PURPOSE OF POSITION

This is a critical frontline leadership role that is responsible for the operation of the organisation’s homelessness and rough sleeping services at Anchor House.

You will provide operational leadership to support services managers and ensure compliance with organisational, contractual, local authority and legal regulations and requirements. You will ensure the quality of services is pushed to the highest standards possible, ensuring excellent outcomes for residents and a positive and high performing working environment for teams.

This role will also be accountable for building and maintenance of excellent relationships with external partners, commissioners, other key stakeholders for support services in the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Service Delivery

· Lead in setting organisational standards and performance targets across the support services that reflect contractual requirements and organisational standards.

· Actively promote and develop person centred practices based on a trauma informed approach and psychologically informed environment to working with residents with high support needs and challenging behaviour.

· Be accountable for the operational performance of the services, allocating resources strategically to ensure that key performance indicators are achieved and that action plans are in place where required to improve service performance.

· Promote accountability and co-production approaches with residents.

· Support with the creation and review of local and service wide policies and procedures.

· As part of the Frontline Services Leadership Team, ensure the support services team follow established Health & Safety and building management procedures

Stakeholder Management

We deliver life-saving medical care and strengthen health systems for those worst affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement in the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon. · Liaise with outsourced IT Support for devices setup for new and existing users

· Manage mobile phones for the Foundation

· Manage IT equipment (including Photocopier contract, AV Equipment) at the office and raise any faults with the relevant stakeholder

· Support the Business and Governance Manager with any other IT management as required

· Support Salesforce CRM Administrator with basic Salesforce administrative tasks

· Assist in the coordination of daily operational tasks and processes

· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of orders, invoices, and inventory management

· Significant office administration experience ideally with broader experience in at facilities management and IT

In this role you will be helping to define the Professional audience engagement strategy and translate it into divisional strategies for your team to go out and deliver. We are looking for candidates either with a background in Legacies or Financial services, who have experience partnering and managing relationships with professionals audiences. You'll be solution driven and an expert identifying areas for continuous improvements and growth.

What will I be doing?

• Working collaboratively with legacy colleagues to develop, plan and oversee the delivery of the professional partnership engagement strategy

• Support the Performance Manager in monitoring and reporting on the growth and engagement of our professional network

• Work as part of cross-functional team to maintain our market share by developing a community of best practice in building professional partnerships focussing efforts and resources in areas to optimise impact

The role

The Supporter Care team is the first point of contact for all supporter and donor queries, so you will be at the frontline, engaging with a variety of people contacting Scope.
