About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Officer (Acquisition) to join our collaborative Individual Giving team.
As an Individual Giving Officer, you’ll lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns designed to recruit new supporters and the ongoing supporter stewardship of these new donors. You’ll manage acquisition activity across products including cash giving, lottery, and regular giving, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.
You’ll be responsible for the creative development of campaign assets, day-to-day agency collaboration, and the ongoing optimisation of supporter stewardship communications. From planning and reporting to evaluating impact, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we acquire new donors and retain our supporters.
About You
You’re confident in managing campaigns with track record of delivering successful multi-channel fundraising campaigns that drive supporter growth. You bring excellent project and budget management skills, analytical thinking, strong reporting and evaluation capabilities and think supporter-first.
You’re experienced in working across channels including email, social media, telephone fundraising and print, and you know how to use insight to shape compelling supporter journeys. You’re a collaborative team member, able to manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers with ease, and you thrive in an environment where attention to detail and strategic focus are key.

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding part-time role (12 hours per week, worked across three days) at the heart of the Buckingham Archdeaconry Office. You will provide confidential administrative support that helps clergy and parishes feel resourced and supported, while ensuring records, processes, and events run smoothly.
From processing expenses and maintaining key databases to preparing papers for important events and offering a warm welcome to visitors, no two days are ever quite the same.

About the team

Position: S11317 Stroke Support Coordinator

About the Role
As Young People Case Worker you will work under the direction, guidance and support of a Service Manager and an Assistant Area Director, you will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.
The service consists of two hubs, 1 in Bishop Auckland and 1 in Tow Law and we have an Outreach service to 7 dispersed properties in Bishop Auckland. Your role will span all three areas for job rotation and continuity of service.
The team follow a 5-week shift pattern of 8-hour shifts between 0730 – 2200 hrs including weekends and bank holidays as one service is 24/7 and both sites have dedicated night staff.
Early shifts 0730-1530, Late shifts 1400-2200 and Main shifts 0900-1700/1000-1800 (Depending on hub)
The accommodation services are based in Bishop Auckland and Tow Law in County Durham. You will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in positive and successful move on. You will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as shared responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service. This includes outreach support to clients in dispersed properties in the area.
The role does involve lone working.
Key responsibilities include:
· Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients, following safeguarding and emergency procedures as needed.
· Act as key worker for a caseload of clients, leading on risk and needs assessments and SMART, outcomes-based support plans.

The Role
The Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of HTB's Evangelism & Mobilisation events and programmes, including Sunday Services, Events Christmas, Easter, HTB Alpha, Connect Groups, Teams, Prayer Ministry training, Workplaced and HTB Focus. The Key Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as Team and Office Assistant, effectively supporting the small but busy RSTMH Team by providing proactive and comprehensive support across our key areas of work.
The role will require someone who preferably has some experience of providing support and administration to a busy team (preferably within the charity/not-for-profit sector), who is flexible, has excellent time management skills and is able work on own initiative. The successful candidate will be working across various RSTMH activities, including membership, journals, events, Early Career Grants, and communications; therefore, they will need to be efficient and organised, with strong computer skills and a professional outlook.
The Role:
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships across RSTMH
- To ensure that all general, email, telephone and written enquiries are dealt with efficiently and promptly
- To support with the management of the RSTMH office and office processes
- To undertake electronic and paper filing, and maintain filing systems appropriately
- To support with team planning, scheduling and social events and activities
- To assist with the management and promotion of the RSTMH meeting room
- To support with financial administration
- To support the planning of RSTMH events, including handling delegate registration enquiries via telephone and email, collating event packs and materials, and conducting desk research on the cost and availability of venues and caterers.
- To attend RSTMH events, assisting with Zoom support on online events, and assisting as necessary at in person events.
- To assist with the administration associated with the RSTMH Early Career Grants programme, which includes analysing key data and helping produce reports for the team, our Committees and donors.
- Taking a role in the processes to select grant awardees including helping perform due diligence on the potential awardees
- To support the Communications Manager in scheduling and sourcing content for social media
- To support on the website by uploading and editing content through the CMS
- To help create and send the fortnightly member newsletter and the monthly non-member newsletter
- To support the Communications Manager in creating content to be shared across RSTMH communications channels
- To assist with communications planning
- To be responsible for the general administration and upkeep of RSTMH’s online opportunities platform, grow
- To support with strategies to increase members of RSTMH
- To assist with enquiries from current and prospective members in a professional, timely manner, and to agreed service targets.
- To support with membership management, ensuring data is up to date using CiviCRM
- To provide support to the managing editor for Journal-related tasks
- To ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard
- To participate in team meetings, planning and initiatives
- To assist in any administrative tasks to support the team and wider RSTMH community
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as could be expected of a Team and Office Assistant
Essential Technical Skills:
- Ability to manage a diverse set of priorities and meet deadlines to a consistently high standard
- Capacity to set up and maintain administrative processes and office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of delivering great customer service
- Experience of being responsible for initiating, planning, and developing own areas of work
- High computer literacy and confidence with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional use of written and spoken English
- Experience providing administration support, preferably in an office environment

About the Role
As a Group Work Facilitator you will be delivering mix of in person and online group work programmes of support for victims of domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating groups over weekly sessions
- Managing the group work environment as lead or co-facilitator

- Managing the risk of attendees and regular check ins

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
This role will play a crucial part in the BDA. It ensures smooth operations, supporting the Head of Finance & Operations and the Finance Manager, in managing the day to day recording of financial information. This will include accurate invoicing, debt management, and supplier coordination, supporting the charity’s financial health.
Location
Hybrid – this role is primarily home-based (UK), with requirement to travel to and work from our office in Bracknell (Berkshire) at least once a week, and as necessary. Travel is also required to attend team days, which typically take place twice a year.
Hours of work
Part time (14-15 hours per week). This could be arranged as either: 5 days per week at 3 hours per day, or 4 days per week at 3.5 hours per day. Working pattern can be discussed and agreed based on mutual preference and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial administration
- First line of contact for Finance telephone and e-mail inbox queries.
- To assist in the smooth day to day running of the finance department.
- Set up new customer accounts/contacts and completing supplier forms/portals as required.
- Assist the Finance Manager in raising sales invoices.
- Ensure outstanding customer invoices are chased on an ongoing basis. Regular review of debtor balances with the Finance Manager or Head of Finance.
- Liaise with appropriate departments where necessary, to gather information and resolve problems and inform them of payments received.
- Undertake some absence cover for the Finance Manager, as required.
- Assist Finance Manager in set up of supplier accounts.
HR administration
- Assist the HR manager with recruitment administration, such as placing adverts on the BDA website, managing the recruitment inbox, arranging interviews, and sending standard letters.
- Provide some administrative support in relation to recruitment of volunteers.
- Support the HR Manager with a range of administrative duties, including recurring annual processes like home & office risk assessments and driver forms, as well as ad hoc tasks that may arise throughout the year.
General
- Undertake some general administration to support the BDA, including opening and sorting mail and telephone reception duties.
- Ensuring that the values and standards of the BDA are upheld in all internal and external projects, programmes, and communications.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Recent and demonstrable experience in financial administration, including credit control, inbox management, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.

The Royal Historical Society seeks to appoint an Events and Academic Engagement Officer (0.6 FTE) to join its professional Office based at University College London.
