young people, parents and carers, and funders.

About The Role

As Individual Giving & Supporter Care Manager at Place2Be (within a Fundraising Team of 27), you will play a significant part in the Individual Giving and Philanthropy & Special Events team, in a busy and varied role. Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Turning data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. 

• Collaborating across teams to develop and embed insight into planning and delivery. 

• Using data to support delivery of supporter journeys and donor segmentation. 

• Improving data quality and reliability through cleansing and validation. 

• Ensuring strong data governance and GDPR compliance. 

• Managing a SQL database and supporting integrations. 

• Streamlining processes through automation tools like Power Automate.

This is a varied, people-focused role that sits at the heart of the organisation, providing essential administrative support across fundraising, finance administration, governance, and general office coordination.

Rahab uses Expense Plus charity accounting software and works with external accountants for statutory accounts and compliance. This role therefore focuses on accurate administration, coordination and reporting rather than technical accounting.

The Charity Administrator will work closely with the Charity Director and the management team. The trustees and external partners will ensure Rahab operates efficiently and is well supported to deliver its mission.

Evolve Counselling is a long‑established Cambridgeshire charity providing professional, affordable mental‑health support to individuals, organisations and communities. Each year, Evolve delivers thousands of counselling sessions through a team of trained, accredited counsellors working across the East of England region.

Our mission is to deliver counselling services to adults at the lowest possible cost, wherever possible seeking to subsidise sessions for those on low incomes. We do this through a mixed model of commissioned services, private counselling, and grant‑supported provision. By working to grow and foster a membership body of professional counsellors, Evolve strives to improve access to quality counselling and psychotherapy for all, and to create a positive working environment for those in the profession.

The CEO role provides strategic and operational leadership to drive Evolve’s growth, sustainability and impact. The position delivers effective organisational management, high‑quality service delivery, robust governance, regulatory compliance, and a positive staff culture.  Working in conjunction with the board, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the organisation’s future, ensuring that Evolve remains a trusted, quality and sustainable source of mental health support for years to come. 

Following several years of successful internal stabilisation—strengthening governance, staffing, and operational systems—the charity is ready to enter a critical period of transformation and growth. Our current CEO plans to retire in September 2026, having laid strong foundations for what must come next.

Our new CEO will lead Evolve into this next phase—strengthening partnerships, expanding referral pathways, stabilising revenue streams, and championing accessible counselling across our communities.
