Role Focus

As a key member of our SLT, your key focus will be on providing the overall direction to services delivered to PRHA residents, including: housing management, building safety, support and property services.

This exciting new role offers the right candidate the opportunity to lead LBWP's programmes and services for Black and minoritised, i.e. Global Majority, women and children who are survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Our programmes team is expanding as we are providing new refuge and dispersed accommodation services as well as legal advice, counselling and ex-service user training and development support.

London Black Women's Project is a specialist ‘by and for’ organisation providing refuge, supported accommodation, and wraparound support programmes for Black and minoritised (Global Majority) women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence and abuse. We work across London in partnership with London boroughs, the specialist women's DV sector, funders and community services to provide holistic wraparound support and advice. 

CHEM Trust is looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations and Governance Officer to support the smooth and effective running of the organisation. Working closely with the Finance and Resources Officer and the Chief Operating Officer, the postholder will provide essential operational, governance, and HR administration support with a mind for confidentiality, enabling the wider team to focus on delivering CHEM Trust’s mission.

The Systems Support Lead will support the Roundhouse as it develops its use of technology and IT systems. You’ll be supported by the Senior IT Operations Manager and Senior Product Owner to provide excellent technical support to all of our staff, clients and audiences, and assist with the development of a small team of Junior IT Technicians. You will identify issues, and create and execute solutions to technical problems, and contribute to the maintenance and wellbeing of our digital ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role, and will definitely not be your average desk job. We are looking for a motivated, friendly individual keen to learn more about IT and develop their practical skills.

This role will be line managed by the Finance & Business Performance Director, with supervision from the Senior IT Operations Manager. You will be required to work onsite to provide efficient and effective support to the organisation. Some weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

This role would be ideally suited to an individual with some experience working in an IT support role, who is looking to take on some additional responsibilities in a dynamic and vibrant environment. As a frontline member of staff, you’ll be comfortable working with a variety of people and personalities, with varying levels of IT knowledge and experience. You’ll have a natural curiosity about technology, a keen problem-solving ability, and a calm presence when things aren’t working.

Role Summary

The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. Events Manager
Location: Hybrid (Homeworking and London with occasional travel)
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week – 3 days
Contract: Permanent

We are a charity and membership organisation representing over thirty professional bodies and learned societies, collectively reaching more than 320,000 scientists, technicians, and teachers. Our mission is to connect the science professions and champion professional recognition across the UK.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Events Manager to lead the development and delivery of our events programme. This is a pivotal role where you’ll design and execute high-quality, inclusive events—both online and in person—that engage our members, registrants, and stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage events from concept to completion, ensuring clear objectives and impactful outcomes.
• Deliver a variety of events, including workshops, webinars, conferences, and networking forums.
• Source venues, manage suppliers, and oversee budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Innovate with new ideas to enhance engagement and generate income through sponsorship and ticketing.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to promote events and ensure strong attendance.
• Evaluate event success using data-driven insights to continuously improve.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of event planning.

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• Experience in event planning and management (face-to-face and online).
• Proven ability to lead all aspects of event delivery, from logistics to stakeholder engagement.
• Strong budgeting, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Technical know-how with AV systems and event management tools.
• A creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Desirable:

• Experience in the science or charity sector, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and video editing.

This role will be based between our London office, home working and travel to deliver events across the UK.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Systems Manager to play a central role in ensuring Global Dialogue’s operations run smoothly and effectively. This maternity cover role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting teams to be their very best.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer, core operational team, and the hosted and incubated programmes to provide a trusted, responsive operational service that enables programmes to focus on their mission. You will be the first point of call for any operational queries, providing clear guidance on our processes and supporting with practical tasks. Your areas of support will span digital and IT systems, data management, programme support, travel and events processes, and internal communications.

About You

The right candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a systems mindset, and confidence working with IT and digital tools. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including external suppliers, programme staff, and colleagues across the organisation, and thrive in building trusted relationships. With a passion for improving systems and processes for people, you will be someone who has a track record of providing empathetic and resourceful solutions. An awareness of GDPR considerations and risk management is essential. Experience working in a fast‑paced organisation and confidence with digital systems (particularly Microsoft 365 and SharePoint) would be advantageous.
