Job description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering reception duties and handling calls, post, supplies, travel bookings, and general office coordination
  • Managing third-party service provider relationships and contracts for office facilities and utilities
  • Acting as the key liaison with our external IT support provider
  • Supporting new starter inductions and health & safety training
  • Coordinating office maintenance and basic troubleshooting tasks
  • Providing general admin support to the Head of People and Director of Finance & Resources

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • A friendly, professional front-of-house manner
  • Confidence managing suppliers and service providers
  • IT literacy and ability to liaise with tech support
  • Experience in office or facilities administration (desirable)
