About the role

Working in close collaboration with the Senior Mass Fundraising Lead, the role will manage and deliver a variety of community-led fundraising initiatives and dynamic challenge events that engage supporters and generate vital unrestricted funds for children affected by neuroblastoma.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with fundraisers, volunteers and ambassadors, providing guidance, support and motivation to help them surpass their fundraising goals. The Community and Challenge Events Fundraising Manager will both steward existing and reactive contacts, as well as be confident in securing new networks, including representing the charity in presentations and other public speaking opportunities.

This role comes at an exciting time of growth in the fundraising team, with new colleagues joining the charity and a team focused on growth of income over the coming years. This role is crucial in this plan and will take the existing community and events programme to new heights.

The Team Administrator for the British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), is a varied and vital role in which you will provide administrative support for the Association’s activities, such as supporting the working and steering groups, minute taking, managing the application process, adding events to our website and sending email newsletters.  

As Team Administrator for the BAPM, you will manage the administration for the BAPM endorsement process and run the administration for the student essay competition and the BAPM Awards.

Reporting to the BAPM Chief Executive, you will work as part of a team of five staff members, therefore flexibility of duties and roles will be required. As a crucial member of a small team, it is essential for you to develop and maintain an understanding of perinatal issues in order to appreciate the wider impact of BAPM’s work. Ideally the role is for 35 hours per week but 28 hours per week can be offered for the right candidate.

Educated to a good standard, you should have substantial experience of providing administrative support to a busy team and be capable of prioritising competing demands and delivering to deadlines. With experience of organising online meetings and taking notes, ideally you will have a background in using online forms to collect and present data and be adept at managing a shared email inbox, running webinars and updating websites using a content management system.

An excellent team player with outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills, you should be self-motivated and have the ability to act in a professional manner and manage sensitive and confidential information.

The ability to undertake occasional travel for BAPM meetings and conferences would be desirable.

The role is home-based with the option of London desk space working if preferred.

About the role

As our Temporary Finance Manager, you will be managing a finance assistant and will be part of our organisation’s Senior Leadership Team, helping to collaboratively shape and steer the charity as we work towards our 2022-2027 strategy. The Finance Manager is at the heart of Woman’s Trust; you will play an essential role and have oversight of not just the finance team - you will have direct exposure to CEO/Board Members and decision-making for the future of the organisation.

About the Role

As our creative, innovative and data led Legacy & In Memory Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering WaterAid’s legacy and in memory fundraising programme with the support of the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer. You will deliver multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, direct mail, email and events to raise awareness of gifts in wills, generate legacy enquirers and create inspiring journeys to nurture and engage legacy and in memory supporters.

In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as work with the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.

You’ll also: 

• Be responsible for using data, analysis and insight to innovate and maximise both existing campaigns and seek to test new audiences and channels that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans
• Undertake Project Management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of multiple channel campaigns – including delivery of the award-winning legacy consideration campaign What Jack Gave across TV and digital
• Manage, coach and motivate the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver their campaigns.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join the Chief Executives office. Your role is to provide high quality support to the Directors and by extension, the Senior Leadership Team

Role Requirements

• Provide high level administrative support to the Directors.
• Exercise judgement in prioritisation, dealing with matters within own remit and / or referring them to the director as and when necessary, ensuring tact, discretion and courtesy at all times.
• Review incoming mail, prioritising, redirecting or responding to issues.
• Monitor the email inbox of the Director(s), responding where relevant and highlighting any urgent messages to Director.
• Draft, edit and format documents
• Arrange travel bookings / itineraries
• Communicate instructions and other messages to managers and staff clearly and promptly on behalf of the Director(s)
• Keep Emergency Procedures File up to date.
• Monitor team PDR dates, and keep Director(s) updated in this regard; schedule PDRs for Director’s direct reports.
• Effectively support meetings in terms of venue, accommodation, equipment, and refreshments.
• Attend team and other relevant meetings taking and producing minutes for distribution (as required);
• Liaise with Reception in relation to external visitors and ensure the smooth running of internal and external meetings and visits;
• Process expenses on behalf of the Director(s).
• Manage the Director’s corporate credit card and reconcile against monthly statements
• Assist the Director(s) with additional administrative/organisational tasks assigned at the discretion of the Director.
• Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of key projects. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources to ensure successful completion within deadlines.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

The Director of Philanthropy will be part of the Executive Team and be responsible for overseeing the successful creation and delivery of a new income generation strategy for the mission of the Lodge.

Focusing on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Corporates, this role will lead the relationship mapping, building, and the fundraising ask. It will convey the unique offering Cumberland Lodge can bring to potential donors and work towards multimillion pound income levels to ensure the growth of the charity's educational programme delivery and activity. This role line manages one staff member and has direct support from the CEO to achieve income generation growth.  A key opportunity is the upcoming 80 th anniversary of the Educational Foundation in 2027.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence extensive high value fundraising experience, with notable examples of successfully securing six and seven-figure gifts from major donors and corporates.

This person will have proven experience of creating and leading successful philanthropy fundraising strategy to achieve income and engagement growth of a multimillion-pound level. They will also be an experienced senior leader and ideally have knowledge of the education, youth, social impact, and social values sectors. They will champion an inclusive culture and align with Cumberland Lodge's mission and values.
