Main Purpose of the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Governance and Compliance
  • Maintain and update governance policies and registers, and development of Standard Operating Procedures.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Fundraising Manager to lead our next phase of income growth. As our first dedicated fundraising leadership role, you will develop and deliver a multi-year income strategy, strengthen existing income streams, and identify new opportunities to diversify and grow our fundraising.

Strategic leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year income generation strategy aligned to Alopecia UK priorities.
• Work across the organisation to ensure fundraising activity is fully integrated with operational delivery, partnering closely with the finance, communications and delivery managers to align plans, resources and messaging, and to ensure shared initiatives are realistic, coordinated and achievable.
• Translate insight from your experience and our recent fundraising strategy review into clear, achievable plans.

Income growth & diversification

As a part-time role within a small charity, the postholder will need to carefully prioritise income-generating opportunities alongside stewardship and relationship management. In year one, a key focus will be establishing effective donor pathways through the rollout of our new CRM, ensuring supporters experience clear and meaningful journeys with the charity. Alongside this, the Senior Fundraising Manager will assess and determine which early opportunities for growth should be prioritised. While areas such as community fundraising, digital campaigns and regular giving are likely to offer early potential, the postholder will lead decisions on where to focus effort and investment to generate the strongest returns.

• Leverage and optimise existing community and public fundraising activity to increase income and supporter numbers.
• Develop and grow new revenue streams, to potentially include digital fundraising campaigns, regular giving, trusts and grants, and legacy giving.
• Lead creatively and intellectually on compelling campaigning initiatives that drive engagement and income.
• Provide excellent stewardship to ensure funders and partners feel valued, engaged and motivated to continue their support.

CRM

• Support the design and rollout of our first CRM system, working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to design fit-for-purpose donor journeys and pathways, establish meaningful reporting frameworks and ensure data supports excellent stewardship and strategic decision-making.
• Use CRM data and financial information to track performance, analyse trends and adjust strategy as required.

Data & impact

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ICO guidance, GDPR and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
• Work closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to ensure our data meaningfully represents organisational outcomes.
• Translate impact data into powerful, succinct and persuasive communications or compelling cases for support.

Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance is a user-led national charity supporting people with muscle-weakening conditions. We provide peer support, advocacy, research and campaigning to improve quality of life and drive systemic change.

We are now recruiting an Operations and Finance Officer to strengthen our internal systems and help ensure the smooth and sustainable running of the organisation.

About the Role

This is a key Officer-level role supporting financial administration, governance processes, HR coordination and organisational systems. You will work closely with the CEO and support the trustee board.

You will not hold financial sign-off authority, but you will be responsible for ensuring processes are accurate, organised and compliant.

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in  people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.

ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.

We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful - research that will help shape advocacy, awareness and understanding for people living with inflammatory arthritis around the world.

BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has space to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer and reflections spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer and reflection spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. Currently 60 schools a year have one. Now, we’re building on this momentum to reach over 115 schools in the next three years and are preparing to grow nationally with developing contemplative retreats for schools.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly and enabling our small but growing team to thrive. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work. 

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for key operational processes including recruitment, HR, and volunteer management systems — not only maintaining them effectively but actively seeking ways to innovate and strengthen them, with guidance and support from senior leaders. 
• Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.
• Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.

About Your Role

This role is central to how the organisation functions day-to-day.

The Operations & Executive Support Lead will provide trusted executive support to the CEO and diary management support for directors while also holding the operational backbone of the organisation. This includes managing administrative flow, designing and strengthening systems, and ensuring that work lands reliably and on time.

Prospectus are delighted to be supporting an international charity in their search for a temporary HR and Operations Officer to join their team during a period of organisational transition. This is a full-time, remote role, running for 3-months in the first instance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive HR and operations professional who can bring structure, clarity and calm to a busy environment with multiple moving parts. You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity across HR processes, internal operations and IT coordination while supporting a globally dispersed team. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, candidates and agencies, and organising interviews across time zones.
• Coordinating onboarding for new staff and trustees, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
• Maintaining accurate HR records, monitoring contracts and annual leave, preparing contracts and acting as first-line support for routine HR queries.
• Preparing monthly payroll information and supporting pensions and benefits administration.
• Coordinating team meetings, communications, staff updates and internal systems to support effective operations.
• Supporting staff wellbeing by coordinating team socials, internal events and activities that promote cohesion across a diverse, global team.
• Acting as a first point of contact for routine IT queries and liaising with external IT support on equipment, accounts and access.
• Working closely with outgoing staff to ensure a smooth handover and effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Recent experience in a relevant role within the not-for-profit sector.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR/operations experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast paced, evolving environment. 
• Solid understanding of UK employment law, data protection and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and operational processes. 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across cultures and time zones.
• A proactive, solutions focused approach and the ability to work independently. 
• Commitment to the organisation’s values of equity, inclusion, respect, mutual accountability and collaboration.
• Experience supporting remote global teams or liaising with external IT providers.

The Role

The person appointed will be responsible for:

• Managing our international travel programme to Palestine

We are looking for someone who can build on this momentum and help us increase the number and range of events we run. 

Travel 

We are relaunching our Palestine Travel Programme after a three-year pause. We plan to be taking our first supporter groups to visit The West Bank in April 2026.  We will be taking the trip participants into a highly complex environment which requires exceptional planning and preparation to ensure the success of the trips and the safety of the participants.

You will also support our annual Roaclub cycling programme, visits to international partners and hosting international guests and partners in the UK

Operations

Alongside events and travel, you will manage a range of additional operational tasks. As a small organisation without a permanent office, these responsibilities will be manageable and shaped by your skills and experience.

• Develop and maintain estates policies and reporting systems
• Drive a positive, proactive health & safety culture across Life
