About the role

As the Area Service Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring our contracts with partners and/or commissioners deliver to the highest standards, in a way that creates maximum impact.

Across Yorkshire, you will lead on the delivery of our coaching and behaviour change programmes alongside managing our expanding housing portfolio and housing support services. You will take responsibility for growing the business across Yorkshire with existing partners, other organisations and via Local Authority contracts.

As a member of the national Joint Leadership Team (JLT), you will help to shape and develop our services and products, ensuring that the EF’s growth remains rooted in our organisational values of respect, accountability, and integrity.

Our current contracts cover Leeds, Kirklees, and York, and you will be required to work across varying sites. You will directly manage a team of Service Managers and Team Leaders and be responsible for a growing staff team of over 25 individuals.

You are an experienced operational leader who has a proven track record in managing front-line substance misuse, recovery and/or housing services.

We Are Survivors are looking for an individual, who has the passion, motivation, and keen eye for detail to come and join its ever-growing (and utterly amazing) Central Operations Directorate, as our new Admin Co-Ordinator.

For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. We are seeking an experienced and influential leader to join us as our new Chief Executive.  You will play a critical role in leading the organisation and representing PATA and its members in the ever-evolving Early Education and Children’s Play sectors.

PATA is the largest voluntary sector provider of support to the Early Years and Play (Out of School) sector in Gloucestershire.  We are a Charity based in Gloucester with around 170 member settings and manage five of our own Early Years settings (PATA Managed Groups (PMGs)).  Our mission is to support the development of high quality and accessible early education, play and provision for children, young people and their families.

Introduction to the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile professional to join our team as a

Venue & Tech Coordinator. You will be instrumental in providing venue management, tech and AV support for a variety of events, ranging from webinars to live streamed in-person concerts, talks and conferences. This aspect of the role will necessitate availability outside of standard business hours, ensuring our events run smoothly and effectively. Your skills will extend to operating sound desks, lighting setups, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving in a live event context.

Interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills will be paramount, as you will be collaborating closely with different segments of the team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Your role will also involve contributing to supporting the venue team, requiring a versatile approach and a readiness to adapt to various operational needs, and be the 'go-to' person for venue-related issues. Responsibilities

As the Venue and Tech Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Tech support for events: Providing technical support for webinars and in-person events, including sound and lighting setup and safe storage, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. This will involve working outside of regular business hours on occasion.

• Contributing to venue management: A key member of the venue hire business, including client tech support, trouble-shooting, setup, clear-up and ongoing care of the venue, and viewings.

• Administrative support as needed by the charity: this aspect of the role may develop over time, responding to the needs of the charity and the interests and talents of the successful applicant.

• You have audio technology experience and understanding (mixing desks, connector types and uses, signal flow and gain staging etc)

This varied role uses event and programme management skills to deliver excellent service in a fast paced environment within the Christian sector as we advance the work of The Maclellan Foundation, one of the largest Christian family foundations in the USA. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, with a minimum of 2 years experience, and will be engaged in the Christian faith and excited by the aims of the organisation.

Objectives/Key Tasks:

To provide event and project-specific administrative support in an accurate, timely and professional manner, including:

• Planning and co-ordinating multiple programmes, to ensure milestones are met to an excellent standard
• Conducting research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and documents
• Preparing and editing written correspondence, communications, presentations, publicity etc
• Managing booking and registration processes
• Managing and updating various databases on a regular basis
• Onsite event management; helping set up and run events as well as providing delegate support
• Providing customer service support, via phone and email
• Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arranging and coordinating meetings, including minute taking
• Reviewing operating practices and implementing improvements where necessary
• Processing expenses and maintaining project budgets in liaison with the Finance Manager
• Providing administrative support to the Director and all projects and events undertaken by NJC
• Website oversight and any other duties as required
