Purpose of the Role
Manage and support a caseload of volunteers to empower vulnerable families in giving their children the best start in life, occasionally providing direct support. Contribute to volunteer recruitment, training, development, and the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation
Key Responsibilities. As a HSH Co-ordinator you will:
- Carry out initial home-visits and support families to set and monitor goals
- Match volunteers with families according to need and capacity
- Assess the suitability and complexity of referrals, liaise with referrers for additional information, and support onward referrals
- Supervise an appropriate caseload of volunteers and enable them to support families
- Monitor safeguarding concerns and liaise with the Operations Manager/Director as needed
- Contribute to the delivery of the Volunteer Preparation Courses
- Contribute to recruiting, selecting and preparing suitable volunteers
- Support the evaluation of the impact of HSH’s volunteering programme and family support
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key health partners, including those from Parent Infant Mental Health Teams, Midwifery, IAPT, Perinatal Teams, Health Visiting and other groups

The Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, financial, and scheduling support across RAP’s international operations. This position is responsible for maintaining contract and vendor documentation, supporting finance and accounting workflows, processing data and invoices, coordinating executive calendars, and assisting with general systems administration, including IT-related tasks. Reporting to the Director, Operations, the coordinator will work closely with the Finance, Development, People, and Executive teams to ensure internal systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, high reliability, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a distributed, multicultural environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contracts & Administrative Coordination
- Maintain and improve global contract databases for vendors, consultants, and partner organizations, ensuring templates, amendments, and signature processes are consistent and well-documented.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and grants & contract renewal dates; flag follow-ups and support internal reviews.
- Assist with compliance documentation and liaise with legal or People Operations for contract-related questions.
Finance & Data Support
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payment requests in coordination with the Accounting Manager.
- Support monthly reconciliations and internal tracking of budget codes, payment schedules, and audit trails.
- Enter and maintain clean, accurate data across RAP’s financial and operational platforms (e.g., Sage Intacct, Nexonia, Monday)
Scheduling & Executive Support
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to RAP’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate cross-time-zone meetings, recurring team check-ins, and board/committee calendar invites.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and help ensure meetings are productive and well-structured.
General Operations & IT Liaison
- Assist with account creation, access issues, and user setup across platforms
- Partner with RAP’s IT vendor to triage tech issues, coordinate hardware/software purchases, and keep inventories updated. Support onboarding logistics, including device prep, new account setup, and tools orientation for new hires.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, finance, operations, or executive support role.
- Profiles with backgrounds in nonprofit operations, executive assistance, virtual assistance, or operations analysis are a strong fit.
- Fluent in English; fluency or professional working proficiency in other global languages, particularly in French, highly valued.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and systems such as Microsoft Office, SAGE Intacct, SharePoint, Monday, or similar. Experience managing scheduling or contracts workflows, especially across international time zones. Some exposure to finance or accounting processes (e.g., invoice processing, expense tracking, document management).

As they embark on their new 5-year strategy, the centre are now recruiting for an exceptional individual as their new Director of Services, a newly created role that will lead on the delivery and development of all frontline services.
As Director of Services, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and integration of all frontline services at the centre, covering Housing, Health, Youth Work, Rough Sleeping, and Youth Justice. You will work to ensure that services are high quality, joined-up, trauma-informed, and relentlessly focused on the needs and potential of the young people the centre serves. You will lead service innovation, performance and quality across the delivery portfolio, ensuring that services are inclusive, impactful, and responsive to the needs of service users. As a senior leader, you will help shape organisational strategy and culture, working closely with the COO to drive improvements, partnerships and cross-team collaboration.

We are looking for an Interim Director of Research (Maternity Cover) who will lead a talented research team of staff and associates providing direction and oversight for a diverse, ambitious research portfolio. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an essential role in strategy and have a hands-on approach from quality assurance and developing research practice, to managing projects and nurturing partnerships.

As Interim Director of Research, you will lead a motivated and talented team of research staff and freelance research associates. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strategic and balanced research portfolio, including leadership of project design and new work development.

It is essential that you have experience of the voluntary sector and working with funders.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising and income generation
- Work with Impetus CEO and SMT to support the delivery of the Impetus strategy and business plan and deliver the public affairs milestones to time and within budget.
- Champion and contribute to embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across all areas of Impetus' work, ensuring that EDI principles related to Impetus’ mission are reflected in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications and public positioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support

As Deputy Director, Digital Fundraising you will be based in the London office or work remotely and will be part of the Mass Markets Global Support Team. The Deputy Director will play a pivotal role in advancing IRC’s global digital fundraising efforts by providing consultation and hands-on support across paid media, creative development, analytics, and process improvement. Serving as a strategic adviser to country teams, they will guide campaign planning, platform strategy, and performance measurement while handling key relationships with digital agencies and platform partners. They will also support creative process refinement, champion digital ads testing and optimisation, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. - ** Extensive experience in developing strategies for digital media spending, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for the highest possible returns. Demonstrated ability to adapt financial strategies based on campaign performance and evolving market trends.
